101 Answers to the Most Asked Questions about the End Times

Rate this book
For many believers, the subject of the End Times stirs confusion, apprehension, and dread. No longer! This user-friendly manual answers 101 of the most frequently asked questions about everything from the Pre-Tribulation Rapture, the Antichrist, and Tribulation to the Second Coming and the Millennium. Prophecy expert Mark Hitchcock offers a biblically authoritative resource for understanding God's plan and a reason for peace instead of anxiety about each believer's role in it.

‘The End Is Near!’

Or is it? The Antichrist is alive and well today! Or is he? The church is about to be raptured and will certainly escape the tribulation.... right?

When it comes to the End Times, there’s so much confusion. Preachers with elaborate charts share their theories about Revelation and other prophetic books of the Bible. “Ah, Babylon stands for the United States ,” they say. But then other teachers share their “No, Babylon stands for the Roman Catholic Church, or the European Union, or the literal Babylon rebuilt in Iraq ….”

Would somebody please shoot straight with me?

Finally, someone has. Gifted scholar and pastor Mark Hitchcock walks you gently through Bible prophecy in an engaging, user-friendly style. Hitchcock’s careful examination of the topic will leave you feeling informed and balanced in your understanding of events to come… in our time?

This book is SUPER INFORMATIVE with massive amounts of scripture. Mark leaves plenty of room for the reader to draw their own conclusions but backs up every answer with scripture. Super good read and great for referencing. Overall I couldn’t put it down!

Interesting perspective. However, I don’t have a good feeling about this author. Several things in this book I disagree with his view on and I’m concerned he’s a false prophet. He made a lot of speculation…using scripture. I would not recommend this book.

I read this book hoping I could find some shred of respect left in christianity... but my respect only dropped to the negative scale. I find it disappointing how some people will read this book and use the "information" found inside it as the batteries to their faith; how discouraging. From transitioning through different versions of the Bible with contrasting ideas, to claiming the antichrist is a homosexual.... one could find this book laughable. But the worst part is the author is serious.

Seriously?

Very interesting if you have any faith that what the Bible says is true, and probably even more interesting if you don't.

Far from comprehensive but a good starting place for anyone wanting to learn about the end times prophecy of the Bible.
