Another great story of the adventures of Mag and Clara Balefire. This is a stand alone story with no cliffhanger.
Mag and Clara, witchy sisters, are being haunted by the ghost of a medium friend of Mags, Roma. Seems she's attached herself to a crystal ball she once loaned Mag and has unfinished business that she needs the sisters to help with before she can cross over.
One thing leads to another and the sisters are helping a client of Roma's, Stephanie, deal with the sudden disappearance of her fiancé, Brad.
Clues have been kept secret by all kinds of people around Stephanie. They claim that they have Stephanie's best interest at heart. But do they really? Only time will tell.
I've skipped around in the order I've read these books and have no problem jumping around. If you enjoy paranormal cozy mysteries I strongly recommend this series. As free reading time permits I'll make my way thru all of the books.

Another Great Balefire Sisters Magical Murder Mystery!

Does one have to have magical resources available to them to solve a mysterious death? No, but it sure helps!!
Especially if one isn't certain that a murder has been committed! Take one ghost, A young heiress, (there's always an heiress somewhere, isn't there?). Kiddie, I've read too many paperback novels found in airports and I don't go to airports! A missing man, A missing fiance (same man), screaming nightmares, nightmares where you see yourself killing the young man and a pair of witch sisters.
What do you have? Book 4 of The Mag and Clara Balefire Mysteries. That's what you have. Enjoy reading this one. There isn't A dull monsoon any page.

Wonderful Series

I am getting more and more invested in the characters. Not just the witch sisters, but the other witches and the townspeople. The mystery was very good. Loved the ending. Hope the next book revolves around Mag. She is a great character, having sacrificed so much to fight evil. Love her.

Mag and Clara Balefire are once again helping the people, um, ...dead people, to find out what is holding them back from crossing over. Meanwhile, Bradley Graham has disappeared a few weeks before his wedding. Mag and Clara have their work cut out for them. Read and enjoy!

the typos really ruined the story

This is the best of all 4 of the books but the typos really ruined it! Really can’t you remember that the name is Mag not Max?
