In this chapter the housewife, Alicia, becomes more deeply ensnared by her son's bully. As a mature woman she shouldn't have been tricked into a difficult position by a boy of eighteen, which he later used to blackmail her. She'd found she was a boring housewife, with little experience of life, and that she was a submissive. The boy used this against her, as well well honed bullying techniques to control her/ He put her into humiliating situations, with little choice but beg him for help, until she completely submitted to him. Keeping her jumping through hoops, James, kept her giving in to him, until she gave up trying to break free of his control. She knew what was happening to her, but couldn't stop him stripping away her moral fibre. Left without a self-worth, or a moral compass, she relied on him to make the decisions, and get her out of trouble. He'd got her into trouble in the first place, but she now has to jump to his bidding. It was impossible to break away form the blackmail, but more insidious was his bullying of her. She was a married woman, an adult, and a mother, yet she was being bullied into a boys bed. It suddenly got worse than that, as he told her he wanted her to be his sex pet.
