A boy was taught from birth to become a master assassin and to take over the mantle of his family's ancient profession. Century after century there had always been one, just one from the family that would dedicate his life to death. The chosen one was trained to be invisible, an unseen ghost moving through the world bringing death to the deserving. The boy grew to manhood and chose to abandon the family profession, until circumstances drove him back to his training as an assassin. Years passed as he developed into the assassin of assassins, the killer of killers. His skills, increasing with each slaying, until he became the world's ultimate bringer of death. Finally, he decided to change his life and leave his lethal occupation. Unfortunately, after several years, he is forced back into his former life to deal with unfinished business, from his murderous past.
A. D. Adams has compiled a long list of professional and personal achievements since he first earned a Bachelor of Technology Degree,in Mechanical Engineering, from the University of Akron. His career-related accomplishments include rubber scientist, finite element engineer, computer system administrator, software engineer,patent holder, draftsman, and designer. After working for Babcock and Wilcox and the Goodyear Tire and Rubber Company, A. D. currently works for Veyance Technologies, Inc.
In his spare time, A. D. has found the time to pen two novels, edit an anthology, be active in the Akron Manuscript Club, craft wood art and design the house where he presently resides with his wife Valentina. His mystery novel, entitled Death on Lake Ice, was called a solid murder mystery by the Akron Beacon Journal. His writing range is apparent in the fact that his other novel is not a mystery, but a fantasy entitled The Dragon Healer of Tone. A. D. is also the editor and a contributor to Wordspinners of the Akron Manuscript Club, an anthology by fourteen members of the Akron Manuscript Club. A. D.s wood art has taken various forms from wall-hangings to lathe-turned Christmas ornaments.
