Christina Sanders, an archeologist and professor in history, is fascinated with the past. As a modern woman of year 2437 she knows that women are better off without men, but longing for an adventure, she makes a spontaneous decision and volunteers for a job no one else wants. Now she’s going to lead an archeological excavation in the Northlands, the most secluded place on earth where the mythical males live who are rumored to be as brutal and dangerous as the men Christina has read about in her history books.

What will happen when Christina crosses into the men’s territory? Will they allow her to do her job and is there any way they’ll let her leave again – unharmed?

Book 1 This is a wonderful story about how to cope with life's change now we are 400 years into the future and women control America they setup a counsel that decides what happens on there side of the border. Christina Sanders is an teacher and a Archaeologist who was determined to get across the border to see the Northland which was primitive where men still killed animals and fought, were rude and treated women with no regard for what they might want. But she had heard that there was the opportunity for her to work on a new find. She had heard about the women ratio of 15 to one for every man, she was after a man but you never know. But there was not much information but one woman had some pictures that she had shown and they were able to see and talk to them, but didn't know a lot about them but had found them fascinating and mysterious. The Nmen are in need of a man to excavate a building site which happen to be Berkley College unfortunately happens to be inside of the Northland and Christina is requesting to go are rather dying to go and when she is given approval she was certainly not prepared for what she saw and heard. When she was dropped off at the border she was waiting for her ride to the city and when he came flying down she was scared to death because of the way he was flying the drone he stepped out and she did try to be nice where she was from in San Francisco all men and women didn't believe in being rude or not speaking in a kindly tone to anyone, but her ride was a 6 foot 8 inch muscled bound bearded swearing giant and she was scared to death but she looked him straight in the eye. Then she met the Ruler Khah Aurelius of all of the Northland and he was very unhappy because she was a woman he told her that she had to have someone to protect her or she would have to leave. Christina touched them all in a way they never expected. This was a funny, romantic, sad and a look at what could happen in our future. I purchased a copy and provided a review with no obligation.

Book 2 While Khan was trying to keep his brother from going crazy over his wife for leaving him because she wanted to learn karate now she was gone and his brother had gone on the other side in hopes that he could find her and bring her home but since he couldn't he kidnapped a noble woman and Khan has been holding her at the palace until the women of the M world return his brother's wife. His brother is a laughing stock and his brother is getting drunk and fighting daily. Khan is not surprised that the women on the other side have come up with an idea to exchange her for Councilwoman Pearl who thinks that she is outsmarting Khan but he is quite the slick character and he and Pearl team up and start a school with both boys and girls to see how it will work for the future of both sides. Something big happens for Pearl and Khan and they find that they have more in common than they thought, they make a decision and bring it before the board about the school as well as a personal issue, but the board is not happy with the out come and things change drastically for Pearl and Khan. Great story line, just about everything about this book and the series is pretty fascinating considering we are years into the future. I was given a copy as a gift from the author, I am providing a review without obligation.

Book 3 Another outstanding story with in depth characters that keep you reading to the end. In this book Archer and Kya the new teachers for the test school seem to have different ideas about how the children need to be taught and disciplined but while they are fighting at every turn things are happening to and around them at every turn. Very enjoyable and a first for the Nmen and the Motlanders and oh what a teaching moment for everyone in this new book. Elin did an excellent job on this book as she has on the ones before. I received a copy as a gift from the author. I am providing a review without any obligation.

Book 4 Finn is the physician among the Nmen and to his Ruler Khan, he has convinced his Ruler and his wife Pearl to allow him to come as a representative to the Motherland because he thinks that while he was protecting Athena after Magni kidnapped her and brought her across the border. That she put a curse on him when she thought that he was going to rape her even though he told her he would not, they got off to a bad start even if it was only 5days but she had been terrified, but not so much by the time she came back home after Pearl agreed to take her place. She and Finn did learn a little about each other even though Finn has some serious emotional issues he has come to apologize and ask her to forgive him and remove the curse. Athena cannot figure what Finn is really up to so she makes a deal with him and he agrees. This is their very interesting story, a lot can happen in 5days and it does for Finn and Athena as well as for some others. Enjoyed the story. I was given a copy as a gift by author. I am providing an honest review without obligation.

Book 5 This is absolutely one of the best stories of the series, they just seem to keep getting better. Magni is at his wits in wanting his wife back it has been 6 months now some of the Nmen have been sent over to the Motherland for the past week and his best friend Finn was part of the group that went over and he was staying with the Priestess that Magni had kidnapped and was put under Finn's protection. Finn promised that he would try to find Laura and try to convince her to come home. Finn fell in love with Athena while he was visiting and brought her back with him because she got hurt during the earthquake .Magni was happy to see Laura but didn't know how to express himself except by demanding that she listen to him. Laura talked with Athena and realized a lot about herself as well as her husband growing up in the Northland she saw how different her life was to the way she had been living in the Motherland and she liked the freedom she had but she loved her husband but he always wanted her to do as he told her without question and she was determine to prove herself to him but she didn't realize that she didn't know how her husband thought because they didn't talk and realizing that she made even more mistakes that caused them both distress. Now it seems like they may never get back to gather because Magni finds out she is not one of them anymore in his mind she has betrayed him so he leaves for Alaska and all hell seems to break loose. I received a copy of this book as a gift from the author. I am providing an honest review without obligation

I have read each of the books individually and loved every single one. Below I am coping my review from each book. This is a great way to get multiple books at a discounted price. It is well worth it!

Book 1: The Protector
Elin Peer has done it again. She has created a world with characters that somehow manage to weave their way into your heart and mind. Some I just love and some I love to hate. And I find that I'm always a little bit sad when finishing a book that she has written because I feel like I'm leaving behind friends. Any author who has the ability to do that even once I consider to be talented. I can honestly say I have felt that way after every book I have read of hers and I've read them all!

This new series starts us off with Boulder and Christina. I'm just smiling as I recall their adventure in my mind. They are so very different, but complement each other perfectly. I started reading it and couldn't put it down. I totally ignored everything I should have been doing and did what I wanted to be doing, which was find out what was happening in Boulder and Christina's world. I really can't wait for Kahn and Pearl's story and just know it will be my favorite with those two minds going at each other (much like Green in the Clashing Colors series).

This is a great introduction to the new series and I have to say that I loved it! It has its own HEA as all of her books do. There is also no cliffhanger although you are introduced to other characters that will follow with their own story so it's best to read them in order. Also, her stories are all complete stories...you never feel cheated with just all of a sudden everything wrapping up and you end up just scratching your head thinking, "what just happened?" You definitely get your money's worth! If you have read any of her books you know what I'm talking about. If not, do because you won't regret it.

Book 2: The Ruler
I anxiously awaited the release of this book because I love everything Elin Peer has written and knew this would be no different. And it wasn't. Fabulous book with a great story. I loved the two main characters and how crazy they are able to drive each other. The dialogue, the situations (even though it's hundreds of years in the future), all of it...believable and quite easy to imagine. I found myself transported to this great place and that I didn't want to come back! I especially love how the heroine is strong and oh so very brave, yet maintains her femininity. I'm always a sucker for a strong female character! And Pearl is a great one. I'm reminded of a quote from the movie My Big Fat Greek Wedding that goes something like this: "The man may be the head, but the woman is the neck and can turn the head any direction she wants." That pretty much sums up Pearl. It took Khan a little while, but he learned not to underestimate her. Chess anyone???

Book 3: The Mentor
The Mentor captured me right from the first word and didn't let go! I knew that would be the case when I started it though because that's how it's been with each and every book I've read from Elin Peer. She has true talent and that is shown through characters, the settings she creates and definitely in the stories she writes. This book is no exception. I felt the angst right along with the characters...my heart broke with some of the tragic events children had survived...and belly laughed at some of the pranks (especially the one involving the teachers).
This book is a stand alone, but the third in a series. It can be read without reading the previous two, but it would be much better to read them first. Trust me. You won't be sorry.

Book 4: The Seducer
Wow, it just keeps getting better and better. Elin Peer has a way of creating characters who are well developed and complex - just like real life. These stories take on a life of their own and I find myself so vested that I can't put the book down. Ever since the first book I read by Mrs. Peer (The Accidental Slave), I've been hooked. She manages to create worlds/settings that are rich and I have no problem imagining in my head. She has a lot of talent and I have not been disappointed in reading any of her books. The Seducer definitely fits into that category. I find I have a favorite new couple with each new Men of the North Books. I anxiously await the next one!

Book 5: The Warrior
Elin Peer has this incredible gift of creating characters, situations even whole worlds that allow you to totally escape your own world for a time. I haven't found many authors who have been able to accomplish that and consider myself lucky to have stumbled across her and her books. This story is no different. I awaited anxiously for this book - book 5 in the series. Magni, the hero of this story, always fascinated me with the glimpses we saw of him in previous books. I have not been disappointed. I thoroughly enjoyed getting to know Magni and Laura (the heroine) and will love to see more glimpses of them in the rest of the series. I had a hard time finishing this book, only because I didn't want Magni's and Laura's story to end. But all good things must eventually come to an end. So now I wait patiently (or maybe not so patiently) for the next book in the series to arrive.

Men of the North 1-5

After the toxic war ended women out numbering men. A border was put up with the motherlands on one side and the north lands the men. When Christina an archeologist went to the north to help the men she needed a protector because the Nmen had 1 woman for every hundred thousand men. She and and her protector Boulder fell in love and married. Later Pearl came to the north and she and Khan the ruler of the north fell in love and married. Soon Kya came over and she and Archer married. When Finn and Athena married they went to live in the mother lands. Laura and Magni were already from the north and had been married. Now getting along better Laura and Magni had adopted a little girl Mila and had twins now of their own and ready to have another child. Christina and Boulder adopted Raven a with 3 children. Finn and Athena with 2 and working on another. Pearl and Khan with a child and expecting another. Kya and Archer had 2 children.

First of all I have to say this author makes it darn hard to not fall in love with anything she has published but this series goes beyond that. I personally am not a big fan of dystopian type of reads but when I read The Protector I didn't immediately associate it with any genre. The Nmen are brutal and wild and fierce and confrontational and foul mouthed. They have tournaments to show themselves worthy to have a wife. They fight for control and leadership, the women while honored and protected are not leaders or educated. The women of the Mother Land are ruled by women and are all peace and harmony, love not war almost like the hippies of days gone by. There's no violence and people are sent to centers to restore balance. The men are prettied up with bows and ribbons and makeup no scars, no cursing and definitely no muscles. Their worlds are separated and that's fine because the way they rule their separate sides of the wall are just that separate. Until they aren't.

I have read each book in the series and while they are all standalones they each have a common theme which is them moving to reunite their people. Now as you progress thru the series you find more differences between the two sides in how they deal with things. The emotional aspects are funny and sometimes just sad, but you also see similarities. There is never a dull moment and yes book hangovers are in your future.

Like this authors other books you will find yourself in deep thought over some of the little things that make it draw you in and fight for the characters and world. You will fall in love with the characters and their struggles and beliefs. You may even choose a side. Regardless you will fall in love with each of them and want to slap them upside the head, hug them and make it all better, choke some sense into them, wash their mouth out with soap, confine them to their room (yup like a bad boy or girl, oh wait that did happen). You will love this author, shake your head and wonder how in the hell, cry, laugh, and then wait for the next book to find out what happens next. Me personally?? I'm heading over to find me a Nmen, who wants a pansy ass momsies boy when you can have a Nmen?

I absolutely love this author who writing always has a deeper layer, always emotional, always thought provoking, always entertaining, always more. I haven't read anything from her that I wouldn't happily recommend to any reader.

I got this box set as a freebie on Amazon. I already had book 1 on my Kindle. The first book in the series had me laughing at the ridiculous ideas these two factions of people had. However, eventually I fell into the flow of things and started snorting less and enjoyed each subsequent book more.
In the beginning the women sound like a bunch of hippies with their greeting of "May peace surround you". The society that the women in the south  had created sounded so fake and artificial.
In the first book the FMC tells her protector, the MMC that she's never been aroused by man (though she isn't a virgin or a lesbian). The rules created in the southern lands protected peoples feelings. Losing honesty and forthrightness is the price you pay for that.
In chapter 12 of book 1 there was a scene that smacked of date rape.
I think that the author had Victoria Island and Victoria, British Columbia confused.
The way the boys in the north were raised without physical or verbal affection makes me wonder why the majority of them weren't mentally ill.
In the first and second books I noticed a few typos. I didn't really notice any in the other books. I want to read the rest of the series, or at least the next box set which is about the younger generation that has grown up, Shelly & Marco, Solo & Willow, Hunter & Emanuela, Raven & Leo, and Mila.

These books are not your usual sci-fi stories. They take place 400+ years from now after a nuclear war has wiped out most countries and a good bit of common knowledge. The females now run the world setting up a civilized society with no cursing or fights. In fact the men south of the old Canadian border wear ribbons in their hair, no facial hair and makeup. Problem is they have lost the ability to procreate children. North of the border live the Northmen who have viable sperm but very few woman. These are the men who refused to be governed by women You will laugh and cry and get your stomach in knots as you read about how thes two very different societies attempt to solve their problems Obviously some cooperation is called for but how can the cursing, fighting, say what they first think men of the North converse across the wall separating their very different cultures? This is a great buy!

Be transported into a world at once familiar and wonderfully strange…
Come into a future where two diametrically opposed societies
must come together-- or perish.

Ah, the battle of the sexes…
Elin Peer has created a dystopian world where the divide between social mores and sexual roles is pretty much literal.

Will the “Momsies” and the “N-Men” find compromise? How about Love? Can they build a combined culture for lasting peace?

Each of these books explores the many aspects of the societal mores that we live in-- through a futuristic, gadget-filled, lens. And each romance is all at once funny, frustrating, steamy and satisfying.
Bottom line: Go ahead! Binge a little! 5 stars.

This has to be The BEST futuristic book I've ever read. Elin Peer has the inate ability to weave a tale that will have you automatically following along spellbound! There are few authors who can place you within a storyline, make you feel as if you are personally involved with the characters they have created and then once it's finished, your mind has automatically started to compare what you've read against the reality you live and wonder. Wonder what if. Could it be? How will it end? So much talent will leave you in awe as you read The Men of the North Series without a moment of disappointment. A definite 5 star recommendation

Fascinating

I will have to say that I really give this series closer to a 4.75 but its not possible to do that with the stars.
I thought the story was very well written and creative. It kept my interest with it's story content, steamy scenes, interconnected but stand alone stories that merged well together and the creativity of the story in the view of a future world such as this. I did, however, have some issues where certain things didn't seem to make sense to me as described from one story to another. For example, there was talk of not being many male children in the Mother lands because they were sent to the Northlands at the age of 3 but in a later story, there seemed to be many male children in one particular household.

This is the interesting story of a futuristic world where a toxic war occurred and the only inhabitable areas are the US and Canada. The US is governed by a council of a hundred women and most of its inhabitants are female or lacking masculine characteristics. They are a peaceful, loving, sweet, group of residents who believe in raising children together in a family unit with several parents. This area is known as the Motherlands. Canada is ruled by one man (Kahn) and is mostly inhabited by men with a limited number of women, who they consider to be precious and need to be protected. They are a rough group who swears, fights and rarely shows much emotion or intimacy toward each other. There is a border between the two lands and a peace treaty prevents the two from entering the other's land without permission being granted.

In book 1, Christina is a History professor and Archeologicist who wants to go to the Northlands for a digsite and is not approved at first but she is persistent because she is very curious about the Northmen and the lands, as a history professor. Due to some technical issues, the information relayed to the Northlands made them believe that a male Archeologicist would be arriving so Boulder was surprised when he went to the border to escort her. He had never seen a real female before and she had not seen a real man before. Since she needed a protector, Kahn, appoints Boulder. It is a new experience for both of them. During this book, we learn that Kahn has a brother and second in command named Mangi. Mango is married to one of the few born Northland women, Laura, and in this book, Christina helps Laura cross the border into the Motherlands. Laura is curious about their way of life and leaves Mangi, which is part of on ongoing storyline throughout books 1-5, with Mango and Laura's story in book 5.

Book 2 starts out with Mangi kidnapping a priestess named Athena from the Motherlands who looks similar to Laura but isn't her. She is given to Fin to protect for five days while in the Motherlands and Christina is about to help her escape across the border too but Pearl, a councilwomen from the Motherlands comes to take her place. Athena goes home and since Pearl and Kahn are of the same ranking, and he can't trust that Mangi won't try to hurt her, he decides to protect Pearl. This begins the story of Kahn and Pearl.

Book 3 is the story of Archer and Kya. I wasn't sure I was going to care for their story in the beginning but it had some good qualities. Archer is a mentor, or teacher, in the Northlands and we learned of him in book 1. He almost got to keep Christina in a Northland ceremony but didn't (I can't give spoilers), but he's now a teacher at a new experimental school in the Northlands that will hopefully start to bring the two countries together. They are also bringing in 8girls and 2 boys from the Motherlands, along with a teacher, who happens to be Christina's old roommate from the Motherlands, Kya. Kya is a teacher there and reluctant to come but misses her friend, who has moved to the Northlands with her husband. This begins the story of Archer and Kya. And let me tell you, this one socked my right in the heart. I needed a tissue by the end.

Book 4 is Athena and Finn. Finn believes Athena put a curse on him before she left the Motherlands back in book 2. He and a group of men are allowed to visit the Motherlands, as another part of the hopeful integration process that Kahn and Pearl are working toward to show that the Northmen are not as scary as the Motherlands think they are. Finn's sole surpose is to find Athena, get the curse lifted and have sex with as many Motherland women as he can. Once he finds Athena, however, she doesn't feel his apology for how he treated her the 5 days she was in the Northlands was sincere and says he has to give her 5days of his time. This is Finn and Athena's story. I wanted to love it. I just had a hard time with how Finn's attitude could have changed so much by the end of the book.

Book 5 is Mangi and Laura. She decided to come home with Finn after having been in the Motherlands for 6 months. It was a long journey for Mangi and Laura to reconnect and talk through their issues. Mag I was so angry

DNF - quit reading at page 48. I own the 5 book box set, so it said I only made it to 3%, or page 48.

I'm surprised, this had so many good reviews, that I had a high expectation going into it. This moved so slow, & I realize part of that is world building and setting the scene up for the story, but come on, I hated the FMC, she just wasn't likable or believable for me. I really need to be able to like the FMC in order to be able to read her story. I also didn't like the dystopian society the women built in this series. Nothing really jived as being believable or something I would want to read about. Yes, women can be strong & lead, but the depiction of the women in that society was just too trippy to fly for me. I wouldn't call them strong at all. I definitely won't be continuing with the series.

At my age (60), life is way too short & my time is too important to force myself to read a book I'm not enjoying, especially when there are so many other books out there waiting to be read.

I both loved and hated this boxset. Hated it. Loved it.

Where to begin? First, let me just say that it gets 4 instead of five because I HATED it! But I LOVED it too! Also there’s a few technical issues, but it didn’t detract from the stories. It’s hard to love a book completely when you want to smack the whole population of the world. Except the children, obviously. Men and women though, fair game. So that’s why I hated it. I wanted to smack everyone at one point. But I loved it because the stories were magnificent. Magni, Boulder, Finn, Khan, and Archer—that’s not the order of books, but the order of favorite men. Pearl, Laura, Christine, Kya, and Athena—order of favorite women, and not in the same order as their men. Such a good book, but you really have to be able to handle hating the cultures of the entire world if you want to read this.

Frustrating heroines

Usually I can’t stand the alpha males but for this serious it was the insanity of the females that ticked me off. There was a point during book 3 when I was so frustrated by the lack of female backbone in these books that I wanted to abandon them altogether. Luckily I stuck around and read book 5 — 2 of the three stars are the result of my thorough enjoyment of book 5, BOTH characters eveloved, stood their ground and matured. Unfortunately the rest of her friends got thoroughly di*kmarized and lost all common sense once the oh so manly nmen whipped it on them. This serious had such a great premis but the execution has just been disappointing to no end. I’m hoping that further books take the book 5 approach though I doubt I’ll read anymore in this series

Insulting

I was very interested in reading these books, but I could not stomach the way women were portrayed by the author. The society created by women was played for laughs. Women formed a unique and peaceful place for everyone left in the world after it was nearly destroyed, but they were played as comic relief. The Men of the North (the Nmen), were portrayed as being the more reasonable society, while waiting to take their "rightful" place as rulers. I'm not a total feminist, but I was completely insulted by this portrayal. I forced myself to read the first three books, but I just couldn't finish any more. I generally like the Alpha male books, but I want the women to be of equal strength instead of being seen as inept and humorous (or harsh). I was extremely disappointed.

Enlightening

I honestly can't say exactly what I loved most about this set. There is just too much to enjoy. During this pandemic and unrest really helps to.push this set into a possible reality at this point. It shows weakness, strength, intelligence, emotion, and nature of the human beings we all are or can be. While this also has romance and is geared more in the direction of couples being partners it really spoke to me about how we interact separately and together. I hope anyone reading these will get what they need from them. And thank you for sharing your daughters poem, it gave me inspiration and I shared it on my FB page before I knew she won and award and was your daughter....lol I hope it inspires more as I pass it along and I hope that others who read your books get as much out of them as I did. Thank you.

Amazing read

I decided to hold back writing a review until I finished Men of the North box set. All I can say is read it , wow you won't be sorry, great ride for all your emotions. Strong characters strong story and excellent writing to pull it all together. Mrs. Peer has done it all.
If I could of read nonstop I would have been happy . But a body has to sleep sometime. I am on to the next book Genius that picks up Shelly all grown up. This girl was the diamond in the rough and only 15 and a genius but not when in a social setting. Awkward to the core, I suspect she has bloomed into a beauty. Can't wait to get started with the next generation of Northlands cast of characters.

I literally binge read these 5 books. Got hooked on the 1st book The Protector and couldn't stop reading until I finished the last page of the 5th book. Elin takes alpha man vs alpha woman to an extreme level with the Nmen occupying Alaska and Canada and the women occupying the rest of the world which is called the Mother Land. These books are about the adventures of some of the men and women from these two extremely different cultures finding a way to fall in love and making their differences work so that they can live peacefully together. The concept of the books are extreme but they also show some of the real differences between men and women, why our relationships don't always work and why our relationships can work. The key to living in love is compromise - communicate and more compromise.

All the main Nmen in these books are very macho, masculine males who like to swear, fight and protect their women. I loved them all, even Magni who is the ultimate warrior but has a problem controlling his emotions.

I am looking forward to reading the next group of books. Y

Genius

This book was a rollercoaster ride of emotions. I feel like I stretched all my political, relationship and personal opinions in five books. The books are based on the best premise of the polarized world we live today. The balance between freedom and community- masculinity vs feminine- democracy vs autocracy -prison vs rehab . As a woman who straddles both worlds - we want strong men yet we want peace . This book was phenomenal. I am not sure exactly where I stand on many political issues discussed in this book. Wow… people should read these books. It should be a tv series

A world where the men live in a frozen area and are big and strong? Sign me up! I read the first five books of the series (the rest are combined into each generation) The population of women is limited, while beyond the walls is a society that’s ran by women. The men are sterile however so we’re introduced to a world where both societies have to work together to survive. The world building and history is amazing. Every character learns how to adapt and strive in their own pace. It’s not too fast where it’s unrealistic, but not to slow where it’s dragging on. Also the men are always ready to pounce on their women

When you start reading, have a good chunk of time free to do so!
If you don’t read this you'll be missing a fantastic read. The future is coming to you but sometimes not in a good way. This is a good take on it. The world will be a better place after this steamy romantic sci fi series is finished! Waiting for the next installment of this series!
A page turner, you won't want to let the books out of your hands... ♡

Loved it

I am not good at writing reviews but I felt I had to share my feelings about Men of the North with you.

I LOVED IT.

I couldn't stop reading, I finished all 6 in 5 days.

My entire life stood still. I barely managed to feed my family. I was enthralled.

I laughed, I was frustrated, I wanted to throw things, I jumped for joy and I cried. Then laughed some more.

Oh my word; It was the most amazing rollercoaster ride EVER!

I was in the best mood. Your story coloured my days with extra brightness.

Thank you for making an impact in my life.

Now the pain of waiting for The Dancer.

In awe

I’ve read all the Men of the North books individually and I loved and enjoyed every single book. Elin Peer is a very talented story weaver which is why I try to get all her books if I’m able to because I enjoy the characters and realities that she creates.
I highly recommend this box set to anyone who’s interested in crawling into these stories and getting totally lost within their pages. Because every single book is amazing!

Dystopia meets romance

The books in this series had characters who developed more through each story. The premise that women and men separated into different ruling situations in different geographical areas and then we're forced to reintegrate was fascinating. Gender roles and stereotypes were highlighted and then torn apart as thinking expanded with new relationships and family units.

The three L word

Like Lust and Love.❤ Play out in lives of the characters. Which kept the pages turning from book one to book five. Each Like,Lust, and Love ❤ was shown and lavish with all the couple. The children had the humor rolling and future coming to life. Will the L❤ words continue? Can't wait to read the next six through ten. 😍
What's to come next?
Will the children grow and find there own LLL words? Happy long future with two countries good, bad, or the same?

I have read all five books in the Men of the North Box set and they are all worth the read. The author weaves stories set in the post-apocalyptic era with strong alpha men falling for strong women. Both have to overcome errors of the past and build a new future together. Men of the North are different, but also something fresh and totally entertaining!!!

Amazing series

I love the way Elin incorporates each character in her story to the next book. You’re not guessing who these new people are at the start of book 2 per say. I’ve just read the box set 1-5 and on to #6 now. The author is amazing in her story telling skills. I’ve never read anything like this before, it’s genius. Definitely a must read series

Couldn’t put it down!

I loved the story telling in this book. The author weaves the politics, lifestyles, background stories and character POV together seamlessly. Each new story picks up right where the other ends and continues to tell the bigger picture of the series within the current story.

I absolutely adore this series of books! It is full of snark, misconception, multi-viewpoints and a completely new way of seeing the world you're living in. It does have a lot of swear words, so if that and sexual scenes are not your thing, you should still read this series! It is totally with the time to read it!
I love the entire series!

Awesome, Awesome, Awesome

I totally loved the characters in this series. The women were strong without being mannish, and loving without doing too soft.

The men were strong enough to the Alphas and flexible enough to be loving.

The trip through their world was exciting and fun. I can't wait to read the next 5 books.
