Give Him Back
How far would you go for love? Before, Lava thought that she had life all figured out. The man, five kids, a good job and a big house. And then, two years ago, her husband told her about his affair. Lava came up with a crazy plan to get rid of her competition. Only the plan backfires, horribly, leaving her praying and wishing. I had this book for a while and decided to read it Saturday. I finish this book in about 3 hours or less.
Once I started I couldn’t stop reading. There are so many oh my gosh moments. There are so many twists and turns.
The author BM Hardin did an excellent job in writing this story.
The storyline was great and just when you think you figure it out or know what’s going to happen, it goes another way. (Whew) so many twists. The characters were great. The book read as if you were watching a Lifetime movie.
It was so good, I didn’t want it to end. I ended up having four friends start the book this weekend. I couldn’t stop talking about it to them.
I look forward to reading more books by this author.

I haven't read a book this good in a long time! Twists and turns until the very end of the book, that I could NOT predict. This was amazing! A real page turner that captured my attention from the first page until the very end. Yes read this book! I will be reading more by this author.

Give Him Back is the story of a wife that many of us have seen and heard before. But, let me tell you, we have never heard it go down like this! Give Him Back was a true page-turner. A page-turner hopped up on an energy drink that was hopped on coffee before that!
Give Him Back is the story of Lava and her cheating husband, West. We find out in the first chapter that West, being the stand-up guy that he is, has confessed two years ago to his wife that he was cheating. In those 2 years, his wife has been waiting impatiently for him to end this affair, which is still going on. We learn early on the name of the woman and meet the woman that West is having the affair with. Lava is on a mission to get this side chick to Give Him Back.
I could not put this book down. I read it over the course of two days, and it would have been quicker than that if I didn't have obligations and such to attend to.
Each character in this book was well developed and off the chart with personality - be it good or bad. Lava, the wife, could infuriate you sometimes because she refused to let this man that was doing her wrong go. But marriage is until death do you part, I guess. West, the husband, was selfish and all about what was good for himself - like most cheating men are. Thea, the best friend, was just crazy. She needed her own book for all of the drama she had going on. Tokyo, the friend and co-worker, was dealing with the drama of her own marriage, but always had her friends back no matter what she came up with to keep her husband. Satin, the mistress, was this out of this world knock-out that seemed to live in her own world. Finally, we have Kemp...Kemp needs his own book as well. I'll just leave it at that.
Overall, I loved this book. It had the right pace and the right amount of OMG moments to keep you on the edge of your seat until the very end. Once you thought you had something figured out or it was going to be predictable, the rug was pulled from underneath you and everything was all jacked up again.
The only reason I gave it four out of five stars was for the few (and I mean, very few) editing errors I came across. For me, that always takes me out of my reading groove. I'm glad they were very few and far between in this one. I would have hated to miss out on this ride due to grammatical mistakes.
I will definitely be reading another of B.M. Hardin's books in the near future. #bigblackchapters #stayreading :)

Not what I expected
The ending was not what I expected for this read. Every time that I thought that I had it figured it out, the pot thickened and twisted in a new direction. Not very predictable at all. So much drama with a hint of mystery. I started reading and didn't stop until the very last sentence. Great read and highly recommended.

What a good read "Give Him Back" was from the very start to the end. I will say this story had some real interesting characters that will have you shaking you head and saying...what in the world were they thinking?
In the end just who was behind all of this mess was simply sad in how all of that played out. This was definitely one of this authors stories that one will find it hard to predict. Crazy Good
Just when I thought I knew who the mistress was once again B.M. Hardin threw in a few curveballs and left me shocked at who was really involved. This book was a thrilling rollercoaster ride that I didn't want to end.

OMG!!!!! Ms. Hardin has done it again. She don't mess around when writing these books. Let me tell you there is never a dull moment when reading her books. It took me 3 days only because life got in the way, but whenever I did pick it up I could not put it down. Just when one thing happened and you thought you figured it out.......WRONG!!!! Every page kept you wanting more........ Awesome job! If you are reading this review and you haven't read Give Him Back stop what you're doing and go purchase the book and get to reading!

Loved It
B.M. does it again with another suspense and drama filled book. I really enjoyed reading this book. The characters were great and the storyline was amazing. Just when i thought I had the plot and main culprits all figured out another piece of the drama came into play. I was definitely shocked once the truth was revealed. Excellent job. Definitely recommend reading.

This book is the stoey of Lava and West. West decides after umpteen years and 5 kids the grass is greener on the other side. But his wife is like NO! Not after all the hard work I put into this thang. This starts a whirlwind of twists and turns I did not see coming. And just when you think You have it figured out BAM. You find out how wrong you are. This book was very good, well thought out and I loved. I can't wait for the next book.

After reading this book you will be wondering who should you trust. BM Hardin has done an awesome job in writing this story. It has a lot of twists in it. You will connect with the characters instantly.
The author just has a way of developing a story that makes you wonder how does she come up with it. I found myself talking to the characters in the book. LOL.

What in the hell! A wife who goes through the extreme to hold onto her husband only to see that there is so many lies tangled within the mistress, the lover and everyone in between. This story had so many twist and surprises that i almost forgot what the whole issue was to begin with. One lie, turned into murder, a bombing and the list goes on and while reading this I kept saying...is he really worth all of this?

A really good read...
I need a Kemp in my life is all I am going to say lol...overall the story was good...it flowed and was a page-turner from the beginning. The only issue I had was that there was a handful of grammatical errors. But outside of that it was good. I recommend.

Another page turner from Ms. Hardin! From just about the beginning, I was all in! I was a little skeptical initially, wondering if this book would actually keep my attention throughout. It didn't disappoint. I was highly upset with Lava, of course I was mad at West as well but I just wanted to shake Lava something serious. I just couldn't imagine fighting that hard and being miserable at the same time. There were quite a few twists and turns, one I called about midway through the story but there were many I didn't see coming and they made the story that much more entertaining. After reading one book by B.M. Hardin, I don't go in thinking it's going to be the most realistic scenarios. She does throw in some far-fetched situations but I've come to expect that of her and enjoy where her creativity takes the characters. If you get upset about things being a little out there as far as truly happening, don't set yourself up for disappointment. But if you like drama, twists and turns, some far-fetched instances to keep the story flowing and engaging, then I would definitely recommend this book and her work overall to you. I will say that I don't know how I feel about the ending, it was yet another twist that I would have never seen coming but I really wanted a different end.

So, I was entertained (a bit). However this story was just alllll over the place! It was going great until about half way through. Then I was just in awe of the craziness that was happening. Then the craziness went to another level and I couldn’t stop rolling my eyes at these scenes. Don’t let me forget to mention the ending!... *rolls eyes again*.
I can understand why people rated it so high because it was definitely a lot of drama and twists. But in the effort to make it unpredictable the constant twist became too much for me.

Once again BM has written a story that has not only baffled my mind, but also kept me up late reading. This set of uniquely named characters definitely came with their bag of tricks. While I've learned not to even attempt to guess the ending, this one was just as twisted & of course surprising. Nice cover & title just right for content. Congratulations again BM on another suspenseful, well written story. Recommended to all

I felt anger, resentment, love, betrayal, shock, hate hurt and any other emotion you can think of. This read is not short on surprises. This web of drama is woven so nicely into so many layers. The desperation and deceit ooze from every page. I loved it!

September 2, 2018Typical Hardin book. She won't disappoint, you will have no idea where's she's going, the puppet master isn't who'll expect and strangely unrealistic. Make sure your seat belt in tighten because she'll take you for a ride.

Bravo B.M. Hardin!!
Whew!!! The unexpected twist and turns of this story left me speechless! Everything that I thought I figured out was completely wrong. These characters had so many secrets. Some of the scenes literally left me with my mouth agape. Great job!!!!

Good book
This story was definitely a page turner. I saw some things coming a mile away though but it still had a lot of twists that I never saw coming.
