I can only say wow. How could something so forbidden seem so right? There's no telling how things will play out once hearts become involved. Hopefully there'll be more to this story because it left me with so many questions. As broken as Nadege seems to be, I'm curious as to why she's in her predicament. Wendell's ex seriously did a number on him. Lawd knows I want to know Kendrick and Marlaina's reaction and if they'll be as judgmental as Kalil.

So I was gonna give this a 4 but some parts wasn’t adding up and didn’t make sense to me. Also the disloyal actions Wendell showed in this book was unforgivable and very predictable I knew who the secret woman was just by putting the pieces together; I wish the author was more suspenseful when trying to make the audience figure out who the mystery lady was but that wasn’t the case here

Good storyline
I figured it was her and when she started describing him, I knew it. I liked this storyline. The lovers were both broken and in a complicated situation. I can’t wait to read more of their story. #SBP

Wow! So much going on with these friends. I had a feeling Wendell was a piece of work, but damn! So many unanswered questions, and serious confrontations that need to happen. Hopefully a standalone is up next to wrap this up.

Short and sweet.
