Never Do That

Rate this book
Lacy thinks I'm just a pessimist. She doesn't get it. She thinks life revolves around this idea that you have to force people into showing you they love you. So much so, that she broke up with someone she didn't want to break up with because she thought he was going to break up with her. Classic case of 'insecure female.' Yeah, she thinks I don't understand, but I do...all too well.

I really liked this short story by Pyper Dream! I love lesson that can be learned here by those who read it. The main character Diya gives everything she has to a boy that she loves and thinks she is going to spend the rest of her life with, only to have it all come crashing down right before her eyes!

It changes her when he breaks her heart, she is not able to love the same way and trust the same way. I think that every girl needs to hear something like this or be taught this so that they do not have it happen, its better avoided if possible. Which is exactly what Diya is trying to say to her friend Kacy, don’t make him your world, a part of it yes, but not all of it!

Really great short story, as usual, wish there was more! I would have loved to hear more about Diya and her life and relationships and what happened after Ray!
