Wanted More
I'm sorry, but I wanted more from this novel that in didn't get. I wanted the smut and surprise pregnancy, but all I got out of this was a makeout session and a drive-by shooting. Will I read the rest of this series? Yes, but I want more action at a swifter pace.

What happens when Lola a pop star meets Bishop the president of a motorcycle club, pure chaos. Lola is back in her hometown to see her parents. Things did not go well so she goes to the towns local bar called the Dive with her bodyguards. There is a shooting and the biker Bishop rescues her.
Where are her bodyguards when they are needed? Bishop can't get his mind off the beauty he knows he is not good for her but he wants her. He schemes up another plan and ends up at her hotel and things get good, Lola needs to get back to LA, but things happen her father gets sick now she is back in town, but she now knows she is carrying Bishop's baby. Not only that but someone is spilling all her secrets to the press.
Is it one of her bodyguards Chris? She has so many things going on and Bishop was not impressed when he found out about the baby. Will Bishop regret how he treated Lola or is it too late? And with the gunman still on the loose will Lola even make it back safely to LA.
I liked this story yes Bishop was brass, it he also was always there when Lola needed protection, he did make some mistake, but will it cost him Lola and his unborn child.
Lola being a pop star I liked her character, but she should have been fired one particular bodyguard no matter how busy her schedule got doesn't she have people to do this for her. Other than that I rate this story four stars.

I’ve come to expect nothing less than a great story from this author and boy did she come through with this one!
Unlike some of her other MC books, this one didn’t put a lot of emphasis on the whole motorcycle club. It was mentioned throughout and you understand what it means to Bishop but that’s all.
I really enjoyed it, which I’m surprised because I LOVE her MC books (as she writes them better than anyone I feel), and I thought I would miss more of the dealings of the club and all the other things clubs get into. She wrote this so perfectly that I didn’t miss it at all.

Naomi always has a great story, Stud is no exception! Lola a Pop Star, tries to sneak into town to visit her parents, {who have sticks up their rears} because her Dad has been ill. The visit doesn't go well, so Lola goes to a bar for a drink! Local fans catch on and surround her! But she also catches the eye of Bishop the local Mc Pres. He doesn't know her but he likes what he sees! Threats on her life lead these two through a eventful time but it also brings them closer together! Loved this story so much!

This was an easy and quick read. The storyline was good but I never felt connected to the characters. The situations that occurred during the book were too vague and I felt like they were too breezy. I think Naomi could have dived deeper and could have more invested with the emotions and more descriptive. I was looking for more dramatization and more suspense and I just didnt feel that while reading this book. If you're looking for a simple and quick book this is for you.

Bishop “Stud” Blaine, president of the Cobra Kings MC took interest in a celebrity, singer Lola “Lauren” Lennox when she returned to her hometown of Rolling Hills. A threat on her life becomes so intense that Stud wanted to assist in finding the shooter.
A nicely buildup of a potentially great story but was abruptly disrupted when it was getting interesting. I would’ve loved to read about their new found relationship but not enough to purchase the next book in this series.

Wasn’t as exciting as I thought
I expected a more interesting plot. It wasn’t as exciting or inventive as I thought it would be and some plot points made no sense in any case it was ok

A good short story
I hate books such as that leave you hanging and make you buy another book to finish the story and maybe another. Authors should be more kind and finish a story but they are I interested only the money they can make.

I wanted more out of this novella. I know its a short book and an intro book into the series but it was a little lackluster for me. I need at least a steamy scene. I am going to continue the series though because the end got me. I need to know.

Cliffhanger
It's ok but has a huge cliffhanger and I don't want to buy the rest of the series. Especially as each book is $3. Not worth it.

Was into it but synopsis is misleading and the book ends when the story isn’t over. they didn’t even have sex yet and there wasn’t a cliffhanger to explain why book suddenly ends.
