At my local library, I came across this book. While it is a bit older, I found this to be very informative, and I like how everything is compiled. It covers a wide range of topics, including dreams, motivation, and sleep, but it's still easy to understand. I will also say that it's a good introduction to the brain's physiology and function, without overly technical details. I'll definitely be checking out some of C.U.M Smith's other works.
