...offers new recommendations for evaluating programs, personnel, and program change results and for using evaluation data to enhance programs that have been in place for a number of years
This one is a real thrill ride. With all the twists and turns from vocational guidance and a position service model. A must read for all. Okay, so I was actually bored out of my mind. With this said I don't think it is the books fault. It is a book for working professionals who want to move towards CC&G. In that regard it is probably great. It just isn't the best for first semester grad students, too dense and hard to follow, with a lot of jargon that it is expected that the reader knows. I think another Gysbers bok probably would have been more apropos (Ha! Finally got to use that word, see studying GRE words does pay off).
