A good guidance on general anger management

The book provided a good guidance on how to manage your anger. It has a good structure on raising awareness of the impact, finding a root cause and how to overcome challenges. It also provided various options to ensure everyone could find something that works for them.
However the book could be more impactful if there were real life examples stated.
