Libro de texto bastante bueno sobre las peculiaridades y habilidades del trabajo del consultor empresarial especializado en la "gestión del cambio". Este trabajo se puede llevar a cabo por parte de consultores externos (freelancers) o internos (el propio personal de la empresa). El libro ofrece teoría, metodología y ejemplos prácticos sobre cómo llevar a cabo este trabajo.
