An eighteen-year-old covert agent is pulled out of training before graduation by Black X, a espionage group so secret even the President of the United States doesn't know it exists.

For her first mission, she must go undercover as the long-lost daughter of a recently deceased billionaire, infiltrate high society, and protect the Prince of Montrovia from assassination.
But Prince Lorenzo is known as the Playboy Prince for a reason and his sensuality and charisma add a whole other level of complication to her mission.

She knows that her every move is being watched, but what she doesn’t know is that the Prince is just a chess piece in a bigger game that will have world-wide ramifications. And that Blackwood Academy, the place she has called home for the past six years has secrets of its own.

Waste of time

There were possibilities in the plot line, but tbey were wasted. The story was written as if it should have been a video game for tweens with ADD. On top of that the implausabilities were piled up so thickly that the little critic in my head kept going "seriously!?" I could have passed it as a series for 12 year olds if it didn't have all the gratuatous sex and violence. I don't object to sex and violence, but not in a poor version of Nancy Drew for kids. Even for free, it is not worth your reading time.

This series in general was pretty great. It's one of those cutesy reads and is so interesing you can't put it down. For any of you serious readers who can sit and read for hours on end and get back cramps from sitting in a certain spot, this whole series was devoured by me in the matter of two days.

One thing that was tough for me, was how the author furthered the story and development of characters through dialogue only. So get ready for a lot of dialogue! Other than that, good series for a quick read and a good story.

Spy Girl: Books 1-3 (Spy Girl #1-3) was a great read by Jillian Dodd. These books consist of; The Prince, The Eagle, and The Society. They follow Huntley, an eighteen year old covert agent. She was pulled out of training before her graduation by Black X, which is an espionage group. These books follow her first three missions. I really enjoyed reading this book and can’t wait to read more by Jillian Dodd.

This is the first 3 books of the Spy Girl series. The story is full of suspense, auction, and some romance. It takes you along on the ride with Huntley. The story is so well written it makes you feel what the characters are going through. You will laugh, cry, and cheer for her to succeed in her missions. I can’t wait to see what happens next.

I was hanging on every word!

Well crafted, but not as fluid switching between characters. It's every girls dream, being a cool spy, internet sensation and wannabee Princess! Well done. This was part of a 3 book free set, but I'll buy the next one, it's a good, if improbable story.

These books are so enthralling!! They kept me on my toes and I could not put the books down. Jillian Dodd has done an incredible job of weaving this plot together with the perfect amount of fun, action and intrigue. You can bet I lost sleep over these (in the best way possible). Totally recommend these if you love chick spy books, or any spy books really.

Overall enjoyed the story. I was saddened by the end. But I will say a lot of times it seemed like the author looked up facts about something and then just listed them. Like, a character will be casually explaining something to another, but reads like a wikipedia description was copy and pasted. Or a list of related terms was copy and pasted into their dialogue.

I read, but I couldn't read it....

The book didn't support page-flip, thus a new form of Reader was used; you had to be certain of where you were constantly. It was a hard to read book; hard to be read to.

Start to a great series

This is the first three books in the Spy Girl series. A page turner of a read. Great characters, the plot is full of action and twists, and the editing is excellent (always a factor for me). I’m buying the next book tonight.

Generic story

This is a full in the name and fill in the name of the country story that shows no spark of originality. It reads well, that is its only saving grace. To anyone who has read any spy novel you will find it predictable and boring.

Action packed

Fast paced book. Lots of surprises. Hooked me right off the bat. The ending is a major cliffhanger. Reminds me of another series. Agent Hill. Both have a strong female character

Interesting story

I didn’t know what to think about book with the title Spy Girl but I didn’t have high hopes. I expected it to be cheesy and silly but found the opposite. Great story with great characters.
