Not a great book, but it caters to many different gamer needs that makes it a book still worth having.

You get the non-aligned army backgrounds. You get day by day events regarding the JSA uprising that us useful for RPGs. At the end you get backgrounds for all the Dire Foes editions and you actually get all the rules for each scenario included at the end. Throughout the book you have pictures of models and painting schemes.

Since the book came with a Brawler, that makes it a no-brainer. For me, the Dire Foes missions listed at the end make having the book a very useful reference.
