Granger: Just Passing Through

Rate this book
Martin Granger slept hard for the first time in two years without the assistance of whiskey. Not because he chose to, but because he ran out two days before. He was going to fix that. He kept thinking about that girl he left behind in Hill City. The one with the scar on her face. Someone was abusing her. He was gonna fix that, too.

Great family oriented reading and I am definitely impressed with Mr. McDuff's amazing descriptive epilogue of our true old western folklore. I don't recall reading any books authored by Mr. McDuff, but I have purchased the other three books in this series based upon this very heartwarming romantic western. I was very impressed with the thoroughness of the subject matter and the excitement never ceases with Granger fearlessly standing up for what he thinks is right. Great plot! Great ending!

Certainly deserving of the five stars I awarded to this exciting adventure of our true old western adventures. Too, the characters were effectively selected and their storylines were indicative to their assigned duty. Very impressive storytelling throughout the entire book.

I am definitely impressed with the thorough understanding the author apparently has of the well described subject matter throughout the entire book. Too, Granger's display of camaraderie is definitely worthy of following throughout his many exciting escapades and gunplay. I definitely recommend this book to all of you seeking an exciting adventure of the most innovative and selections of places and characters, from beginning to end! Try it and I am sure you will be well entertained!😂

An LTM Western With Our Favorite Good Guy Trying to Stay Sober

LTM has penned the second western novel about his cowboy/oounty hunter as he attempts to answer questions when he is sober. He has been trying to figure out what is happening in his town because he feels something corrupt is taking place. He has every intention to assist the young girl with the scared face, but when he is alone he is his worst enemy. This is an excellent read for the genre.....DEHS

Very believable. A great read. There is a hero and his name is......?

I chose this rating because the mystery is carried on thru the story. Full of surprises and the hero is very believable. The hero does not suddenly fall into wealth, nor is he the fastest gun alive. He is Just a man who lived through the ravages of Civil War and survived .

Searching

I thoroughly enjoyed reading this book, however I would like to know the title of the first book in the Granger novels. I would have liked to read them in the best order. I will be reading more from this author.

MARTIN GRANGER

Would you believe that our friend Granger suspects there's something sneaky going on in the town of Hill City. Action and intrigue what happened to the town's residents the boardwalks were empty the mercantile shelves were empty with the exception of a lot of crates.
Laura is missing and Ginny the saloon owner acts indifferent to her wherebouts or anything else going on in the town.
Granger is a robust alcoholic, he's trying to slow down is intake of alcohol, but it doesn't seem it's working. He would make a good lawman, he's not afraid to ask questions regarding the simmering feelings that there's something underfoot in the town of Hill City...read and discover how this town was becoming a GHOST TOWN.
PS: the author is leaving us with a lot of unanswered questions. Will there be more about GRANGER, I hope so..don't forget us L. T. McDuff
