Gregori:  Dragofin Mated Book #4

(A Dragon-Gryphon Shifter BWWM Curvy Science Fiction-Paranormal-Fantasy Romance Series)

“We do this together.”

She’s a vixen on a mission determined to prove her worth. He’s a reserved guardian in need of his mate, not a seductive fling.

Unhealed hurts and unspoken misunderstandings have wedged a gulf between them. Now, she’s in Alice, Texas while he’s in Atlanta, Georgia. They’ve suffered so many false starts that this mating is in jeopardy of going off the rails.

Will they lose out on the one chance to walk the mated journey of a lifetime together?

Life-crisis is just a word until it sets up residence in yours.

Zia Carter is at a crossroads in life. Almost dying after being kidnapped by an alien-dinosaur-bird shifter, everything she’s known and believed has been turned on its head. She has always had a firm grasp on life, until now.

After what she’s been through, it’s going to take more than a hot guy like Greg Griffin’s looks and far too calm ways to ever trust any man again.

Zia’s on a new mission to get her mojo back. She needs outward, deliberate shows of attraction and affection; not the stately quiet of a gorgeous golden giant.

Slow and steady win the race until they interfere with your mating.

Gregori (Greg) Griffin has subdued his beast nature all his life. As the eldest brother of four Gryphon Guardian Warriors and second-in-command of the Dragofin Clan, he’s the wise, calm cohesion of the group.

Since the mating thrall has started, each passing day Zia stays away renders him weaker. There’s a more significant problem, though. She’s not capable of handling what a mating requires—yet.

Greg needs and wants his mate. His patience forbids him from usurping her control. Zia has a long recovery ahead. Does he have enough time left to win his mate and regain his power before the final nails in both their mating and his coffin seal his fatal end?

Join Zia and Greg on their journey of discovery, adventure, and impossible odds.

Gregori Dragofin Mated Book 4 of the Dragonfin Clan Mated
by Mychal Daniels
⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
Another strong addition to the Dragonfin Clan Mated Series, by Mychal Daniels. Book 4 is Gregori: Dragofin Mated. The story is of Gregori (Greg) Griffin and Zia Carter. Omg what a story to read Mychal Daniels has another best seller on her hands. This is a magnificent story to read. It's one that once I started reading it couldn't but my reader down. I forgot the chores, to cook dinner and I didn't sleep until I read the last page. If that doesn't tell you how much I enjoyed this book then nothing will. There is so much to love about this book. The writing style is lovely, evoking images of the steamy South. The main characters are surrounded with a quirky ensemble of secondary characters that ranged from humorous to dark and downright evil. The main characters are very different from the usual heroines and hero in this genre. Zia is practical and efficient rather than the usual kick ass character. You can't help but immediately like Zia. I enjoy a fast comeback, I like sarcasm, and a witty female that's willing to kick ass. This fit’s Zia to the T, but she has some baggage and a past that's has some traumas. Her nightmares and the alien-dinosaur-bird shifter taunting words to her will bring tears to your eyes but like a flip of a coin, she will make you laugh out loud and she can’t change her past, but it most definitely shape her person, she is acting like a vixen on a mission who is determined to prove her worth. I really enjoyed Zia's character. Gregori character provides love and strong support in their relationship, he is the eldest brother of four Gryphon Guardian Warriors and second-in-command of the Dragofin Clan. But he does have his own problems to deal with, mainly the mating thrall has made him weaker. One of the things I really like about Mychal Daniels is her ability to write a story that is so entertaining and intriguing. Her world-building is realistic, believable and great even though it's paranormal romance mixed with fantasy. I enjoy how she develops and writes her characters with so much passion and realism. The dialogue is so witty what some may call snappy plus it makes the story easy to read. I totally enjoy her stories because they are JUST SO ENTERTAINING. Now Gregori for me has a darker part plus a subject I really hate but as it exists it needs to be here. Which makes the story a little sad but edge of your seat GREAT. The Gregori story has a wicked sense of humor, it's enjoyable to read which is soft on the angst. Wow If you have ever wondered what a Gryphon wings looks and feels like? How they look in the shining sun or during a dawn light? Mychal Daniels will amaze you with her vivid imagination. Her description of the colors, scents and sexual scenes all makes for a captivating and intriguing Paranormal Romance Series. It really makes the story more enjoyable and it's part of the reason why I enjoyed this story so much. It's pace and flow is just right. I expected nothing less from Mychal Daniels the fun loving, serious but carefree, attitude of some of the characters. I really really enjoyed the ending because there is a pleasantly surprised. I’m intrigued by this series and I intend to read every back issue I can get my hands on to continue reading this series. High praise for characters and the story I’m looking forward to the next book in the series.

I normally like all Mrs. Daniels books but i really could not get into this one. I absolutely did not like Zia. I loved all the supporting characters and Greg was awesome. But Zia, i understand that she had a horrible ordeal happen to her. however she still grew up to be a selfish, self absorbed female. she constantly went on about her great beauty and how she was always judged because of her beauty. but she was also a big part of that problem she seemed to think she was above everyone. I love how Quinn told her off, she said what needed to be said. I did not like the cookout event that honored her, because technically she did nothing to deserve it. she lived in that neighborhood for 2 years and she did not know none of neighbors. her interaction with Tanisha at the cookout was an example of her passing judgment on others she did not know. the book made it seem as if she was this caring person to the children in the community but she also didn't know any of their real names, did not know some were homeless, did not know any of their parents and because she made them some food she was seen as this good women. she went on about a bakery but not once did she cook for the clan, and she didn't even make food for the cookout. she complained a lot, was impatient, didn't want to learn about her heritage, i thought she was rude Greg when ever he tried to explain what she was, how many times has she seen proof of the paranormal stuff but didn't want to believe in it. Zia is my least favorite character, and she made it hard for me to enjoy the book.

Marie's Tempting Reads ARC Review:

Gregori RIGHT HERE is my NEW FAVORITE HERO! I say that EVERY TIME about one of Mychal Daniels books but honestly its no wonder. Miss Daniels writes VERY GOOD BOOKS. The kind with beautiful, curvy heroines, smart, beyond sexy heroes and her books ALWAYS have sassy, sexy banter, steamy scenes, lots of action and great storylines. And Gregori was one of the most HIGHLY anticipated books in her Dragofin Mated series. He has excited me from the moment he was introduced and I have been EAGERLY awaiting his HEA. And OH HOWDY DO, I fell in hard core LOVE with it!

Zia is an amazing heroine. She really really is. I liked her personality, the way she seemed to pick herself up after all that she been through and just brushed it off and was determined to get her life and happiness back. And Greg...oh he just had such a presence about him and the way he was incredibly smart and gorgeous just seemed to make my heart flutter. I adored Zia and Greg's mating and the romance SO much! Damn, I could read this again and again and still not get bored with it. This book was well worth the wait and then some! I recommend the WHOLE Dragofin Mated series. They are great reads but I have a feeling, many readers will LOOOOOVE Greg's the best.

Gregori gets a BEEN WELL WORTH THE WAIT FIVE BIG BRIGHT STARS!

This book was awesome!!! This is book 4 in the Dragofin series and we pick up with the aftermath of Zia's near death experience from book 3. Zia and Greg are destined to be together but there is evil trying do harm to Zia and others in the Dragofin clan. This book truly was a journey for the hero and heroine as she learned to accept herself, her flaws, and the unconditional love from her mate. The level of detail of the other worlds and beings that existed was phenomenal and necessary to get a good understanding of the bigger picture this series has been painting since book 1. I absolutely loved the passion between Greg and Zia and how dedicated they were to one another. The reveal of the person behind all the evil doings and the reasons was also spectacular as it kept me guessing throughout the entire book and all the twists and turns. There was also plenty of humor and witty banter between all of the previous characters that I've grown to love in this series. And of course at the end I was clamoring for more as we learned that Blaise is up next. I absolutely loved this book and highly recommend if you like a great read - especially a paranormal one.

I ABSOLUTELY ADORED THIS STORY!
At last… I have been waiting for this story for what seems a very long time. If you haven’t read the earlier books in this series I suggest you do for context. I love a brainy hero and when he looks like a Viking god sans beard I am all over that. But it was Zia I fell for. Zia has been through some trauma and drama and come out the other side shaken but not down. She is a strong woman who finally comes into her own and becomes who she was meant to be. Her journey is a little more existential and spiritual than the characters in previous books but she is stronger for it.

WOW! I would have to say this is the best yet in the Dragofin Mated series. Seriously, holy HE!! just wow. It did start off slow, keep reading, There was a point that it went BAM and I was hooked to the point that I did not put it down. Hooked! As in this book sunk its teeth into me and stayed with me, just would not let me go. Zia starts off as a drama queen and I really did not care for her much in the beginning and wondered how in the world her and Greg could be mates. But, Mychal Daniels pulled it off amazingly well. There is action, drama, heat, humor, suspense, you name it and this book has it.

I voluntarily reviewed an ARC of this book.
