Rough. Possessive. Demanding.

That’s world-famous footballer Liam Packham in a nutshell. He’s smoking hot, cocky as all get-out, and has no boundaries when it comes to women. Innocent as she is, Audrey takes one look at Liam and knows - this guy is bad news.

As his personal assistant, she’s got a first-hand look at his wild, bad-boy ways. She works directly under him, so it’s her job to follow him to strip clubs, sex parties, and raves, and try her best to keep him out of trouble.

That includes keeping him out of her bed, no matter how hard he pursues her, or how much she wants to give in. He’s in lots of trouble back in London. Audrey knows better than to get tangled up in that mess, no matter how devilishly handsome Liam is, or how sexy he sounds when he’s purring her name.

She’s not about the be the next in his line of conquests - but how long can a girl resist? And when she finally gives in to her desires, will Liam slip back into his bad boy ways, leaving her carrying a secret -- and his baby -- all alone?

Liam is a hot, footballer star that has signed to a US team. He is told that he needs to keep out of trouble. Liam best friend Jack is always in trouble some how, and that leaves Liam trying to clean up his messes and. Liam may seem to be a bad boy but he has a heart of gold. In walks Audrey the tipsy girl from a year ago and imagine their shocked faces when they see each other and told that Jack is his best friend and her brother. Audrey is the take care of everyone else girl and she will tell you how it is. So when she is told/offered a job to keep Liam out of trouble she gives it her all, not that Liam is making it easy on her. The chemistry between Audrey and him is so intense that they can't ignore it. This story is a great read!

Awesome story! Liam is not only rich, sexy and handsome, he is also extremely loyal to his childhood friend, Jack. jack, on the other hand, is trouble. He is into drugs, gambling and throwing his life away. But when Jack's sister, Audrey, finds herself heart-broken and alone, jack really comes through for her, with Liam's help. Nicely Done!

I thought this was a brilliant book and the way the story unfolded was really wonderful!
Liam is a very famous fooballer (soccer) and is know for not being a very nice boss to his assistants. Being best friends with Jack for many years, he not only helps Jack with his future in the game, but Jack's younger sister Audrey.
Audrey is 24 and met Jack at a party 1 year previously. When he calls Jack to a meeting, Audrey comes along for support, shocked when she is offered the job as Liam's assistant.
The deeper the story goes, secrets are revealed and it pulls them closer together. They share one night of passion and then things take a nose dive! Crossed wites is an understatement between these two and its not until a few months later that they finally declare their feelings and take the next step to their new future, together!!!
A wonderful light read with a story that will keep you reading with pleasure. Looking forward to what Vivian is planning for her next book!!!

PUNT-A BRITISH BAD BOY FOOTBALL ROMANCE; SIZZLING ROMANTIC STORY.

This story focuses on; AUDREY, a fiery-red-headed blue-eyed beauty, JACK, Audrey’s charismatic brother, and LIAM, a traffic stopping gorgeous lady magnet, wealthy famous egotistical footballer from London.

What you’ll find in this story: a cast of remarkably impressive and engaging characters; spectacular story-line, picturesque and dynamic scene descriptions, phenomenal banter, camaraderie, action, family issues, jealousy, gripping suspense, danger, life threatening moments, gut-wrenching moments, earth-shattering toe curling sensual romance, and a melt your heart conclusion leaving you wanting more.

Liam is in the states to play for a new footballer team in Atlanta, and to also prove he can ditch his bad playboy antics. Jack, due to Liam’s efforts is also going to play for the new team. Audrey is hired as Liam’s assistant to do the work he needs done, and to keep him from getting into embarrassing headline trouble. Jack is into all kinds of dreadful trouble that could get him hurt or worse, and Liam is trying to help him on the sly. Audrey and Liam constantly argue, but she manages to keep him on the straight and narrow. When they finally get to their romantic encounters it is blissful. Audrey gets wind of the fact that Liam will be going back to London, but instead of questioning him she leaves him with a note of goodbye. The two are separated by thousands of miles when Audrey discovers a baby is on the way. Nonsensical pride keeps them apart, both miserable and wanting.

WOW/SPECTACULAR fast paced well written read by a truly gifted author. The fusion of authenticity and fantasy make this story most impressive. The characters come alive with exhilarating dialogue and breathtaking scene descriptions that keep you intrigued from start to finish. The story shows how a young self-centered man finally gets in tune with his true feelings, another gets his priorities straight, and how true friendship makes you selfless. The romance between Audrey and Liam sizzles to a low passionate burn with undying devotion. You cant’ help but love these awesome characters. I relished this story, a most gratifying read, and can’t wait for more. If you treasure fantasy romance this is a terrific book for your library. {I was gifted this book and this is my completely honest review}. In the world of fantasy romance the possibilities are endless and always fascination. Without reservation I recommend this book.

ABSOLUTELY WONDERFUL FABULOUS BOOK AND A MUST READ!!!!!

I have to say that Vivian Wood knocked this one out of the ball park! This book has an awesome story line, fantastic characters, brazenly wonderful sex scenes, fights, a friendship that doesn't waiver, and a ending that will leave you wanting more!!! It's all in one book and what more could you ask for? This book took a new direction on the bad boy and I loved it. But then again who in America does not like Football? I have to say this book is sheer genius!!!! I recommend it to mature readers 18 years and older. You will not be disappointed.

Liam Packham is tattooed, rich, and a footballer from England. He is best friends with Jack Cross whom he met at boarding school in England when he was trying to prevent Jack from getting his rear whipped by the rich kids. Liam had a reputation for boozing, womanizing partying, and was in Atlanta to play ball so that he could lay low for a year and work on his reputation. With Jack's help his sister Audrey is hired as Liam's assistant who is tasked with practically keeping him out of trouble. She takes the job knowing she shouldn't, but the money was too good to pass up. So she tags along with him and she cannot believe she is following him to strip joints, sex parties, and raves. Audrey knows the cocky Cockney is hard to resist, but she finds her resistance wearing thin.

Audrey Cross is the younger sister of Jack Cross who is friends with Liam Packham the famous Brit footballer. Audrey has always looked after her brother Jack even though he is older than she is. So as Jack's insistence she takes the assistant job to Liam knowing that he was going to be trouble for her. Liam won't let her forget that they met about a year or so ago and she was sitting on his lap practically making out with him. He knows exactly which buttons to push and how to get the reaction out of her he wants. As things begin to heat up between them and they give into their feelings, he opens up and shares his past with her.

Audrey is lost on him and knows that he will be leaving soon and will she be able to hold on to him? Or will Liam leave and go back to his boozing and partying? Will Audrey keep the baby she is expecting from him?

No spoilers given. You must read this AWESOME book. ARC free book given for honest review.

big bad boy liam has done a huge favor for his long time friend, knowing the trouble he's in right now. he got him on the same footbal team and he even managed to get a job for that friends sister. when the siblings step into the room for the meeting, he's surprised to see who the sister is. he actually met her a year ago and she wasn't as uptight as she is now. playing along her ruse and pretending not to know her, liam can't help to be intrigued by her, wanting to push her buttons...
audrey doesn't know what her brother is up to, he keeps talking about his famous friend liam, and him landing him a job for him on the same football team. audrey is only going along to make sure her brother doesn't do anything stupid, most of his schemes turn out to be false. but when they enter a few pieces fall into place. her brother hasn't lied, liam, really is famous, one of the best foot ballplayers of the moment. but, he's also the guy she had a huge snog-battle with a year ago. lost in her thoughts she's baffled to hear they want to hire her as the new PA for liam, to keep him out of trouble and to keep trouble away from him. not sure what to do, the salary is what moves her across the dotted line.

and that's when things go from normal to crazy and heated! liam is making it his job to keep pushing at her boundaries and finding all other buttons to get a rise out of her and also to get her into his bed but she's resisting every attempt. next to this he's dragging her all over town trying to get her brother out of trouble, trouble he's kept hidden from his sister and family. it's during those times of shock and disbelief she sees an other side of liam, a side wanting to be there for her brother and it's making it hard for her to keep resisting him.

when they finally give in they don't surface for weeks, but a few choice events leads to a heap of heartache and bad decisions.

who will choose for who? liam is a regular bad boy but wil audrey be the one able to tame him? pick up a copy of your own and read how these two make the pages (or screen) sizzling hot with their crazy bantering and word feuds and more acrobatic endeavors! once i started reading the book it was hard to put it down, loved it!

I read this book through Kindle Unlimited. It is my first book by this author and the writing was good. Its told in duel POV’s. Not a bad book but felt it wrapped up to quickly.

Liam is an English soccer/football player that is playing in Atlanta. He has enough pull to get his friend on the same team although he isn’t as talented a player and also hire his friends sister as his PA. She is also hired to try to keep him out of trouble, keep his nose clean so he can go back to England to play. Naturally they fall for each other.

Audrey had met Liam last year although she had no idea who he was. She had been drinking when they met at a bar. He remembers her. She starts working for him and has to go everywhere with him while he is trying to get her brother Jack out of gambling debts. I never really understood these debts that all of a sudden got paid off once Jack signed with a different team, nor did I understand how wealthy Liam was as a soccer player. Its just not popular in America. Also its nowhere close to that of professional football players salaries.

After Liam is offered to go back to England to play, Audrey assumes their “fling” is over and takes off with her brother to California to live with him. When Liam comes home from NY after signing the new deal Audrey has packed up and left with only leaving him a “Thanks for Everything” note. He gets mad and takes off for England. 5 months later Jack shows up in England and tells him Audrey is pregnant. Liam heads to California and after no “discussion” about what happened, they have sex and he proposes. End of book.

Liam is a world known famous soccer player. He has a friend named Jack who is having some horrible troubles in his life, namely gambling. His friend Jack Cross is drowning right now and he needs to save him. He and his friend has been friends since high school. The reason Liam is helping Jack now and going out of his way so much now is because of how Jack was there for Liam in a time in his life back a few years ago.
Liam has it set up that Jack’s sister is his handler and assistant. There is a reason why- Liam and Audrey had this passionate night over a year ago and Liam is wanting to see if they can recreate it. Aubrey is one of those people who put others first . She is sweet, kind, very giving. She is so lovely and Liam is hot for her. Audrey also has feelings for Liam but she also cares for her brother and she is so confused. Aubrey wants to give herself more to Liam and just as she starts to open up and let Liam in she finds out he is going back to London. There is a lot of background noise going on involving Aubrey’s family , Liam’s soccer job and other people that causes misunderstandings and there are twists and turns which gives some great angst. Will they get their HEA?
I loved the MC and this is such a great book. There is passion, romance, action, sport action, angst, hope, and joy. I really recommend this story because of the journey Liam and Aubrey go on. I hope we get to see them again.

My rating: 4.6 stars *****

Punt: A British Bad Boy Football Romance by Vivian Wood is a very good read. I loved the characters. From the first chapter the characters stand out and draw you in. You can't help but love Audrey. Her willingness to put the people around her needs first make her very endearing. She is smart, friendly, beautiful, full of sass, and loyal. There are so many layers to the well put together southern girl that you have to respect and love her character. Her love of family and need for approval despite having a family that doesn't understand, acknowledge or respect her is typical of girls in some southern families. Jack, Audrey's brother, is the typical male that's lived on a pedestal. He has been the family athlete, the son that can do no wrong as far as his mom's concerned. Jack's reality of course is never as bright as everyone thinks it is. Then there's Liam. He is sex on a stick. Sexy, beautiful, bad boy vibe, pro athlete and a faithful friend to Jack. Liam and Audrey will draw you in and keep you guessing. This contemporary romance is by far one of the better stories I've read in a while. If there was a fault in the book it would that I would have loved for there to have been an epilogue at the end. This story could very easily become a movie. I would love to see who they cast to play Liam. I received an ARC for my honest review.

Vivian wood you my sweet sweet and completely captivating lady have just gave your readers a story full fantastic characters, steamy wonderful sex scenes, fights, a friendship and more and more. I was given this book in exchange for an honest review and I couldn't say enough how great the book is...
Liam is a rich tattooed guy who plays football. He is also a cocky jerk who goes through woman more than clean underwear. But one good quality was he was a good friend to Jack. Since they were younger he has always looked out for him. Now Jack wants to help him clean up his reputation with the actual help of his sister Audrey. She takes not junk from Liam but he is wearing her resistance. He knows she's his best friend sister but something about her drives him. He gets her but there are always consequences... Will he stay and be faithful? Will there be a real chance for them? Will he change?

Audrey is the little sister to Jack who is best friends with Liam. Jack asked her to help him clean up Liam's act but in the process she finds herself falling for him. She knows his womanizing ways and says she can withstand it all but things happen. One time she made out with him at her weak moment and he won't let her forget because he wants her badly. Well passion explodes and she ends up knocked up. Will she tell him about it? Will she keep the baby?

Liam is a famous football player (but it's not what we believe as football...it's the European style soccer.) Most sports romance books are the common American football or baseball so this was a refreshing story that gave us a unique storyline. Liam is best friends with a guy named Jack, who has a horrible time with gambling amongst other things that lives him in a difficult and compromising positon. Jack was there for Liam at one of the toughest times in his life so Liam feels like he should return the favor so he sets out on a journey to help Jack get out of this mess he has brought on himself before he gets himself killed. Jack has a sexy sister named Audrey who had a hot sexy and very passionate one night encounter with Liam a year prior and they are brought back together through Jack and has them both re-living what they both thought was a very intense night. They both fight their feelings but end up realizing that sometimes you can't fight it and must give in. They both learn that they need each other and go about helping each other with certain parts they struggle with. Can Jack get out of his mess? Can Liam and Audrey find their HEA? Grab Punt and find out... you definitely won't be disappointed.

Review for PUNT by Vivian Wood
Soccer is the name of the game and Liam Packham is at the top of his game here. He and Jack Cross met in high school and have been friends since. Liam is also Jack’s ticket to the big time and big money, and his sister Audrey is part of the game too, although she doesn’t know it yet. When it comes to the contracts, Audrey finds out she is going to be his babysitter and personal assistant. No fraternization between the two of them….or so the contract states. But Liam has other plans, but you know what they say about the best laid plans, right? It doesn’t help that her brother Jack is a total screw up and makes matters worse. While Liam is trying to keep Jack out of trouble, Audrey is trying to keep Liam out of trouble. But what happens when the two of them start to fall for each other? They are both in deep trouble here. Throw in a family that treats Audrey like she is nothing and Liam becomes very protective of her. Throw in a contract from his dream team and a misunderstanding on both parts and the story gets real interesting. Read on to see how this turns out.

Vivian Woods knows how to tale a story that is not only believable but keeps you glued to your reader from the very first page to the last. Liam and Jack knew each other in boarding school and played football together. Not American football but soccer.... Liam is more like David Beckham but less family man and more manho. Liam has his hand slapped by the team he played on in Europe and gets sent to the USA to play and works a deal to get on a team with his best friend Jack. He needs a babysitter, according to the team owners (Liam does) so their hire Audrey Jack's sister having no idea that Liam and Audrey have a short history.

This book is about a bad boy and a good girl who are so very naughty and good for each other and neither are quite what they seem to be on paper. Things happen and folks don't communicate and problems come out of it just like in real life. This book is hot and oh so real and like most of Vivian Wood's books will keep you thinking you know the answers and maybe you do but then again....
Grab your copy and see if your team wins or not.

Punt by Vivian Wood is a great novel with well-developed characters, fast-paced, and I thoroughly enjoyed it.

The story is about Audrey Cross, who is hired to be the personal assistant of bad boy footballer, Liam Packham, while he is in Atlanta for the season. However, working for Liam is no walk in the park. For starters, she almost slept with him a year before and now needs to keep things professional between the two of them, which Liam isn't making easy.

Liam is such a layered character. He may appear to be the bad boy in he papers, but he has a heart of gold. I loved his character. Audrey and Liam are perfect for each other. Their romance has their ups and downs, drama they have to deal, and the issues with Audrey's brother Jack. Ms. Wood creates an intriguing story that completely had me glued.

Punt is a fresh take on the bad boy trope and will definitely have you satisfied at the end. I very much recommend.

Intriguing characters and sparks galore in this enjoyable bad boy story – 4.5 stars

Liam is a soccer super-star in London, but his bad boy tendencies have him being sent to the US for a year. His buddy Jack is made a part of Liam’s contract as a favor – Jack has gambled and owes some dangerous people too much money. Another part of the deal Jack has recommended his sister Aubrey as Liam’s assistant as she is straight-laced and very organized. Never mind that Liam has never kept an assistant for more than a week.

Can Liam behave, can Jack prove himself during this opportunity on a team, and can Aubrey tame Liam and keep him out of trouble? Sparks fly when Liam and Aubrey clash. A pleasing read as you meet these engaging characters and their struggles and loyalty toward each other.

Big brothers best friend
Liam came to Georgia to play football (aka soccer as we in the U.S. call it) on the brand new Atlanta Unified team. One of his stipulations was to have Jack be on the team, to help his best friend since their high school-boarding school days get his life together. Jack told Liam about how strict Audrey is and since they want Liam to stay out of the trouble he always seemed to get into back in London, he has his lawyers draw up a contract to hire her as well. As soon as Audrey meets Liam for the first time, she instantly remembers they ended up in the same club together after she'd had too many shots of tequila last year on her birthday. Will he remember, oh god will he tell her brother? You'll have to read to find out, but Vivian Wood does NOT disappoint!! It's hot and steamy with a great storyline, another ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ rating for Vivian!

4 stars. Wow this was a great bad boy read. Audrey is hired as Liam's personal assistant and contracted to keep negative publicity out of the media. Liam is in Atlanta to play soccer after a scandal back in England. Add in to the mix Jack, Liam's best friend and teammate who also happens to be Audrey's brother who comes with a stack full of issues that Liam feels the need to help him with as his best friend. The chemistry between Liam and Audrey is great and the characters are well developed and multi layered. Liam is not just a bad boy but has a heart of gold and a much softer side and Audrey is a strong enough character to stand on her own. I loved the emotional twist and turns in this book making a great read. Recommended read.

Gifted a copy of this book for an honest review.
Liam is an amazing football player. He is cocky, sexy, and a bit of a man whore. The thing about him that I love however is his heart. He is willing to go out of his way to help his best friend. The shocker comes when he meets his sister for the second time realizing who she is.
Audrey is straightforward. She is extremely organized and worries about everyone but herself. She had one drunken night at her birthday and when she meets her brothers best friend shock doesn't cover her feelings.
As these two are forced to work together the chemistry explodes between them. This story is filled with passion and intensity.
Great storyline.

Loved this story. Bad boy "Footballer" Liam is sent to the States to straighten up. He gets his friend Jack a spot on the time. Liam needs an assistant and Jack says his sister Audrey can keep Liam on the straight and narrow. HMM Liam ran into Audrey the year before at a bar celebrating her birthday and he thinks she has some hidden layers to her. Nice background on everyone. Don't want to give to many spoilers out. Liam does well and goes back to England, Jack starts to straighten out his life and Audrey goes with him to help. Liam and Audrey finally get their HEA. Would love to read more about Audrey and Liam. Is there a story coming for Jack???

I enjoyed this bad boy romance. Audrey and Liam have met before. Now Audrey sits in a meeting with her brother that may change his life. There Audrey runs into Liam who also happens to be her brothers best friend. Liam is in the states to play Europe football and clean up his bad boy reputation so he can play on his dream team. In the typical fashion Audrey is a good girl And Liam is a bad boy. They fall for one another and fight the feelings. Their lack of communication is infuriating. Vivian did a good job with character development. There were some characters that I despised and others that you just love. Over all this was a pretty good story.

This is another five star book by Vivian Wood. When I started this book, well it was sorry to everyone, because I just kept reading ignoring most of what was going on around me until I had finished it. This is an excellent story with a sexy bad boy footballer from England, Liam, and Audrey that is hired to be his assistant and keep him out of trouble. The author pulls you right into the story, making you feel every emotion. I received this book from the author in return for an honest review, and I HIGHLY recommend it.

This is a fun, sexy read about two people that are trying to resist temptation but the desire is too strong. They thought their encounter was in the past but are brought back together due to her brother, She is supposed to keep him on track and out of trouble but he is trying very hard to get her in trouble.

I enjoyed the story and the characters. The plot keeps you interested and there are plenty of complications for these two to work thru in order to be together.

I love Vivian Woods Books they are all well written with interesting plot lines and amazing characters. A quick light read of friendship, love and a few misunderstandings. Lots of chemistry between Liam and Audrey. I liked the fact that she challenged him all the time and didnt just pander to him he definately met his match in Audrey. I hated her parents and their treatment of her and the fact that her brother just sat there and let it happen even though Liam and Audrey were tying to help him with his troubles.

I gave Punt a 4 star, because I wanted to throw my tablet. I was upset with Audrey character. She was to high strung and self Centred.
Liam was your typical bad boy. What is not to like. Then throw in Jack Audrey's brother. And you have a makings of a great story.
Maybe it did deserve a 5 star. They say if a story brings out strong emotions, then it was well written.
