Guía concisa sobre el Estoicismo, que abarca su historia desde Zenón a Marco Aurelio, hasta su relevancia en la actualidad. Además expone los principios, las disciplinas y las virtudes del Estoicismo, con explicaciones claras y ejemplos. Finalmente propone la manera de aplicar los principios a la vida diaria mediante prácticas sencillas. Valiosa, clara y breve guía filosófica sin paja innecesaria. Muy recomendable.
