This is the first allergen-free cookbook I've found where ALL the recipes are actually free of all top 8 allergens. The recipes are all very simple without weird ingredients, which I love. I am disappointed in two things: all the baked goods recipes call for oat flour (I'm skeptical about that, but willing to try), and there are some "filler" recipes that have nothing to do with allergen-free cooking.

A great starter book when we first found out about our son's many food allergies. We have since branched out to discover other flour mixtures besides just oat. I often combine recipes from this book with The Gluten-Free Gourmet to get the best of both. The fudge cookies are so dang delicious - everyone will want to eat them!

LOVE this book! It's our favorite book and the cover is long gone and the pages are all worn out as we use it everyday. Ever since I discovered the wonders of gluten-free oats, our family has been able to enjoy really tasty baked goods that are worthy of serving to company. We love the pancakes, muffins and cookies.

A good reference for cooking free of the most common allergens. Useful for baking only if oat flour works for you. But if it does, this collection has some real gems. I love the orange cranberry bread.
