Vanessa Vale has written Lassoed and boy does this story “Lasso” you into the plot really well. Ms. Vale finishes the Steele Ranch series in a really big way and does it with a huge finish. She wraps up all the loose ends and then lets us in on a new story with a new Steele sister and her men. Sorry to be so vague but in this story , things happen that pave the way for the new book. Suffice to say, you need to read this book to know what will happen in the next story. You will get visits from previous characters/couples from the previous books of this series plus get to know the characters in this book- Natalie Bartlett and the men Sam and Ashe who want to claim Natalie. Their story was phenomenal leading up to the ending. What a fantastic MFM story with tons of steam and sizzle. It also is one of those insta-love stories and the way it is written, it just doesn’t come across as a instant feel but more as a true mate insta-love story. This was a wonderful series and I loved every moment that was written by Ms. Vale. Sad that this series is over, but I am looking forward to reading more from this author.

This was a fantastic end to the Steele Ranch series. While this story can be read on it's own, it really is better to read the stories of each of the Steele Ranch sisters. Those who have read the other books in the series will enjoy seeing all of the sisters and their men interact with the newly found sister. While this story is centered around a menage romance, like the others in the series, it does have a very big twist that only adds to the story. Sad to see this series end, but I'm positive whatever Vanessa Vale comes up with next will be another great steamy read!

With Lassoed, Vanessa Vale finishes the Steele Ranch series that I have enjoyed every previous book of. This one was no exception. I enjoyed the way she wrapped everything up while giving us a new story with a new Steele sister and her men. There were plenty of cameos from the characters of the previous books and I enjoyed feeling like I was getting to peak into more of their happily ever after while reading. I liked the bit of suspense thrown in as well as the steamy scenes I've come to look forward to. But I think my favorite thing about this book and this series as a whole was the family aspect. Even though all five sisters had different lives growing up, they still built a connection and developed a real relationship and love for each other as family.
That little plot twist towards the end definitely added a nice extra layer of drama. A part of me still wonders if it's really true, but either way I liked what it added to the storyline.
Vanessa Vale continues to be one of my must read authors. She brought me into the MFM world and now I'm hooked. I hope she keeps it coming because I will happily keep reading.

The Steele Ranch series is about five women, discovering they are half-sisters each and the heirs to millionaire Aiden Steele's ranch and fortune.
The fifth sister, lingerie designer Natalie, has been so difficult to track down that her long-lost father's lawyer has hired security specialists Sam and Ashe to track her down. Of course, this series being what it is, they fall in love at first sight and are in bed together hours after meeting. Until she learns that they were at the restaurant to track her down, and didn't tell her before sleeping with her. Still, their relationship is great, as the guys encourage her to find her own path in the world. Plus, seeing the sisters all together was wonderful. The twist at the end came out of nowhere, and was a bit rushed, but otherwise, I really liked the book.

May 20, 2022These are instalove, MFM, mostly sex, and only a little plot. Vale’s men are over the top alpha/bossy and there can be instances of dubious consent. None of this is my “go to” or favorite. But they’re included with Audible Plus, so why not? 🤷🏻♀️
Kylie Stewart narrates all of Vale’s work. Unfortunately her work is inconsistent. Sometimes she has good energy, emotions, and accents and other times there’s no affect at all and it sounds like AI. Occasionally within the same book. For the most part I can finish them, there’s just nothing wow about her performances.

Lassoed was the final book in the series, and it was just like the rest of the series. We meet Natalie who is the last one to get the inheritance, and Sam and Ashe were hired to find here. Of course they all fall in love at first sight. Then there was a twist and we find out that the girls also have a half brother, Patrick. Then we find out he tried killing the girls, and that he did kill their father. It ended with him getting arrested, and Natalie deciding to stay with Sam and Ashe.

This whole series I have loved. Not only do you get hot cowboys but you get some sassy and wanton women. This story had a bit of a twist to it that I enjoyed. Added a different element to the standard story. I hate to see the series end.

Not only is there some mystery, suspense, and surprises, but it is jammed packed full of sexy dominant men and strong but submissive women. Sam and Ashe are contracted by Riley Townsend to help locate the final Steele Heiress. While these men have seen the other Steele sisters and their men, yes men like more than one, have an instant attraction and quick relationship, they sure don’t think it could happen to them. But then, when they find her in Boston, it isn’t just an instant attraction that draws them to Natalie, there is also a sense of protectiveness.

Natalie loves her work, she not only enjoys the lingerie company, but she also has ideas for taking it into a sexier line. The only problem she has, is her boss, a married womanizer that gets handsy with her. What a shock to meet the two handsome men at the bar and they come to her rescue.

"Perfect ending to this Steele Ranch series"
I received an Advance Reader Copy for LASSOED (Steele Ranch, Book #5) written by Vanessa Vale and voluntarily reviewed this book. When two gorgeous men offer to help account executive Natalie Bartlett out of a very sticky (and handsy) situation with her boss, her very MARRIED boss, she gratefully grabbed it. But they offered something else, too, with no strings attached: themselves…together. With her very open-minded attitude, Natalie went for it, but little did she know that these two men have been looking for her for the last three weeks, having been identified as the last Steele half-sister named in Aiden Steele’s will. So it is off to the ranch in Montana to see for herself, to meet the sisters she has never known of for all her life. But when an event occurs that puts all of Natalie’s world back into focus and straightens her priorities, she realizes that these men are perhaps exactly the men she needs and the family that her sisters offer is also part of that dream. Perfect conclusion to the Steele Ranch series, served with a twist of lemon and lots of honey! Absolutely loved this series! Lassoed is the fifth book in the Steele Ranch Series by Ms. Vale. Natalie is content living her life in Boston, even though her boss is trying to make moves on her. When two men come to her rescue, she takes a chance, trusting the pull she feels towards them. But when Sam and Ashe tell her why they are truly in Boston, and why they’re looking for her, she loses all trust she had in them. Traveling to visit the ranch she’s partially inherited, she meets her sisters and runs into Sam and Ashe again. Can they talk, trust, and love before someone tries to rip everything away from all of the sisters?
When you read one of Ms. Vale’s books, you know you’re getting lots of steam, lots of love, and an intriguing storyline that keeps you coming back for multiple reads. I got all of this and more, with an exciting plot twist, and characters I fell in love with! I loved that Natalie wanted to find out all of the information and was willing to talk to her men and meet with her sisters! At first she seemed so overwhelmed, but she warmed up quickly and then just fell in love with it all! Sam and Ashe are such good guys, sweet, protective, and all alpha. I loved the three of them together, as they really seemed to bring out the best of each other and had some steamy scenes, too! I absolutely loved this series and loved reading this book!

What a great way to finish the Steele Ranch stories. Sam and Ashe have been hired to find the 5th and last Steele Ranch sister, by Riley Townsend. Natalie is found having dinner with her sleazy boss Alan and as the guys watch her boss getting handsy, they corner her as she goes to the lady's room and offer to save her. This ends up with her going to their hotel room for a night of steaming hot sex with both men. When they reveal they were actually looking for her, she is furious and walks out on them. Natalie takes off and goes to see what this inheritance is all about and meets her half sisters Kady, Cricket, Sarah and Penny and all their SOs. It looks like all her sisters have multiple mates with one having three! Sam and Ashe have a lot of groveling to do to explain how they were looking for Natalie but ended up having sex with her. For Sam and Ashe they have found their fated mate and must convince Natalie that they were all meant for each other. There is one major twist to the happily ever after for all the sisters and their families that will have you worried and wondering who the troublemaker is and who is at risk next. This ends up being a wonderful story of family and fated mates all surrounded by the majestic mountains and Steele Ranch lands. I am sorry to see this series end but so happy about everyone forming a family bond with each other.

I’m sad to see this series coming to an end. Reading this series I’m a new, big fan of Ms. Vale. Sam and Ashe are PI’s that are hired by Riley to find the last Steele heiress. When they find her in Boston getting sexually harassed by her boss they are blown away. Love at first sight and they didn’t even believe in that. Natalie, like all of the other Steele sisters except for Sarah, didn’t know who their biological father was. She goes to Montana to meet her sisters and see the ranch leaving Sam and Ashe in Boston after they deceived her. Once she gets to Montana and meets her crazy sisters she begins her relax and feel at home. All of her sisters’ men are overbearing and overprotective cavemen and they all love it. When Sam and Ashe finally catch up to Natalie her sisters really let them have it for treating Natalie like that. After settling in with her sisters, Sam and Ashe she is finally feeling at home but in outing with her sisters goes horribly wrong. Will they get to the bottom of the mysterious accident before tragedy strikes again?

Ahhh, what an amazing conclusion to the Steele Ranch series!
I just adored these books, each of the five books stood on it's own but if read in order there was quite the mystery brewing behind the scenes - one that I never saw coming.
Vanessa Vale is the queen of MFM erotic romance. Her stories are chock full of romantic and dirty sexy time but her stories always have a hint of angst, a whole lot of emotional romantic entanglement and just a touch of mystery.
Lassoed may be my favorite book of the Steele Ranch series! I read this book in practically one sitting. Sam and Ashe are the most perfect of alpha book boyfriends and Natalie is a strong and independent woman!
The love story of Sam, Natalie and Ashe is turbulent and emotional but as with all of Vanessa stories erotic and extremely sexy. I've enjoyed watching the sisters find each other and grow into their new roles as sister, wife, mother and partner. The growth of each character, of each family has been exciting to read.

This is the last book in the Steele Ranch series, and boy, Ms. Vale pulled out all the stops with this one! Natalie is a girl who never felt like she fit in. An only child, who was brought up believing that her father died, she is quiet and reserved. But when she feels threatened or mistreated, the claws come out! She's exactly the kind of main female character I like to see, modest, but doesn't hesitate to take up for herself when needed!
Sam and Ashe are typical men. They see something they want, and go after it, without stopping to think about the consequences. And of course, that leads to problems!
I loved this book! I love how accepting the girls are of each other, and how supportive the men are of the women. It definitely gives new meaning to the word family! I also loved catching a glimpse of the lives of the other sisters! There are twists and turns in this book that I never saw coming! (you'll have to read it to find out!!!!) It's an amazing ending to a fun series!
Sam and Ashe are typical men. They see something they want, and go after it, without stopping to think about the consequences. And of course, that leads to problems!

Oh, I'm sad to see this series come to an end. These characters are so fun! Each of the Steele series has at least two men to wrangle, one of them even has three! Can you imagine? HA! One is hard enough. :-)
So in this edition of Steele Ranch, we have Sam and Ashe looking for the last Steele sister. They find her in a restaurant in a meeting and notice one of the men has an interest in her she's not returning. Their meet is a life saver Natalie didn't know she needed.
Convincing Natalie to return to Montana with them didn't go over well. Though they find her there soon enough. Their love story has a few bumps and of course Natalie is overwhelmed by suddenly having sisters! Four of them to be exact.
Of course there's a bit of a surprise in this novel that the sisters weren't counting on...nor were the men. You'll just have to read to find out the twist. And of course get all the sexiness that is the menage of Sam, Natalie, and Ashe.

I was pulled right into this story. The story has laughs, naughty fun, suspense, and heartbreak.

They screw up and think that they have lost her but, Natalie takes a trip to Barlow to see what everything that Sam and Ashe told her was true. She finds more than she could ever dream of by coming to Barlow. She has sisters and she finds a love that she never knew existed.

What an ending to the Steele Ranch series by Vanessa Vale. Like most of her series, we got a glimpse of all the other characters we have grown to love in the other series, with a new plot twist to keep us on the edge of our seats till the very end. Unlike the other stories in the series, Lassoed had a little more depth in my opinion. This story was more about family, and the bond between all 5 sister and their men, not just the amazing sex they had.
Although the story line does seem just a little far fetched, its just believable enough to keep me interested till the very end. Vanessa Vale has once again brought another layer of the MFM world to my attention, and I can't wait to see what she has in store for us next.

Back to the ranch and the Steele family, in this novella we are treated to finding the last of Aiden Steele’s daughters. While the story is a stand alone, as you read it you will realize how many of the loose ends you didn’t even realize the other stories had and it is a perfect conclusion for them. Not to mention it continues the family story and why wouldn’t you want to keep up with the family? Ms. Vale has placed an unusual and unexpected twist in story though that will definitely cause you to rethink a lot of what your thoughts were before this novel. This one is more about the plot than the heat though so be prepared for that. Overall this is a great termination to what has been a wonderful tale of finding friends and family.

And we have the last sister in the Steele Ranch Series – I’m sad to see it end but it goes out with a bang – Sam and Ashe got to Baltimore to bring the last sister home but what Natalie doesn’t realize is that they are claiming her the same way the rest of the sisters have been claimed prior to her being found. Stuck in an awful job with a crazy a** boss she takes a vacation, and goes to find out about her sisters – through lots of tears and laughter they bond. What happens on the return from a shopping trip was a shocker and to find out who was behind all the other bad things is a real shocker.

This is a great series. This is Sam, Ashe and Natalie's story. Sam and Ashe knew that she was theirs from the moment they saw her. They have one steamy night together then deception pulls them apart. When Natalie arrives in Montana to meet her new family Sam and Ashe are there waiting for her. This is the last book in the series and it ended the same way the series started. Fantastic writing, amazing storyline, loveable characters and enough steam to melt the pages. I would definitely recommend this book.

I have loved this series and all the sisters their spouses and how they get together this one is the fifth and final instalment of this series and yes it can be read on its own but please you won't regret reading all of them.
This is Natalie's book and soon as her men Ashe and Sam see her they know that she is there's forever, yes they have some ups and downs and a bit of a rollercoaster ride of finding one another and a bit of intrigue set amongst all this and you get this fab book all rolled in to one.
Hot Exciting and so Naughty you will not want to put this book down.

I am so sad The Steel Ranch has ended, but it did not disappoint.
I have loved everyone of these books. Natalie, Sam and Ashe's story is love at first. With just enough steam, passion, and suspense. This book was full of love. At one point I was gasping with my hand over my mouth, the next I was laughing. This book will leave you on the edge of your seat. I couldn't out this book down, I needed to know what was gonna happen next. I was hooked from the very first sentence. Vanessa is way up there on my list of go to authors. These books are must reads!

This is Book #5 in the Steele Ranch series. I loved this book. This book brought the entire series together. I loved how the sisters bring the new sister in like they knew each other forever.
Natalie is the last sister to come to the Steele Ranch. Sam and Ashe was the private investigators hired to find her, but once they saw her, they had to have her.
Sad that this series is over, but I am looking forward to reading more from this author.

Lassoed is the fifth book and final book in the Steele Ranch series. This time it is Sam, Ashe and Natalie (Nat’s) story. There was also more backstory with the 5 sisters (Natalie, Kady, Penny, Cricket and Sarah & their men too).
There is a doozy of a twist/surprise toward the ending of Lassoed.
And, let me tell you this book is HOT, Hawt, Hot!!!! As in all of the Steele Ranch Series you shouldn’t be surprised by the insta-love romance story.
Vanessa Vale did a great job wrapping up this series.
I enjoyed reading Lassoed and I give it 4.5 stars.

What a great conclusion to the Steele Ranch series! I loved the book and this series! This story is about Natalie the fifth Steele sister. Sam and Ashe were sent to find her. When they find her their attraction is instant! They were going to have her! Because of some misunderstandings they had to convince her they really wanted her!
This story is filled with humor, passion, love, some mystery and suspense thrown in to make a fantastic book!
Vanessa Vale has written a fantastic book in the Steele Ranch series!
