Where do I even start? I'm still very much in love with Reece! As I've said, time and time again, Angel Payne created such a perfect hero when she created this man. His reformation is complete and he's utterly delicious. He's intelligent, compassionate, funny, understanding, passionate, determined, generous, et al... all in one seriously sexy package. I can't get enough of him and his personality alone is why I love this series so much!
Here's the kicker... remember how I've been saying that I really couldn't stand Emma? How she had become this heroine who thought she was capable of so much more than she was? How her thoughts were inconceivable? How she wanted to be treated as an equal to Reece, despite the fact that their differences were obvious even to the casual observer? How she just annoyed me with her existence? Well... I wasn't annoyed by her this time. I know, I know, how could this be? The author somehow changed this character's dynamic, making her more approachable and likeable and although I'm still not her biggest fan, I am firmly entrenched in her camp, no longer rebelling.
There's a lot of action in this book and everyone plays a part. My heart broke for certain scenes and I'm still feeling the loss of some characters (how could you?), but some huge events happened that have certainly turned the tide in Team Bolt's favor. And yes, I'm being intentionally vague in this piece because to know the story, you have to read the story!! You know an author is super talented when the momentum doesn't decline after so many parts and I'm still excited for what happens next!

I am so incredibly happy that I happened upon this series because I've been enjoying it so much. Reece quickly won my heart and this girl could do with a bit more Bolt in her life!

Every time I start another part of the Bolt Saga, I get so anxious because I’m always waiting for the next shoe to drop. Will Reece finally get justice for what was done to him? Or will he fall victim to torture once again? It’s like watching a scary movie - hiding behind your hands but you really can’t look away.
Then again, reading this saga has been entirely too entertaining for words. It needs to be a movie so I can watch my baby Reece kick some criminal buttocks! Man, he’s so hot.
I’m so in love with Reece Richards and although he has ‘retired’ his Bolt persona, I’m constantly terrified that The Consortium will snatch him away from us. How would I live without him? How could I go on? He’s just so freaking scrumptious. I have no idea when he and Emma will finally get to ride off safely into the sunset together, but I’m loving every moment of this ride. Well, except for when Emma’s age is showing. Who tries to get closer to the love of their life by putting physical distance between them? NOBODY!! Well, except for Emma. It’s not enough that Reece has become a totally different man and has more than proven his devotion to her, nope, he’s got to suffer from separation anxiety too. WTH?! What have you done for him lately? Ooooh Emma, you better smarten up honey child. There are women like me who will scoop up his deliciousness before you can blink.

Reece is still in California while Emma’s in New York, trying to get her head on straight (hopefully). She still hasn’t come clean about her issues or faced them so that she and Reece can move forward. And Reece may not be happy about their separation, but he’s willing to give his woman what she wants to make her happy. That is until he gets some valuable intel about The Consortium’s plans from his ex-girlfriend/pseudo-enemy/double agent, Angelique. Emma’s in danger and all of Reece’s good intentions are out the door. He’s got to get to NY and he’s got to get there NOW. No way is he going to let anything happen to his bunny. Nuh uh, not his precious velvet.
Obviously he goes to save the day. How could he not? He’s Bolt! But there’s far more than meets the eye when it comes to The Consortium and their motives. One cannot predict what they’ll do next. Is Reece prepared to do whatever it takes to ensure Emma’s safety? And will Emma realize that her ‘issues’ are really dumb and that they have nothing to do with what she has with Reece? Will she finally accept that what she and Reece share is too rare to be treated lightly? These two continue to make my day and even while I’m anxious about what happens next, they light up the page with their antics, their banter, and their steam.
These dang cliffys are driving me nuts! I cannot wait to get my hands on the next book in the series. I have no clue who will be safe, if I’ll finally learn of The Consortium’s agenda, if I’ll get to see more of delicious Reece’s delicious friend, ‘Sally’, if Emma will grow up, if anything! Again, you need to read this series. If you like insanely hot romance stories, then this should definitely be on your radar!

As I’ve progressed through this series, I’ve been begging for just one thing. It wasn’t more of Reece’s dirty talk, although that was appealing enough for a book of its own. And it wasn’t even more action because the author does a fantastic job of juggling the action, suspense, romance and eroticism. Nope, what I was hungry for was a change in Emma. Not the change I’ve seen so far, her lapsing into a ‘damsel who refuses to be a damsel’ role. Or her delusions of grandeur when it comes to her capabilities against forces far stronger and devious than she could ever dream to be. I was waiting for her to wake the heck up and realize her role.
I know that makes some feminists get hot under the collar. But hey, I’m a feminist too, I’m just not a radical one. I’m a realist. And if my boyfriend had super powers and was going against the people who gave him those powers, I wouldn’t be stamping my feet, throwing tantrums because he wasn’t treating me as an equal. I would realize my limitations and support him in the best ways that I could. KNOWING MY LIMITATIONS!
Okay, so Emma finally had a moment of clarity and I hope this clarity carries her through for the rest of the series. Gosh, sometimes I want her to count her blessings. Reece, the superhero hottie who could have any woman he wants, wants her. He wants to give her anything her heart desires and his whole purpose in life now includes doing whatever it takes to make her happy. Be blessed, hug yourself, and hush.
Ah Reece… you were so delicious once again. I can’t get enough of your fine self. Until I see you again, be safe hot stuff!

Revenge Vs. Love
Reese Richards and Emmalina Crist have embarked together on a new journey with the launch of a new company called Richards Reaches Out (RRO). This company provides help and assistance to persons who have the ability but not the financial means to see their goals and dreams come true. Reese is now living the life of a retired Superhero. But it does not come easy, with many bumps in the road as Emmalina discovers. Emmalina is doing all she can to embrace the new lifestyle of being a Superhero's girlfriend, but it does comes with a price. She loves Reese with her heart and soul, but is feeling that Reese is not quite himself after giving up the defender and protector way of life. She discovers that Reese is holding onto secrets that he has not shared with her.
She discovers that Reese has not let go of the pain and sadistic torture he endured by the hands of the Scientists from the Consortium. His revenge is fueled and triggered by the guilt he harbors of being one who has escaped the clutches of these monsters, leaving behind many others who were not so lucky to get away.

Angel, is a writing genius. She takes two main characters from one book, she wrote a while back, and now watch them grow by leaps and bounds.
What started out as a Misadventure, has turned into a suspenseful drama, that will keep you on the edge of your seat. You can't put this book down, you have to find out what will happen to and between Reese and Emma next.
Wow, when will the next book be available? I need to know the rest of the story, like yesterday, lol 😁
I rate, Bolt Volume 2: 5 stars 🌟 and recommend it to anyone who enjoys romance with a super hero twist.

This series just gets better & better with each new edition. It will keep you on the edge of your seat! I am so in love with this story! What Can I say I don't want to END!!! I just love the connection that Reece and Emma have. They go thru all the normal relationship struggles but it brings them so much closer. The ever-evolving story of Reece and Emma is beautiful to read. The lengths one will do for the first ones we love. I can’t wait for the next book!!!!! This story had you hanging on every word and desperately wanting more. That ending was perfect! Cannot wait until part 3!

Reece and Emma - I’m just speechless about what this couple means to me!! I love the superhero aspect of this book!! Why do people embrace it at the movies, but reading it out of a book seems far fetched?? I love that Reece is written as a man as well as a hero who is trying to accept the dramatic changes in his life!! Emma, too cannot be forgotten as a strong heroine all on her own, trying to support the love of her life. This newest novel finds them joining forces with Team Bolt to try to take down the Consortium- an evil band of villains led by Faline! As Team Bolt tries to formulate a plan of action, Faline’s plan to control Reece begins. After an intense battle ends in his friends death, Faline now has the power to control Reece’s mind!! Can the remaining members of Team Bolt save him, can Emma’s love save him?? Hold on tight for this one ladies, it’s going to be a bumpy, emotional ride! I love this series more and more!! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

You know you have read a magical series when you find yourself so connected to the hero and heroine that you feel everything they experience. That is what this series has done to me. You feel the agony that Reece feels when he takes his friend's life essence. The torment when Emma finds out her one true love is ripped from her yet again to the clutches of someone so heinous she almost can't bear it. The intensity of love that Reece and Emma have for each other. Their love cannot be broken. It is eternal everlasting and can weather any storm.
Angel's words has readers embracing Reece and Emma throughout the series with our hearts and souls. This story has Team Bolt all coming together to fight the good fight yet again to take down their enemy Faline and the Consortium. I know this is going to exceed all of this reader's expectations in the next story to come.

Since this is a continuing series you do need to read the previous books to fully enjoy this one I think.
Bolt is now a retired superhero but he hasn't let things go completely as Emma had learned. This of course put a strain on their relationship which made Bolt become a stalker to her. Also Emma is dealing with being a girlfriend to a Super hero and working to get RRO nonprofit organization off the ground. In addition is looks like there is still danger out there for Emma and that puts Bolt on high alert.
This book doesn't end their story and there is more to following in Pulse: Bolt Saga: Volume Three: Parts 7, 8 & 9

They are also starting a new company called Richards Reaches Out (RRO). Reece is still dealing with what was done to him which sadly is causing some issues between the two, because he wants to setting the score.
This so far has been such a good page turner series where you are constantly waning the next book.

OMG even better than the last, friends become enemies, enemies become friends, so much happens, Emma and Reese’s life hang in the balance and the way they save each other, love each other, the determination of each of them to protect each other is breathtaking!
This is an amazing inspiring story, not only about a super hero but about life, about how crazy people get in the name of power and money, it’s about loyalty and most of all love and even more perfect love that doesn’t want to turn you into a Disney princess, but you will want to turn into a warrior.

Ahhh Bolt is back. This is my favorite new series out right now. I love a good romance story but this author continues to blow my mind. This is the fourth part of this epic series Bolt. You have to read them in order or you will be totally lost. You will fall in love with these characters once again. I stayed up at all hours of the night with these characters. It only took me a little over an hour to devour this incredible book.
This book starts right after the third book ends. Reese aka Bolt made it official that he retired as a superhero to get on with his life. He wants to concentrate more on the love of his life Emma. Then a FBI agent comes to him for some help. Reese knows he should tell Emma but he wants to keep her safe. Reese and Sawyer are working on a case to bring down Consortium. They are so close to bringing them down but the closer they get the more problems they start to rise. Reese is so excited that he is so close that he forgets about Emma. When he finds out that Emma knows the secret will he be able to make everything right again or will he lose everything once again?
I absolutely loved this book. The storyline has it all romance, mystery, and some suspense. You will fall in love with these characters right from the beginning once again. Reese is still a hot guy that also is very smart. He makes some mistakes like most men do but will he learn from them?Emma is still her beautiful spunky self. I have been Bolted and I’m loving it. This is one of my favorite series this year. I absolutely love these characters. This book has parts four, five, and six in this epic series. You do need to read the first three parts first or you will be totally lost. This book starts right where the last part leaves off. I was so hooked to this story it only took me a full day to devour this incredible story.

I fell in love with Reece and Emma in Misadventures with a SuperHero and I have been Bolted again!! Ignite starts where Bolt leaves off, and the roller coaster ride that our Superhero and Heroine began in Bolt continues. There is intrigue, suspense, laughter, terror and so much sexy love, not to mention our Superhero who can throw lightening bolts from his fingers. Angel paints such a wonderful picture with her words so that I feel the total love and devotion these two have for each other. And the steamy steamy love is above and beyond this world. I love the absolute devotion and deep love and caring that Reece has for Emma and how he feels as if he is the lucky one. His mission is to keep her safe at all costs, and he takes this mission very seriously. Emma has to contend with having a love with a Superhero and give him all of her. Together they both fight the danger, give of each other to the other, and fiercely love. They are each other's More, and who could ask for more than that. Cannot wait for the adventure to continue and see how these two fabulous lovers meet and defeat the next danger.

Fuse by Angel Payne Completely exceeded my expectations. This book was breathtakingly erotic. The scenes with Reese and Emma worshiping each other make you blush constantly And you have to take a second to catch your breath. Wreath and Emma have the type of relationship women and men only dream of. It amazes me the way Angel was able to make these characters completely come to life.Angel writes in a way that you can almost feel both electricity cursing to your body. I can’t wait to read ignite.

Fuse by Angel Payne is Volume 4 Parts 10, 11 & 12 in The Bolt Saga. This continues the story of Reese 'Bolt' Richards and Emmalina 'Emma' Crist, so you really should read the previous books to fully enjoy this one. This series has everything you could want and has been a page turner for me. We have the alpha Super Hero, drama / excitement, love, great heroine and some hot love scenes. When you think they can't love anymore they show more. I am so happy to be reading this series!

Just as I thought I had the plot figured out she throws in some awesome plot twists. I'm sitting on the edge of my seat and ready to start reading part 5.
I love Reece and Emmalina's story for so many reasons. Their story is so unique that makes it so easy to love them. This series is worth reading and take the adventure with them!

Just when you think the Bolt Saga couldn't get any better, bam, it does!! Angel Payne keeps you on the edge of your seat in Fuse, the continuing story of Emma and Reece. This series is amazing and Fuse is no exception. Love, turmoil, action. This story has all of the feels. I loved it!!!!

I love this series! Reece and Emmalina have so much chemistry and they are so hot together. I can’t wait till they bring down the consortium and can be happy together without all the stress. Angel Payne did it again! Great ending and can't wait for the next book.

KAPOWWWW!! Another Angel Payne 5 Star read! I read each of these installments separately and each installment was better than the last. Angel, is a Superhero writing romance genius!!
Her original story came from another series with the book being titled Misadventures with a Superhero. She took the two characters from that book and gave us sheer brilliance! Reece and Emma have such an epic romance and I have enjoyed reading every second of it! I can't wait to see what happens next.
Part 4 takes this saga in a totally different direction then I could even imagine. Angel keeps you hooked on the story right up to the last page and with a cliffhanger that makes you pick up Part 5 immediately! The chemistry between Reece and Emma keeps the pages plenty steamy, I loved how what I expected to happen didn't and I was given a completely new aspect to this couples journey to follow.
In part 5 Emma has a new job, yet her thoughts are scattered and Emma decides to take to take some space apart. She knows she truly loves Reece but her thoughts keep her guessing on how she should act. Reece had sworn to put Emma first, which is the only reason he agreed to this distance that separates them. That is until he hears about the Consortium being up to no good. He knows he has to protect Emma at whatever cost.
I absolutely loved this addition to the saga. These two always are electric together and keep you flipping pages at lightning speed. Angel Payne has written such a masterpiece with the entire saga and each installment gets better than the last!
In part 6 it picks up right where part 5 left off and damn is it good!! The Consortium kidnaps Emma and Lydia at the RRO gala and Reece sets out to rescue them no matter the cost.
This saga has just kept me on my toes and glued to the pages. Angel Payne has mastered all the aspects of the Superhero in a big way, while adding romance and such a fantastic story line that you will become as addicted to this Saga as I am.
This saga is absolutely one I suggest starting from the first installment, otherwise you will be confused on the events that took place to get Reece and Emmalina to the place they are at now. I just loved every second of this one!

First of all, Angel Payne was spot on with this Saga.. They just get better and better and the plot thickens... I have absolutely LOVED this Saga.
Just when you think you have figured out what is going to happen... You are wrong.. Who does not love that? I mean it is always good to be right, but it is definitely amazing to be wrong ;)
Reece and Emma have such an incredible and unique story. You would think that these 2 would not endure normal relationship problems given their stature and abilities... It is refreshing to see that they are so down to earth and experience normal every day issues. How would you feel if the one you loved the most was holding secrets from you? He is still holding on to so much from his past.
There are so many twists and turns going on! I cannot wait to continue to see what happens.

Did!! I absolutely love these Bolt books. I need to find out of the they get married. Awe I hope when they come back she will be expecting the first Baby. I really want them to have a baby together. I don’t know if he can give her kids or lot. But they need to get rid of faline. Hey her out of the picture. And what ever happened to Angelica? So many unanswered questions. Omg. I can’t wait. I was SO excited to read this book and was NOT disappointed! I could not put this book down. The electrifying chemistry between Reece and Emma is beyond amazing. I love the sassy comments from Emma from time to time and Reece's constant love and understanding of Emma. I wanted to just jump in the book from time to time and gently take Emma by the shoulders and shake her and say to her, "What are you doing, Emma?!" The challenges they both face in this volume are heart warming, heartbreaking, exciting, at times hilarious, and you can't help but cheer them both on!
Angel Payne never disappoints and I am beyond excited to continue Reece and Emma's love story and read about what they are up against next!

Part 4 is a bit slower than the previous 3 parts. There's not much that happens here besdies more relationship problems for Reece and Emma. Reece is now retired from superhero work but is hiding from Emma that he is actually pursing the people responsible for making him Bolt. When a certain ally comes on board the team and Emma figures out everything, she is deeply upset and wants a break to figure out what they each really want. Reece is hellbent on revenge and Emma doesn't want him to get hurt and feels betrayed. The fact that things always get steamy between them a lot of the time, they don't really know much about each other. Overall, I liked part 4, just hoping things start to pick up again on the next part.

Angel Payne has brought us yet another amazing story of Reece aka Bolt and his 'Velet' Emma. After let world know who he is and hanging up his suit, Emma and Reece deal with not only worrying about the Source but the Paparazzi. No matter how many times Emma shows and tells Reece what a great and giving man he is, it's still hard for him to feel it. Every time I feel like I know what's going to happen, Angel throws us a delicious thunderbolt of a curveball. And the ending O.M.G. can't wait to dive into pt 5. Time for all nighter with #teambolt

Emotion, love, hot sex, tragic ends. This collection of novellas had me turning the pages as fast as I could. It was that intriguing.
I'm not a "super hero" fan by any measure, but this series has totally got me questioning that fact more and more, because , I'm loving this series, and I'm sure you will too.
Of course, it gets 5 stars, as always!

Bolt Saga Continues and takes us to unbelievable heights when Reece is again forced to use his electrifying abilities to save the only thing that matters in his world. Emma takes on the challenge and stands up for what she believes in, too. I enjoy this book series as it takes us out of the everyday romance world incorporating that comic book hero and heroine with mad-sexy chemistry. Angel Payne you can ignite my world anytime!!
