Anyone who knows me knows I hate a dead ex book. But this right here is how you do it. Jake loves his wife in the past a lot. But years later when he meets grace he’s ready for her and loves her just as much and maybe more in a different way. Loved this one.

Abused but not broken!
There's a method to my madness when reading MC series. I've always preferred reading the president's story before the other brothers of the MC... weird maybe huh. Well anyhow, I enjoyed Jake and Grace's (Anna) emotional second chance story! Now, I really got to see how Demetri Volkov fell for spitfire, Glory Keller but OMG, poor Grace went through a lot running from her abusive husband, Ronan De Burca! Her quirky daughter, lil Remi was so like Quinn... so funny and curious. Now I'm interested in reading Quinn's story along with the beginning of this memorable series! The world of The Kings of Retribution MC is really gripping and fast-paced!

Unbreakable is book 5 in The Kings of Retribution series and it's Jake and Grace's story. I really wanted to love this one because I couldn't wait for Jake the father figure and President to finally get a woman of his own. Unfortunately I felt no connection between Jake and Grace because honestly I never got a sense that there was more between them except that he would chat with her and go to her bakery everyday for two years. So when they finally get together again I couldn't buy into all the I love you between the two. It felt off to me because there wasn't enough build up on page for me to believe it. Overall the story was boring and while I loved Jake and his desire to protect Grace and Remi, I found Grace TSTL at times. While this book wasn't a favorite I'm really looking forward to Quinn and Emerson.

They get me every time! I say "I know there will be 'something in my eye' moments, but I will not cry this time. Yeah..better luck next time! I caught myself doing a fist pump and yelling out "F@ck yeah!!" when that savage was brought in. That piece of sh!t deserved what he got and more!!
I laughed, I cried..I totally cheered on those awesome women! and prayed for a Jake, a Logan, a Gabriel, a Reid, a Demitri but especially for a Quinn of my own! LOL..any one will due!
Crystal and Sandy..i just hope you know, that at the supermarket, i blamed you. I blamed you for running into the lady and knocking some stuff over with my shopping cart. It wasn't my fault. I was reading. No one told you to keep me so enthralled that I wasn't watching where I was going! 😁
What a wonderful talent these ladies have. I have been looking for a book to read that kept me glued like the books these amazing sisters keep writing. They just get it. I feel like they know me. They know what I want and deliver 200% every! single! time! I think these books should be made into a series on TV. I want this series to continue. I want to know what happens to each them. They are all important. I mean really! How often is it that you read a book, and every single person is interesting?? Its like there are no side characters. Everyone matters.
Oh..yes..Big Big Thanks for making Jake my age!! That was so freaking cool! Most characters are made to be in their 20s or early 30s. But hey..those of us in our 40s want romance and adventure too! That was huge for me!
So, if you haven't gotten the gist of my review yet, the book is fantastic! Read it! Read the whole series. You will not regret it.

I saw the description of this book and quite a few recommendations but I hesitated since it was book 5 in a series I had not read. I went ahead and took a chance reading it as a stand alone. Although it can be read as a stand alone, I really wish I had started with book 1. I read a lot of MC romances and I can't understand how I have let this series slip by me. I thoroughly enjoyed this book. Former abuse victim who is on the run settles in the little town. Jake, the club president and long time widower, silently falls for Grace. She feels the developing relationship and decides to run again. Jake tracks her down and the relationship really takes off. Jake is a strong hero who fits the bill of the of jealous/possessive alpha. He's the father figure to the younger club members. Grace is a strong character even though she is in fear for her life. This writing team delivers a tantalizing story with true to life characters and a writing style that keeps you engaged in the story.
Now I have gone back to book 1,
, and am starting at the beginning. I finished book 1, which is a really good book also, and moving on to book 2. I really wish I had started in the right order because reading the last book first told me the names of each couple. I recommend this series if you love a quality MC romance.

I swear this series just keeps getting better and better. This story was to me A LOT more intense than the last few but make no mistake they’ve all been so good. I’m chomping at the bit to get to Quinn’s story. I’ve liked him since book one. He cracks me up with the crap that comes out his mouth.

These two amazing ladies are at it again with The Kings of Retribution MC!!
This time it's the MC President's turn and he knows exactly who he wants. But when Grace suddenly ups and leaves with no trace left behind, Jake will stop at nothing until he finds Grace and makes her his.
This book is a tear-jerker and pulls so many emotions out of you! There are things that happen that could possibly mimic real life and as hard as it was to read those pieces of the book, I just had to continue...I have never had a book stay with me as vividly as this one did. Crystal Daniels and Sandy Alvarez make all their characters as realistic as possible with their stories of heartbreak, triumph, strength & loss. This is an emotional read but it is well worth it!! Bravo ladies!!❤❤

We finally find out what has been going on with Grace the little baker. At the end of the last book she had disappeared. The bigger question was it because she wanted to or did someone take her. Guess you'll have to read to find out.
This book has a lot of heart and at it's core is family. We have the family that we are born into... the ones who marry and the ones we choose. Family doesn't just mean blood but how we look at the ones who surround us and will do anything for us. We see a lot of that in this book.
Of course it wouldn't be a MC book without violence. There is plenty to go around here. I should probably warn you there is a good bit of domestic violence. How a small minded man beats his wife to control her. We also know these big alpha members won't put up with it either.
Oh the power of love. You'll see plenty of that too along with the steamy goodies. On to the next book of the series

This book was amazing. From the start to end it was awesome. Jake is the president of the Kings, for two years he had been trying to get the one woman who woke up his heart in. Grace is on the run, the man who took her heart and broke her comes from a poqetful family. When Jake learns her secrets he and the club will do anything to ensure Grace never again feels the pain of her past.

OMG!!!What can I say. Crystal and Sandy have done it again. Out of Logan, Gabriel, Reid, and Jake. Jake is my favorite and that is saying something, because all the rest are unbelievably smokin as well. I have licked him and I have claimed him he is mine!! ;)
Ok now for my review: The book begins with Jake not being able to find Miss Grace. With the help from someone who is a huge Grace advocate they drop a huge clue to where she is. Jake does not stop until he gets her and brings her home where she belongs with him. Grace has a surprise of her own and with Jake being Jake he takes it in stride. We learn all about Grace's history and why she is as skittish as she is. I will not spoil anything by saying what it is but please know everything works out for them and in my eyes Grace is 1 very lucky lady. If anybody deserves happiness it is these 2 with what they have overcome in their pasts. They both find the love and happiness that everyone deserves.

We've seen these 2 dance around each other from book 1, so nice that they finally find their HEA. It took a bit and Grace was hiding some bad things, but Jake and the guys were just what she needed, someone to love, a place to keep her safe and people to help her get away from the bad once and for all.
I liked that when Jake got the littlest clue where Grace was he jumped to get her and bring her home, to do whatever it took to make sure they had a second chance. It didn't take long before Jake learned all of Grace's secrets, embraced them and went about doing something about it.
Things got dicey for a bit, people were hurt, but in the end, people did what they had to and the threat was taken care of. It left nothing but happiness for these 2!

Simply fabulous. They get better and better. We see jake really devote his love and energy to grace and although he is not in his twenties or thirties , he has lived a life. It is nice to see a hero not living in the past. He is moving on, sure to of himself and sure grace is his further. Grace is unsure and scared but Jake tracks her down and becomes her rock. There were twists and turns that came about that I was quite surprised with and couldn’t wait to turn the page to see where it was going. Loved seeing some new and old characters which leads me to believe I will be reading more and more from these authors. Read it in one sitting and refused to go to bed till I got my HEA. And I did

I love this series! The men in this MC are alpha with beautiful hearts. They love and care for their women and families. This story picks up after Grace runs away and Jake goes after her. Their story is gripping and real, as all of them have been. Grace is an amazing and strong woman who is trying to get past a terrible and abusive past. Jake has finally met someone to share his life with; something he gave up on when he lost his wife at an early age. Their relationship is beautiful and inspiring. There are twists and turns and drama, but it is very realistic and satisfying. You will love this story!!

We have a woman on the run and the big sexy biker that saves the day cause he loves her. It was great! Jake missed his woman when she flees scared they are getting too close which is dangerous due to her secrets. He doesn't care and thanks to intervention from a mutual friend he finds her as well as a surprise to take her back home where he vows to keep her safe. The suspense is great as it builds keeping you hooked while still providing a great romance to follow. Issues are dealt with in respectful manners that I found refreshing. If you are looking for a great MC romance to take you away for awhile then this is the book for you. I really enjoyed it so I give it 4/5 stars.

Amazing!!! Jake and Grace were awesome. I was really looking forward to this one and it wasn’t a let down at all. The action, romance and storyline were great. I absolutely love this series. I cannot wait for the other characters books there is so much build up for Quinn’s and Demetri’s books. Jake was amazing and Grace was so strong. I’m so glad they found their happy ending especially after everything they endured. Great read!!

I somewhat waited patiently 😀for this book and this series addition does not disappoint. I am obsessed with all of the awesome characters and the storyline pulls you in from the get-go. This book is sexy and intriguing and leaves you wanting more. I can't wait for the next book of great characters and blistering romance! Love these ladies!

I just knew Jake & Grace's story was going to be special and I'm so thrilled it exceeded my expectations! I was already a sucker for Prez and flighty Grace but their story seriously had me tearing up in parts.

Awesome writing with a storyline that will break your heart and then mend it right back together again. Jake and Grace are made for each other but her past always seems to rear it’s ugly head. Jake is determined to make and keenGrace safe for the rest of her life. A must read MC with characters that are out of this world fabulous.

We finally get Jake and Grace’s story and it’s such an amazing beautiful story. President of The Kings of Retribution MC and has been courting Grace for the last 2 yrs. Grace has woken up Jake’s heart and Jake want’s nothing more than to give it to her. Grace has secrets and a past that won’t let her be happy now that she has found it. Book #5, does not disappoint, we get the Prez story and the women he has pined after for two years. I honestly did not know where these book was going to take me , being Jake has not been ready to move on and Grace’s past. The story and the characters keep you turning pages to found out Grace’s past and will Jake be able to handle it and move them forward!!

Unbreakable was the fifth book in the Kings of Retribution MC by Crystal Daniels and Sandy Alvarez.
Jake was the President of the MC. He was the father figure to our favorite characters to date. He lost his wife and true love to cancer many years ago and had never had a real attraction to a woman since. Until Grace.
Grace owned the bakery in town. She was new to town when we met her in the first book. The last book closed with Grace disappearing and Jake on the hunt to find her. It was obvious Grace had a past and was on the run.
The storyline wasn’t unique but I loved the loyalty, protectiveness and bond the MC exhibited. It was totally alpha and over the top at times but I loved it. I do, however, wish that we had more detail at the end with the Volkov’s. For the suspense to be building for most of the storyline, it only inferred what happened versus allowing us to hear and see what happened. It was such a crucial part of the storyline that I felt let down. The only other drawback was the editing errors. Otherwise, it was a quick and entertaining read and I can’t wait to finally get Quinn and Emerson’s story in Lost King.

Having followed this series from the very beginning you could say I’m more than a little attached to every character. The ups and downs, loves and losses all coming together creating a true family that keeps you reaching for every new release needing more of this amazing world Sandy and Crystal have created. All of that is the long way of saying I was SO FREAKING EXCITED TO READ UNBREAKABLE. Ok, so I stayed a normal mature adult for at least part of this review (GO ME!)
I was left on edge about Grace since her disappearance and finally, FINALLY we learn what happened. Grace’s sweet and shy ways intrigued me almost as much as Jake. The mystery surrounding her had my nosey self needing to know what her story was from the moment she first caught Jake’s eye. Her heartbreaking and secretive past coming to light just made me adore her. The woman has more strength than anyone could ever begin to understand. That strength paired with her amazing heart make her the perfect match to Jake.
From the start Jake has been the father figure for many in the MC. Solid, reliable, strong, and a genuinely good man he’s been dealt many blows in his life only to overcome them and not only become the wonderful man his is, but raise some pretty amazing men too. A widower for many years, he didn’t expect the immediate and intense attraction to Grace but the moment it happens he doesn’t fight it. He knows the gift he’s been given in finding her and not even her running can stop him.
There is so much about Jake and Grace’s story to love, but I don’t want to give any specifics because ,trust me, you don’t want spoilers. OMG!!!😲 well what can I say about this book it’s so freakin good I loved it one of my favorite book so far from this series....just as a reminder and I really suck at this reviewing stuff so please bare with me ☺️.....Ok so we get to read Jakes and Grace story about how she left town without a trace and a goodbye to anyone or any explanation on why she left let me tell you when that happens Jake lost hi shit oops excuse my language ok ☺️ but he was determined to find her and get her back.
I gotta day I did t see that coming tho the authors really threw a curve ball with the whole grace mystery and who she is and why she left and what she kept hidden really surprised I really never saw that coming.
I kinda did think she left so sudden cuz of a crazy ex or something but dam learning that on top of her running from an ex because of abuse she has a daughter.
The story progressed in telling you more about graces life before she came to live in jakes town which I liked because I didn’t really get much on her the times she came up in previous Kings books which Is why i was surprised to find out about the running and the i guess you can se secret daughter...
Jake we already knew about jake and how he became the man he is about his wife what happens to her I really liked this book a lot and what I liked about all the Kings story’s is that once they have the women they want they don’t wait around they go for them tell them what they want and claim them as soon as they can...
Excited for the other characters books I’m super excited for Quins story can’t wait for hushes one of my favorite characters from the Kings he’s story is gonna be good I really want to kno why Dr. pretty doesn’t give him the time of day can’t wait the only thing I could add is if you haven’t yet read any of the Kings you need to this authors kno how to write an MC story there good...

Unbreakable is the 5th book in The Kings of Retribution MC series, this book like is previous ones is as good if not even better.
Jake Delane is he president of the Kings of Retribution MC and has been waiting along time for Grace to come into his life, he waits for Grace his little bird to be ready and then one day she vanished without a trace. Determined to find the woman who holds his heart he starts his search leaving no stone unturned. What Jake finds at the end of the trail is more seriously than he would ever have thought.
Grace is quiet, strong and fearless. She has decided to never let a man be in control of her life again. When push comes to shove she is willing to put herself in danger to protect the family that she has made. Jake is a fearless leader and doesn’t let anyone hurt his family. Finding Grace was his home coming he never thought he would feel like this again, he loves hard.
Jake and Grace have the kind of attraction that has slow burned for so long that the moment they get together there are uncontrollable fireworks. They have a magnetic pull that leaves you blushing and having Jake & Grace relationship hashtags everywhere.
Crystal and Sandy have delivered in a big way with this book, I have been reading the series since the beginning and have fallen in love with the Kings of Retribution MC. Their writing is on point and you would never know that 2 authors had written this book, their styles flow perfectly.
I personally loved this book, When I sat down I cleared by morning because I knew that I wouldn’t be able to put it down and that was right, I had this book finished in 1 sitting and leaving me wanting so much more. I can only hope and pray that there will be a book 6 and I don’t have to wait too long.

Unfortunately, the past she has been running from for so long has finally caught up with her. Will Jake and the Kings of Retribution be able to survive and keep Grace safe?
I have been waiting for Jake and Grace to get their happy ending! Grace is a sweetie who is everything Jake needs and wants. Grace has loved Jake for a long time but her past makes it difficult to open up and trust, much less stay in one place too long. Jake is determined to do whatever he needs to in order for Grace to be by his side forever. Unbreakable was everything I wanted and more. Daniels and Alvarez keep upping their game in every book and this reader is totally addicted to their sweet and sexy MC series. I've been waiting for the Pres to get his lovely lady baker and after she left town I was curious how their story would go so finding out that theirs was the next was one that I was eager to read. This writing duo has quickly gained a fan with me, I've been hooked to this series from the get go and always looking forward to the next. Jake quickly won my heart over with how sweet and loving he is and how he takes care of those he considers family.
I was intrigued from the beginning and couldn't put this book down. I couldn't wait to see why Grace fled town, what her story was, how their relationship would play out and so much more. I was completely invested in this book and I absolutely LOVED it! The characters and the story line was so good and definitely not something you would want to pass up.

I knew that once I got Jake & Grace's story I wouldn't be disappointed & I was right! Throughout all the previous books we didn't really know anything about Jake & Grace's relationship other than they had some type of feelings for each other.
I was extremely surprised by Grace's past! I hadn't really given her story a lot of thought because we never got any details about her but when she up & left town I knew she had to have some pretty good secrets & boy did she!
Jake was wonderful as I knew he would be. He didn't let Grace stay away & when he found out about her past he was right there for her.
I always love getting to see & catch up with the other characters & to see new things developing. I can't wait to get Quinns book & see how he manages to wrangle his girl in. 😉
