I received a complimentary copy of this book in exchange for an honest review.
When Life Is Full of It: An Antidote For Your Mind by Stan Belyshev is a practical book. It is not a short self-help book with quick fixes and tips about issues and problems we have to face daily.
The author provides an enormous quantity of motivational, educational and exciting information.
What the writers aim in my opinion is to give us a small push in the right direction and how we should behave and think.
He doesn’t say you must do that thing or the other but through numerous examples of people who started low and then become successful presents the attitude and the mindset that someone should adopt and begin practicing order to achieve whatever she or he wishes.
Throughout the book I caught myself realizing that a lot of the things that I say I don’t have time to do or don’t know how to do are basically excuses and It did influence my way of thinking.
The book has 31 chapters, and as the author mentions in his introduction, this was intentional.
A month has 30 with 31 days, so the author suggests that you read a chapter every day and really work on the chapter’s theme and educate yourself.
At the end of each chapter, there are a few questions that the reader can answer thus helping him/her to understand the meaning and goal of each section better.
Furthermore, the writer made a fantastic research work finding all those biographical elements of all the people that are in the book and presented them in such a way that shows to the reader that there is no I can’t there is I won’t.
It is a remarkable book that its primal goal is to make you think and also make you shift the ways you view things and I think it achieves it.
Highly recommended it.

Have you ever have a conversation with someone who disagrees with you and then rambles on for five minutes about why they are right and you are wrong?

Maybe you converse only with people who are patient and allow you to express your opinion. But, if you have had an opportunity where tension seemed to be the only outcome from your conversation you might want to consider reading the book 'When Life Is Full of It: Antidote For Your Mind' by author Stan Belyshev.

I appreciate that this read includes details on Helen Keller's life. She was born with all her senses but due to illness at the age of 19 month, was deaf, blind and mute. I truly can not imagine how challenging Keller's life must have been but it seems she found the antidote.

One of my favorite musicals is Chitty Chitty Bang Bang and its lead character is an eccentric inventor so I also really enjoyed the section that lists 18 Things Invented by Mistake. Thinking ahead to July, I was surprised to see that two of those things listed were matches and fireworks.

In closing, this book is a personal growth and development (self-help) read all about reality checks, taking risks and being okay with being different. It points out when dealing with perceived problems to always look for the opportunity.

I received this book through the generosity of the author for an honest review.

I received this book from the author for an honest review.
Being on the topic of honesty, I did forget this book and found it in my Kindle when I cleaned it a bit.
But I think I read this book in the perfect time... I hope that will excuse my tardiness.

This book is dynamic, excellent and a life changer. If I had it in paperback it would not have left my bedside table, for sure. It has so many nuggets of wisdom in there that I would have used it often as a reference book. Now my notes should suffice.

I have used many of these chapters as topics in my radio program, giving me that extra word of knowledge to speak with clarity and wisdom.

Each chapter touches a different VIP person's life and focuses on the main areas like fear or victim vs game changer. It opens your mind and thoughts so that you can get the message maybe so long forgotten.
The author comes across as believable and is a profound testimony of lessons learned in life. He challenges you to soar above the crowd and be your own person... something I needed at this point in time.

Many thanks for this jewel I have discovered once again on my laptop. A book I can truly recommend to all who desire to grow.

I picked this book up just because I was going through a hard time in my life and the title alone seemed to sum it up. This book was not at all what I thought it was going to be. It was even better! The whole message is about attitude and how it affects the outcomes. He gives solid proof of what he writes about by giving examples of real life people. The questions at the end give you pause to think about yourself. I recommend this to everyone looking for an easy read with a great message.
