God's little people: Little people in Paul's letters

Rate this book
SERIES BLURB: For every person whose name blazes across the pages of our heritage of history in the large letters of a Tyndale, Bunyan, Wesley, Spurgeon or Lloyd-Jones, there are tens of thousands of little people who have courageously and faithfully maintained a stand for the truth and have extended the borders of the Kingdom of God. It is upon these that the Lord builds his church. Fascinating insights from Brian H Edwards in these volumes. Scripture index included in each.

A work of this nature would be difficult to write, since as its name indicates, it's about those concerning whom we know little. However, it's a very encouraging read and I will definitely attempt to acquire the other books in the "Little People" series.

I wonder how many Christians can name all of the disciples, let alone say something about who they all were. I certainly fall into that group and found this book a really helpful and enjoyable read into the character of Jesus closest followers.
