he was hard working looking after his mother after his father left them. his father sends gift but he sees through the why he receives them. things are going great until she appears. now all he wants is more of her. will this destroy his other plans? see if they do

Suria was known as The Mysterious Sirene, a fortune teller/con artist. She brought in more money than anyone else in the Romany Gypsy clan. All of it went to Vano, the head of the clan, and then once a week, her family received 30% of her earnings. Less than any other family because of her father's disgrace. But Suria always tried to skim off the top of what she made, building her nest egg so she could find a better life. The only reason she stayed was for her cousin and her younger sister.
Kian was an only child to a single mother. It's always been just the two of them and Kian is devoted to helping her. He may not be a settled family man that his mom would like to see, but he's not unhappy. He owns his garage and goes out once in awhile.
This is a deeply emotional story with a plot that takes twists and turns. Pieces of the puzzle are made clear and others are still in the shadow. Can a villain be a good guy/girl? This one will make you question what is right and wrong. When is wrong done for the right reasons? I'm anxious for the next book.

Intriguing, interesting, dramatic, and seductive. What a fantastic start to what might be a great series. I was curious about this storyline after reading the blurb and once I started reading, I couldn't put it down. The characters are awesome and somewhat relatable in the sense we are all looking for something; her - freedom, him - possible relationship, his mother - answers. I hope that what we find from reading this series is a HEA for each of these characters including her sister and cousin. These characters are likable and I already care about them. I also already want her father and his boss and his boss's brother to get their not so happy ending. I am on to the next book in the series.

Wow! Just Wow! This is my first read by Cassie Wild. I received an ARC through another Author and I’m so glad I decided to read it. It’s about the struggles of two Romani sisters,especially Suria. Being the eldest, she must save herself and her little sister from their abusive gypsy father and their klan. But along the way she meets Kian, a mechanic and not a Romani, and they fall instantly in lust. This is what the series is all about, and the tangled web of lies and deceit she weaves. And that’s just the beginning! I loved every page and cannot wait to find out what happens in book II. So I’m gladly volunteering to give this review.Plus I’m adding Cassie Wild to my list of favorite authors.

Suria is unhappy with her life. Being deceitful to people as a fortune teller is not the life she wishes for but family ties don't leave her an option. Meeting Kian is the highlight of her unhappy life and he sweeps her right off her feet. When Suria discovers her little sister will be married off to an older man she has to take matters into her own hands. Lying to her family and to the man she loves is painful but saving her sister becomes her main focus. Family secrets are revealed and lies are uncovered. Can Suries and Kians love overcome the lies or is their love doomed from the start?
This is my first Cassie Wild read and it won't be my last. I love the storyline and how it flows. It's not rushed and gives you some insight on gypsy clans. Great read 💕

I read this book as one of my favorite authors recommended the series and said it was fantastic, and I have to say that i would agree.

I was hooked from page one on, this is the most unique story line that I have read in a long while. like every other book it has the romance story and characters that make you fall in love with them and then there is real story of the book. That is the lifestyle that Suria was raised in, she comes from a family of Gypsies, and its a life that she is trying to run from and make sure that her sister is safe.

I am so glad that I have book two to read, because book one was just amazing

This was such a great read and all I can say is WOW I really enjoyed this journey. Cassie Wild has been one of those authers I took a chance on and I am so glad I did and I look forward to reading more by her. This is about two sisters struggling to survive and Suria being the oldest wants to protect her little sister and will do anything to do so. She saves her sister for their abusive father and their gypsy klan. She meets Kian along the way and they fall in love but he is not a gypsy. How will they go through the differences between their cultures.

This is my first Cassie Wild read and I was not disappointed. The story is very complex with compelling characters and a driving story that almost turns the pages for you. I really loved Suria, what a great strong character. I loved the unique setting and the different from the norm formula writing that seems to be so prevalent now days. This is a great first book in the series and I can’t wait to read more. Well done!

Absolutely amazing story. I loved the characters and the story with how well everything fell together. Suria is an amazing woman. She is strong, sweet, and kind. Yeah she has some issues but you can just see her real personality beneath all of it. Kian has this all out hard work, but at the same time sexy feel to him. The story hooks you from page one to the end. It is a little quicker read and is part of a series but it is oh so worth reading. You will not be disappointed.

Suria is a fake psychic. It not a job she wants to do, but she is good at it, and she is forced into the position. Kian is a mechanic and owner of the shop he works. When the two meet they can't stay away from each other nor can they fight their attraction.
Reading the novel, Lies, I can truly say I'm not disappointed. The minute I started reading chapter one I was hooked. The author was able to keep you engaged from beginning to end.

A brilliant read that is a new author to me

Suria is a romany she wants to escape the life and take her young sister with her but her family and klan will not let her go easily. When she meets Kian a mechanic who isn't romany she falls into instant lust with him Now they will have to see if there is anything long term between them and if they have any chance at a relationship

I have read so many books over the years and for the most part, they are kinda the same. However, THIS story, is so different!! I loved it from beginning to end!! It really makes my day when the plot is so unusual!

Amazing characters that had me falling in love with them instantly!! Cassie Wild never disappoints with her stories! This is a great beginning of a new series and I look forward to reading the rest of it!

A Really Good Read

It is a really enjoyable, book with a well written storyline that sucked me in and kept me engrossed from start to finish. I loved the chemistry between the characters and the way they interacted with each other. They really make this a page turner. This is an Enjoyable, Romantic, Must Read Book that I loved

Suria is a con artist who works as a gypsy to support her family. She is trying to get enough money up to run away with her sister Joelle. Her father is going to sell her into arranged marriage. Suria's mother died when she was young so he was left to take care of Joelle. Suria slipped out one night and went s club. While there she met Kain who owns he own garage. They had an attraction to each other, but Suria was concentration on getting her sister safe.

Holy great start to this series, I could not put this book down! Suria has been running scams seems like her whole life, but now she needs to run a con to save her sister. One downfall she will break a man she finally has a real connection with. Suria and Kian are smoking hot together and both feel the connection.

This is an amazing read. On the shorter side but has a lot in it. The storyline is great and the characters are likeable. They are well described and develop nicely through the story. Their chemistry is hot and they are passionate. The characters are strong.
