I received an Advanced reader copy . I am voluntarily leaving a review. This is the 10th and final installment to the Auctioned to Him series. I loved this series; I waited with bated breath for every installment. For 9 installments, I was not disappointed. Then the Grand Finale happened and it fell flat. When we last left Elle, she was getting arrested for murder as she prepared to marry Aiden after they were both nearly killed by his former best friend. We also still have to resolve the rape trial of Elle's former friend. Sounds juicy, right? Except in less than 90 pages we resolve the murder charges, have the baby, get married and ooooops, no resolution of the rape charges, just a quick trip to the cemetery plot of her roommate to "talk". No confrontation, no justice, just no. Also a quick personality transplant for Elle's mother-in-law.

And to think,,, it all started with a very handsome and rich man bidding on one night with this woman he just couldn't take his eyes off,,,,after that night,,,,, little did either of them know, or expect,,,,,they were hooked on each other,,,,,life without each other was not an option,,,,,

Miss Ellie Rhodes and Mr Aiden Black have been thru so very much together that we never thought they would finally beat the odds,,, they have never really talked about having kids, but seems as though they are pregnant, and now Ellie is not only expecting, but they are going to put her on trial, for killing Aiden's so called " best friend" who was no best friend in the long run,,, so with Ellie up for possible jail time, Aiden really wants to marry her now, and unlike the last wedding atrempt, he wants this one to go on without a hitch,,,, Ellie just cannot plan a wedding with everything up in the air and all, but Aiden saves the day once again and hire a wedding planner,,,,

So, if you haven't read any of the other books, i would definitely suggest you start with the first,,,, ( I hear it's free for a very short while),,,, go out, grab this series one book one book at a time,,, Charlotte has a way with spinning a tale in each book,,,, they are not boring, they have your action, adventure and ttes, there is that in which we shall not mention in every book,,,, steam, people, Im talking steam,,,,LOL,,, anyway,,,if you want to find out how this ends,,, you are going to have to read it yourself,,,, best idea is to start from the beginning,,,, I would totally recommend this book (and the rest of the series) to anyone ,,,,,!!!

Charlotte Byrd has quickly become one of my favorite authors, and I think you will absolutely agree, her stories are solid, engaging, and well told. The characters are all so well developed they make you feel like you are part of the story as a bystander, not just a Kindle swiping reader. This is a great (albeit bittersweet because it's the) end to a fabulous series. I didn't read them in order, but that's okay, don't let that stop you, although, once you read this you will find you want to read the rest. That being said, (no spoilers here) if you are looking for an artfully told, sexy, thrilling, erotic love story, this is the one for you. Ellie and Aiden get their HEA even after keeping you in suspense on how this is going to go. They've been through their trials and challenges together, and have built what started as an unlikely relationship overcoming many obstacles on the way to find they belong together. Still reading this, WHY? Go get this book now and find out for yourself what a great author and story you've come across!

I am smiling from ear-to-ear. I just finished the last of this series and loved all of it. Having read all the sections previously, this last one is the icing on the cake. I was so invested in the well-being of these characters, Aiden and Ellie, that I didn’t want to stop reading. The story is set in ten sections, but it is really a wonderfully written single love story that kept me captivated until the very end. There are lots of twists and turns throughout the series.

Just like our author, the character Ellie writes erotic romance novels. I found it interesting how Ellie stands up for herself as a self-published author for this genre. Felt like Ms. Byrd was channeling her own experiences, which was great.

I was sad to see the series end, but I am looking forward to Ms. Byrd’s new series. I voluntarily reviewed an Advance Reader Copy of this book.

What a great series. This book definitely had me on edge. I could not put the book down. Could this story get any more suspenseful? YES it can. OMG this had me gripping my laptop as I read through it. I could not wait to find what was happening. Everything throughout the series is concluded. However you may think that it is all roses but let me tell you it is not. Ellie and Aiden go through the most trying of circumstances on more than one occasion. This book did not disappoint. It is an exciting, suspenseful, frightening, potentially dangerous book. You must read this. If you have not begun the series I strongly suggest that you do before reading this book. It will definitely make more sense. Enjoy the conclusion of Ellie and Aiden's story. I know I did. I received an Advanced Readers Copy of this book and am voluntarily leaving a review.

So this is the much anticipated conclusion to the "Auctioned to Him" series featuring the love story between Ellie and Aiden. What started unconventionally (he "bought" her for a night at an auction on his yacht) grew into a relationship where you are wanting them to finally find their happily ever after. If you are not familiar with this series, I highly recommend you read it from the beginning as this story will make so much more sense. Aiden and Ellie have been through so much through their relationship (serious medical issues, he losing his business, family drama, pregnancy, her arrest for murder) you truly begin to wonder if they will finally find their happiness. This is a fantastic (and somewhat bittersweet) ending to this series, all your questions and concerns get answers and they do finally get their HEA. It's a quick, fun read that will not disappoint.

I loved this entire series of books written by Charlotte Byrd. It was so difficult waiting for the next book in the series to go live. Charlotte has become one of my favourite authors. As with all books in this series the chemistry between Ellie and Aiden just sizzles off the page. They’ve both been through so much, both together and apart, that I found myself cheering for them to find their happy ever after. Charlotte was the first author to introduce me to the darker side of erotica and I find it both interesting and thrilling. Do yourself a favour and read this series from Book 1 - 10. You won’t regret it and you can now read all 10 books without having to wait for each book to come out. Congratulations and thanks to Charlotte Byrd for a fantastic series of books.

A tale filled with action, adventure, angst and steamy romance. The main female character has a strong inner core; she certainly needs one in order to surmount all the hurdles placed in her path for a happy romance. The main male character is pure alpha: take charge, problem solver, extremely sensual. These two are trying to forge a union against what appears to be insurmountable odds. As things evolve sub-plots are revealed that create a very intricately woven tale. Through perseverance and depending on each other they do reach their happily ever after. I must say that the Buddha vows used in this couple's wedding service were absolutely beautiful and the best I have ever heard! :) J

This is the final book in this series that was previously called Auctioned to Him. In the final book, Aiden and Ellie are looking for their happy ending. The book starts with Ellie being arrested for murder just as they were about to be married. Ellie is pregnant and wants to marry Aiden, but she is scared about facing jail. When Aiden hires her the best lawyer, she is released on bail and Aiden decides to plan their wedding. This was a great series that was filled with suspense and drama. Ellie and Aiden belonged together and had amazing chemistry. They saw each other at their best and at their worst. Together they faced many things that could have ripped them apart. I really think this series was great and I recommend anything Charlotte write. Great series, I am sad to see it end.

His Biggest Gift of His Life

I am volunteering to leave a review for an ARC I received. What a glorious end to one superb series from the fabulous writer Charlotte Byrd. A perfect, unique love story from start to finish! I shall certainly miss Aiden and Ellie! So sad the series had to end. Will they get their HEA? You will have to read this amazing, gripping conclusion in this dark romance to find out! All I can say is that things go from bad to worse without giving any spoilers. But I do highly recommend this great read you will absolutely love it because what is the point of life without love!

Heartwarming. Emotional. Sexual. Sensual. Loving. Laughing. Sadness. I have read all the books, and loved each one. I didn’t want them to end, but it came to a great conclusion. Talk about happily ever after with the man of your dreams. What else could you want? This series is 10 books of love, fulfillment, desire, happiness and sadness at times. It covers everything you want in a good book. Awesome!

This was a great conclusion to an awesome series! Ellie is in her wedding dress ready to walk down the aisle to her happily ever after FINALLY and is arrested for the murder of the man who attacked her and put Aiden in the hospital! What the f#ck! After getting bail and having to remain in the state until trial, they have to plan the court strategy, another wedding, and the arrival of their baby boy! But there are snafus along the way until they finally get their HEA!! This is a wonderful 10 book series that you have to experience. I received this book as an ARC for an honest and unbiased review.

This was a great ending to a Captivating Series. Elle and Aiden have gone through so much in their time together, the last hurdle was the murder charge against Elle. While waiting for the DA to decide if they had a case, Aiden wants to get married and is going to take care of all the arrangements. All Elle has to do is pick out her gown. They finally have their “I Do’s”and it’s the perfect wedding. They welcome their healthy baby son into the world. All the suspense and worry finally is over and they get their HEA. Great ending to a great series.

This last installment to the series for me shows how much both Ellie & Aiden have developed as characters. They are not the same people from book 1, they have grown, matured and evolved. Individually they are strong and independent, together they complement and complete each other.

For me it's Aiden who shines in his character development, Ellie has helped him to find a balance between Mr Black and Aiden. They have been through so much, because of this they are stronger and totally deserve their HEA.

What a perfect ending to an awesome series.

Ellie and Aiden have been through so much that no matter obstacle comes there way or who gets in there way, they always find a way to make it work.

I loved how she finally realized that If she just takes a moment and breathes that she can see thing clearly and understand what the problem is and how to fix if it needs to be fixed.

Aiden has always known from the beginning that Ellie was his and only his. Now that he has her his life is complete along with their baby.

Such a wonderful, light hearted, with a side of of drama to keep you reading.

The last book in this series and it was totally fantastic and it was wonderful to see this couple get their happily ever after. This has been one of the best series I have ever read and the whole time I felt like I knew them and was wishing to see them be together forever. I just hope Charlotte puts out a box set of all of these because I own all of them, but would love to have them all in one book. A must read and it definitely deserves the five stars I gave it. This is a dark, intense story about Aiden and Ellie. It is also the final book in the series. Ellie finds out she is pregnant with Aiden's baby, but they haven't gotten married yet. Aiden and Ellie are so much in love it makes my heart sing. Aiden likes to be in control and Ellie likes Aiden to be in control. You will love this book if you like dark and intense reads.
Charlotte you have written a wonderful series. Keep up the great writing.

Aiden and Ellie's story is over, but wow what a great ending. After all they went through and with other people trying to ruin them their love is stronger than ever and to think it all started with her auctioning off herself for a night to the highest bidder on a yacht by invitation only. Ellie waits to hear if the DA will drop the charges she is facing for killing Blake [which was in self defense] or if she is going to spend a very long time in jail away from Aiden and the baby she is carrying. Aiden does everything in his power to make sure Ellie is home with him and their child. Ellie is provided with the best lawyers. Does the DA drop the charges?? Do Aiden and Ellie get married?? Well you truly need to read this book. I truly loved this book and highly recommend but, after you read the first 9 books in this series.The ups and downs in Aiden and Ellie's story were crazy!!

This was ok. Reading other reviews it probably would have helped if I'd read the others in the series but I hadn't. I have to say Ellie annoyed me. Doing stupid things and then expecting Aiden to just forgive her. He was too perfect for me and I found some of the storyline confusing at times. Not sure about the almost miscarriage scene. That wasn't very well explained at all. And after that weeks seemed to vanish. Difficult to follow. Read an ARC for an honest review.

A roller coaster on emotions, great read, pitty it's the end.
Hot chemistry between the characters and I'm happy they finally found peace. It's a romantic and full of emotions thrue-out the serie, we could find drama,sadness, sometimes I laught and some time I cried, it's was exciting, captivating, some sexual & sensual parts. But still full of love.

Just like Ellie wants a happy ending for her characters she wants one for herself. Very pregnant and uncomfortable Ellie has to navigate through a series of stressful situations. Through them all she prevails through them with Aiden by her side. I was glued to this book from the first page. Lots of twists and turns. Sad to see these characters go but I always do love a happy ending.

This is the last of a ten part series of the relationship of Aiden and Ellie. From an auction for her body to a wedding. Will it actually happen? There are quite a few obstacles to overcome to get to the HEA. Will they make it or will fate step in the way? This is a good read and very enjoyable.

I was really happy with the end of this series.
