This is a magnificent book to read! I have enjoyed reading Katie Dowe of the BWWM Club book. This book will get it's hooks in you from the first page. I absolutely enjoyed reading Theodore so much I couldn't put my reader down until I finish this book. The flow and pace of Theodore is awesome and well written. The characters are believable, amazing, powerful and exciting. The chemistry between Theodore and Ebboni just leaps off the pages into life. The story is so fascinating, humorous and mind-blowing. I have fast became a fan of these books. The story focuses on Ebboni Lancaster and Theodore Amberville. Ebboni works for the Amberville luxury chain of apartments. When Theo first see Ebboni across the room he instantly falls in love with her. I must say this is definitely delightful story to read one you will want to finished in one day. It's a real page turner. What a story it's full of drama, excitement and wonderful characters. The scenes are so sensual, realistic and creative. I highly recommend this book.

this book is very good if you’re feeling very romantic and cuddly it’s nice to see that the main character Theodore showing completely love and admiration for his wife Ebboni. Showing her that he was interested in her and loved her from the start and hasn’t wavered from that. You are a shown that Ebboni has a few reservations which are natural and a bit of a detachment emotionally but when she knows what she wants she goes for it.
I will admit that this book felt a little rushed compare to the others . You did kind of jump from one character to the other and not really given a resolution for them having a little bit of a focus in the book which is slightly annoying. It Is not the best one in the series, But one I still think should be read.

Theodore is a man who knows what he wants and its Ebboni. He has waited a year to make his move. Ebboni works for the apartments that the Ambervilles' own, but has no idea that she is own Theodores' radar until he approaches her with his offer. Ebboni is swimming in debt due to her fathers' illness and student loans. So, yes this relationship starts out as a quid pro quo, but the chemistry, and feelings they have for each other is undeniable. I do feel Ebboni should have been up-front with him about the possibility of not being able to have a child. In the end, true love and a little faith makes dreams and blessings a joy to behold. Would have love it if they had added Eaton's name to the baby (Adam Anthony Eaton Amberville), especially since Eaton was more of a father to Theodore than his own dad was. Love, and happiness wins again, for my guys of the Elite Club!!😏👍

Not bad..😏
I liked this one better than I thought I would. I don't normally care for a rushed relationship. However his having seen her prior to his initial approach and having maintained an interest in her despite their being no interaction kept me from my usual distaste. Theodores' recovery from the head injury was too quick and I truly didn't like Ebbonis' lies by ommission.
I felt that should have been a deal breaker..But Theo was so in love that he forgave her. And Theo is hot!☺ Pushy, crafty and a bit overbearing at times but he stole the show in this tale. 👍 Yeah..not bad.

Okay read that could have been much better
First off the Katie Dowe is a good story teller. That said, WAY too many exclamation points!!! I ended up with a headache from all the !!!. Felt like I was being yelled at . . . Continously! Next I had no respect for the Heroine. Bills, seriously. You could have come up with a stronger motivation. There was no conflict so the here and heroine never had a chance to shine. The second story I'm not sure the author knows the meaning romance. Satisfying HEA means tying up loose ends. So not done in this story.

Pain &Joy
From pain comes joy if you are so lucky! Persistence is always key when working towards your goal . Theodore had this in spades, Ebboni didn't stand a chance. There are some recurring events that appear in each story. Why is so many beds set on a raised dais? There are other similarities that many of the stories seem to have. But, maybe this is a trademark letting you know that it is a Dowe being read? I cannot wait until the next one comes out!

Another amazing story that was added to this series
Theodore fell for Eboni when he first saw her. She fell for him when she saw him she just didn't know it yet until it took him being in a accident after they were married and almost not making for her to be honest about somethings. I'm glad Theodore wamted to be a better husband and father to his child or children than his father was to him, his mother and sister.

He saw her a year ago at a function & has been smitten, but never approached her. He is indirectly her boss, and he never involved with his employees. Fast forward 1year later he found a way to approach her… He had to use an unconventional way to propose. But, there are so much they don’t know about each other.
How about letting them taking you to their journey.
ps. I hope Emma found the courage to go after her heart .

Debt Free and Found Love
I have this book a three because it was a short story😐. This is a two story book. The second story read already by Mrs. Davis.
I enjoyed the plot of Theodore and Ebboni. Theodore had fell in love with Ebboni the first time he saw her over a year ago.
Encino was joking with her best friend she needed to find a rich man to get out of debt.

Wonderful books
Both books were great. Loved that Theo never gave up on Ebbonnie, no matter how determined she was to never open her heart to love. Also loved that Matt and Arlie where able to find love and that she was able to get something she thought Jason took from her forever.

Another great member from money
Always enjoy reading the members stories and also seeing what the others are up to. I loved that they are such a close nit bunch and is always there for one another too. Just loved Ebboni and Theodore just too sweet.

Ebonni and Theodore was so right for each other, her not wanting him was the real kicker. Im glad that they made it work. Can't wait for the next one
