Joe and I have taken similar paths, as both retired police officers, who got turned on to personal development and self motivation. Great book for self discovery, positive living and motivation. Personal stories that go along with rock solid principles.

Wonderful book. Hopefully, I can use it as a teaching aid. I've got a lot to work on. Being happy is the main one. FOCUS....and free will should get me there.
