A Great Read!

I enjoyed reading An Amish Little Girl, all about Hannah Yoder a young Amish girl who dreams of becoming a mid-wife in her community! Hannah wants to be a mid-wife and does not want to get married and have children. Her parents have thought long and hard and finally said okay. So she has been training with the current mid-wife and is almost ready to take over her practice since she will be retiring! While helping a young women named Martha Girad comes in with her husband Luke. They just moved from Ohio and will be needing there services in about three weeks, but it turns out the baby girl was in a hurry and came that night in the wee hours. Read about Hannah and Luke Girad and see what happens. Included in this book are several other stories about young women in the Amish faith and their life decisions! I hope you enjoy reading them as much as I did!

Not bad for short stories

Series of pretty good amish romance short stories. Some typos and wrong words. I don't typically like short stories since characters are rarely developed and resolutions seem rushed. Most of these we're pretty ok though.

I enjoyed having several different stories and all of them different.
Author Scott is really good at bringing the reader along with the book.
I would recommend this group of stories.
