I got this one from my team leader at church. All the middle school youth group leaders are reading it. I appreciated the succinct style and the practical advice. It got a little redundant at times and there were so many pages for journaling, but other than those two minor complaints I liked it and learned more about leading groups at church.

This book is PERFECT for group leaders, especially those who aren’t in other leadership positions. It outlines the purpose of leading a group in a great way, and it gives some practical advice all the way through.
