EW TO ANIMAL rescue, Tyler attends an annual fundraiser where he places a bid on a basket filled with restaurant certificates. After receiving a call congratulating him on his winning bid, he stops by the shelter office where he meets Haley and immediately, sets his eyes on this blue-eyed beauty.

Tyler's dinner invitation sets in motion a series of events that lead to a romance taking both by surprise. When strong-willed Haley introduces a new puppy into their home, the relationship is put to the test and quickly "goes to the dogs."

However, a tragic event unexpectedly brings Tyler and Haley together at a rescue mission, and they cannot avoid facing each other. In the midst of chaos, can these two strong-willed people overcome their differences? Tyler is not easily discouraged, but can he win back Haley?
