Arcanletia is known for its hot springs, but perhaps even more for its devoted Axis Sect following, which is making Kazuma quite uneasy, and he's not alone. He'll need to get it together, though, because something is polluting the hot springs, and he needs all the relaxation he can get!
It was alright. I liked the focus on an actual story of some sorts, but it wasn't the best execution. The jokes weren't too good in this volume either.
The team as always works really well of eachother, I think that's one of Konosuba's strengths. The characters are so entertaining you'll watch them do anything. Wiz and Darkness were the MVP's here. I feel like in this volume they try again to make the characters not just joke devices. So there's that. The story's pretty good, nothing too crazy, but it has a fun fight at the end. The first chapter is a tropey hot springs scene, so if that's your thing then you'll like this I guess. The slime fight was pretty good, I think it was pretty well written, and used the team in a creative way. I feel like the story took it self more seriously. The thing I enjoyed most about this volume was the combination of silly and serious. In an ideal world I'd like Konosuba to be like that.
This is basically an above average read. I enjoyed it, I liked the new stuff that added, but yeah it's Konosuba alirght. If you liked the previous volumes you'll probably like this one.
Konosuba Volume 7 the manga adaptation of the light novel and concluding the with a final battle with the demon king General Hans, as tradition the manga plays out differently than the anime focusing more on characters than the final battle itself. Either way Konosuba’s manga continues to be one of my favorites by taking a saturated genre like isekai and making fun of it. As more isekai’s come out the Konosuba stock just keeps rising. The manga ends where the season 2 concludes and the movie begins this is the perfect volume to get into the manga if you don’t want to start from the beginning. Konosuba manga is just great from beginning to end. The art is great and the story is funny Aqua the useless Goddess is slowly taking #1.
Another good volume in a cute but strange series. At this point I struggle to write a decent review for the individual volumes so please refer to first few volumes as well as (once I have finished) the final volume in the series.
On the plus side, this manga established a group of characters and pretty much stuck with them, revealing more about them as the story progressed. The art was decent. The stories were not always clear and were often on the silly side. There are at least 19 volumes planned; but my set ends here.
