There's a great Time Chart in the back of this book that gives you cook times for fresh and frozen foods (rice, meat, vegetables, fruit, etc.). I also found 13 recipes that I will definitely be trying out.

Great recipes but there is no indication of how long it will take me to prepare each recipe, nor is there any guide on how long I should cook things. For example it says press the chili button. Okay,... So I should use whatever default time is suggested on the instant pot? It really made using these recipes unnecessarily complicated because it was a lot of guesswork.
