Fearless and Free

Rate this book
Fearless and Experiencing Healing and Wholeness in Christ is the most personal and transformative study that Walking with Purpose has offered so far.

So many of us are wrestling through the reality that life isn’t easy, even when we are doing the right thing. Suffering can slam into us from left field, leaving us reeling. Based on the book of Ephesians, this Bible study provides a firm foundation to stand on no matter what life throws our way.

This is what we’ll discover through the pages of Fearless and

● We need to WAKEN to the reality of who we are in Christ, and that we have an enemy who seeks to steal our true identity.

● We need to WRESTLE with the battle in our minds–bringing our thoughts in captivity to Christ.

● We need to be strengthened as WARRIORS so that we can move forward in life–not just surviving, but flourishing.

Readers will experience being grounded in truth while wrapped in the embrace of the One who loves us all completely and without end. A series of video talks accompany this Bible study. Links to watch the online videos are included in the book.

Best Bible study I’ve done in a long time! It reaches to the core on helping women believe they are beloved daughters of Christ, acknowledging and working through past and present wounds and turning away from lies and living in His truth. It gives you a small portion of readings and questions to do each day and the accompanying videos were amazing as well.

Based on the book of Ephesians - this study was a beautiful and powerful way to dig into our wounds and find true healing in Christ. Women are challenged to stop using our triggers as excuses, but to own our weaknesses and experience transformation. This would be best in a small group where participants know each other well - as there are some pretty personal topics covered. Would even be good to work through on your own. Highly recommend the videos as well - which are free on the website. Excellent and heartfelt study 💜

This was a great Bible study on the book of Ephesians. It dives deep into how we live lives, wounds we have experienced, lies we have believed, ways we have numbed ourselves, and provides reflection and study to help us work through these things in prayer in order to allow God to heal us.

I didn't like this Bible Study at first because it was so different than Beholding His Glory and Beholding Your King which were my first two studies in this series. By the end though, I loved the journey through Ephesians. It issues a challenge to not be complacent in the world and instead to understand one's own true worth in the eyes of God.

This was the second Walking With Purpose Bible Study that I facilitated at my church for a small group of women. Fearless and Free dives in deep and fairly quickly. The subject matter is honest, open and raw and each of us related in a beautiful different way. Lisa’s videos that go along with the book brings it all home and reinforced to us that we are not alone, ladies we are in this together and we are doing the work. This is the best bible study I have done yet!

I love Ephesians. I love the message. However this bible study book is badly structured. Each week is very very long. Videos are too long. And each week there is a video to watch. I preferred the other bible studies that only had videos every 3-4 weeks.
I wish they would have structured it better. It took 6 months to go through this bible study with a small group and it was supposed to take 6 weeks…

This study on the book of Ephesians has been the book I've been recommending the most to people lately. I will need to visit it again and again. So much wisdom and healing lie within its pages. Lisa encourages you to go deep and find out where your wounds are and it's scary to bring these things to the surface, but the peace that comes after fighting your battles is incredible!

My Bible Study group worked through this book and the related videos. I had not studied Ephesians before so that was interesting. This particular study has a strong message of affirming one's self-worth so it seems particularly appropriate for someone who is working through a change or challenge in their life.

Another beautiful study from Lisa Brenninkmeyer, delving into the book of Ephesians and dealing with WHO I AM in Christ and healing from past hurts. I've done this study before, so it was interesting to revisit it with a new small group of women and see how much has changed in my spiritual life and how much more room I have for continued growth ;)

If you really want to dig deep and uncover what holds you bound...this book is it. Based on a study of Ephesians, this book really challenges you to uncover what limits your past mistakes or past hurts have on holding you back as a Christian woman.
I would recommend this to everyone!
