I liked the information Dakota Mays had to offer. His book gives you recipes and weight-loss tips (something I was heavily looking into at the time). But it also helped me realize that maybe a fulltime vegan diet is NOT for me. I would recommend this book to friends who are trying to figure out the best routines and lifestyle to incorporate into their lives. Glad to have been given the opportunity to review it via NetGalley
