This is The Blacksmith you've been looking for...Risen from the dead, Kerry Mather has little time to perform a miracle. He's got to teach an American photographer that staying detached is the same as staying lonely. He only hopes that touching her heart won't break it... when he has to move on.
Jordan Lennox is a photographer in love with Scotland, yet a mystery man in a kilt convinces her she's blind to the true nature of the country. She hates to lead him along, but she's only got two days to save her career, and she's pretty sure the perfect shot of a Highlander is the miracle she needs to impress the new boss.
The problem is, she's got to keep him close--but not too close...*THE BLACKSMITH is #38 in the series. If you are new to the ghosts, first read the short set up, THE GATHERING, to avoid confusion. And join our hunky Highlanders on their Facebook page: Ghosts of Culloden Moor.
Another great plot and beautiful story from LL Muir for #5, The Blacksmith to find his way to honoring the family name and his father. It's a long short trip for the American photographer who loves Scotland and what could be her last trip to Scotland and hopefully, save her beloved job from the new office she-Dragon. #5 sets out to teach this sentic of a photographer to look out from behind her camera lens and enjoy life while she still has time. Enjoy turning the pages as you read another fun tale from the Muirs and the Ghosts. So glad Leslie is well and back to writing, take care... wouldn't be the same without you!
I have read and enjoyed each of the books. I never know where each of the ghosts will go. Sending the black Smith back to Scotland, was a wonderful idea, I really loved Brigadoon. Using Brigadoon as a way to explain about him having to leave soon was a really good idea. I also like the how this story and the rest of the books have a happy ending no matter the adventure getting there. Anyone who would like to read a great story with a happy ending should feaadvit
This is book 38 in the series. You will want to read the first short story, The Gathering, for the background information on the Muir witch before you start the rest of the series. After that, each one can be read as a standalone.
I think I’m in love with a highland blacksmith ghostie 👻😍! I love this series! Each of the 79 ghosties on Culloden Moor get there own story, and each one has a different story and lesson to learn. Each with a noble deed to perform to get his boon and move onto whatever lies in store for them.
I waited a long time for The Blacksmith, now I know why. Hope your arm heals nicely.is about using your physical therapist as your next ghostie! 😇 I like the way these stories have different and unique endings. What a challenge for 79 books, even with several writers. The warmth and humor of the Blacksmith was very evident. Keep up the good work. I also enjoyed seeing that Muir sisters make an appearance.
I have sorely missed L.L. Muir writing since her accident. Bravo to those amazing women go have kept this incredible series alive, until her recovery. What an amazing story L.L. Muir has penned on her return. I simply adore both characters but the biggest great Soni and Wickham. As we slowly move towards 79, the glimpses of these two incredible characters emerge. Kerry and Jordan find their hearts and we move on to the next.
A Highlander Romance the ghosts of Culloden Mood book 38
So glad you are doing better. The wait for this book was worth it. A winner. I love all the different authors and their great storylines keep you going to the next book comes out . The characters and storylines are all great in every book in this series. I highly recommend all the books in this ghost series.. You will love them too. Diana Romano
Kerry, the Blacksmith of Brechin, gets his chance at redemption. Jordan, an oft-bullied photographer, just wants to keep her job, get some good photos, and rebuild the love she is missing from her mom. Another incredible story in this series! ❤❤❤🏴🏴🏴❤❤❤
Although I love all the books in this series, I really enjoy the personality of Kerry. It's refreshing to have a romantic at heart ghost. Most seem to be running. I love the chasing. ;) Fell in love with the characters. Anxious for more wonderful storeytelling by L.L.Muir
What a fantastic series to read over and over again. It has all the elements of Scotland and time travel and ghosts and love. You cannot ask for me except to delve into the next book. Keep them coming!
I've read every story in the Culloden Moor series.Even went to Culloden Moor . It's beyond amazing bringing these wonderful, true men back to life. I'm sure the clans and families would be honored to be remembered like this . This is so blessed.
These books are like precious gems that drop into our library one at a time. This one was well worth waiting for and I enjoyed reading it, including the twist at the end.
I loved this story. Every time I finish reading about a ghostie, I think he's my favorite, then I read the next story and get a new favorite. I can't get enough of these tales.
For each of these stories I have read, I have loved them. I suppose as long as they are written, I will read them, and love them all equally until some come as does this one which causes me to cry. This will hold a special place in my heart because of that.
Just love this storyline. Each story of this series is the best. Think the next book would go down yet none have instead they only seem to get better. Looking forward to next book in this series.
LL Muir nailed another Ghost story. Kerry and Jordan are so sweet and believable I dint want the story to end. I’m looking forward to the others in the Ghost of Culloden Moor series.
Wonderful love story of a blacksmith from the 18th century and a twenty-first century woman. She is photographer and he is ghost from the past they meet. Read on for more details about what happens.
I am an addict of the series, they are all enjoyable, make you smile and you finish it, thinking this was a good weekend. This is no exception and the fact that it is said in Brechin, in a town that I know quite well, added to the fun.
This particular story was dearer to my heart than the rest as I am married to a blacksmith. By the way Lesli it is ball peen hammer not ball ping. All in all a heart warming story, made me want to travel to Brechlin & play foot pool.
The story of the series full of mist and magic. You can almost see the fairy dust spread across the bridge. I enjoyed this story very much and read it in one evening because I just couldn't put it down.
Lesli just has a wonderful gift of taking you away from everyday life and flinging you into a magical land of good old fashioned romance in a modern world. Such a welcome break from reality. Thank you!
