One of the fewe leadership books that actually gives practical steps to take in becoming a good leader either in your organization or business.
Many chapters breaking down the main challenges and advantages of leading, and how to tackle each one in turn.
I now use it as a constant reference and refresher for those quick nuggets whenever I need to.

‘How to Lead’ by Jo Owen, indeed a definitive guide to effective leadership. The book so far is the most practical book I’ve ever read on leadership. Simple, Implementable actions, greased with tips on developing the magic wand, consistency.
