What a disappointment! I checked this ebook out from LIBBY and found it to be in dire need of proofreading/editing. Repeated phrasing, missing words, etc.

BUT, within that forest of thorny issues was the bones of a great second book in a series. Added supporting characters and their individual quests added more “meat” to the overall story. Unfortunately, this book was too wordy and clumsy to successfully deliver what I think the author intended.

Will Book 3, A FEAST OF DRAGONS, redeem the series? I certainly hope so.

That. Was. Amazing. This book definitely deserves a re-read. I love Kyra. She's everything I want to be but can't.
Alex-Strong, brave, fierce. . .I so want him to meet Kyra. They'd make such a cute couple!!
Merk-Ah, yes. The one I initially did not like. He definitely came up in my estimation. He is worth it in the end.
Deirdre-I think that is how you spell it. She is so, so brave. I admire and respect her greatly.
These are some of my favorite characters.
The plot is amazing. The characters are well written. The story yanks on every emotion from extreme excitement to fury. Anyone who likes Christopher Paolini's books will love Morgan Rice's books.

I like her story line and I find the world she creates interesting, but PLEASE get an editor. In this book, Rice has two characters speaking one another's dialogue at one point. She does a nice job developing some of her characters, but leaves others as cardboard cutouts. I know she writes long series, so I think if she would take some time to develop her story elements more consistently, it would be a much better book. She could spend time developing characters and throw a few of her plot twists in a later book and have a much better product.
With those caveats, her story line is fairly solid and I will continue to read this series for a while.

DNF at 53%

The first book Rise of the Dragons was okay. A lot of grammar errors and repitition, but that couldn´t stop me from reading it and wanting to read part 2. But now the hasty writing and weird sentences in Rise of the Valiant are just too distracting for me to read and finish this book.

Overall I think it´s just poorly written... The story idea and the characters could have been interesting and exciting, but they are not properly developped. Frankly, I cannot think of a reason why this author is bestselling...

After the first book, I can't help but feel a little disappointed. "For the first time in my life, I stared fear in his face and knew that i would di..." I mean, felt bored while resting through a book of my own choosing. After a while, everything becomes so predictable that I'm certain the characters adorn plot armour so thick that I would call a portable bunker, with antiplot missiles. All that while I am sitting through mass where the speaker was replaced by most fanatic feminist. That being said, I would still want to know how the trilogy ends, if only by reading its synopsis.

We continue the journey with Kyra in this installment and head towards the tower of Ur to get more answers about herself. To see why she’s the way she is and where she comes from. There are more Povs in this one, but not from new characters, everyone is on their own journey and I gobbled it up.

I don’t care what any of these reviews say… this was EPIC. I loved every minute of it! From amazing unique creatures, exciting battles, family, dragons, trolls and characters facing impossible situations-this was an awesome adventure.

To me this book was like a mixture of all my favorites in one. There were certain themes and parts that reminded me of GOT, The Banished Lands, The Last Kingdom, The Witcher all wrapped up and tied with a bow . I was planning on only reading a little and found myself binging the entire thing because every chapter had me on the edge of my seat holding my breath.

The writing is simple and light but at times feels like an Epic Fantasy. I am listening to the audiobook (the narrator is fantastic) and it’s what I would recommend- because from the reviews, there seems to be an editing issue with the physical books. I love the characters and they are growing with each book in the series. The friendships that each main character has are fantastic, making the side characters shine all on their own. This cliffhanger has me wanting to jump head first into book 3. I really hope this doesn’t lose its momentum because, if you couldn’t tell- I’m absolutely loving this journey so far!

I continued on from the train wreck that was Rise of the Dragons. This continues the trend, but is incredibly written even worse.
The complete lack of internal logic, a constant reliance on cliffhangers with people saying 'now I am going to die', the just constant, repetitively described action and the stupidity of the characters. It's amazing.
However the story drags on because of the absurd abundance of random encounters with horrendous monsters, all out of nowhere and completely unsignalled, so much so that you just stop caring completely about anything going on in the threadbare plot.

It's one of those so bad they're good where they advertise nonstop action, but the action is so ineptly executed that it bores you.

Rise of the Valiant by Morgan Rice
Series: Kings and Sorcerers, book 2

This book, much like the first one in the series, Rise of the Dragons, had a great storyline that was exciting to follow. However, there were a couple of problems that slightly annoyed me.

First of all, almost EVERY chapter ends with some version of "[character] knew that this was the last moment before certain death," before going on to the next chapter of a different character's pov. And when we get back to the original character's pov, it turns out - surprise! - they don't die! (Which is good - I don't want them to die) Now, this would be ok the first 3 times, maybe, with different characters, to build suspense or whatever. However, when this happens too often, it's VERY annoying to read. I'm not saying to kill off the characters - please don't - but a little variety on cliff hangers and ending chapters would be much appreciated from my side.

Also, it bothered me that we don't really see Merk have a connection to the story. I mean, we've seen him for 2 books already, and he doesn't have a distinct connection with all the other characters in the story. But I don't know, maybe we'll find out about his connection more in the next book.

Besides those things, I think this was a good book: the story is original enough to be interesting, and things have developed a lot since the first chapter of the first book. I like the characters and their special connection to animals. It has annoyed me in the past that animals are so understanding in every thought of their owners, but now I have a theory that animals in this world can understand their owners clearly, and vice versa. Is it just me?

Anyway, I enjoyed this book, and if I can get my hands on the third book, then I'll be glad to read it, if only to find out where Merk fits in to the story and for more dragons!

I remember now why I didn't finish the other series I started to read of Morgan's.

She desperately needs a copy editor. A great one. A VERY highly paid one. It would be worth every penny.

The story has promise, but as it is, it's so damn hard to read. The same phrases used over and over again.

The inconsistencies snowballing upon each other. A 3 day ride becomes multiple times that. Often without food and water. Yet in the same time frame of one set of protagonists riding horseback, another set on foot does it on less. Again with no food or water the entire time, or any sleep (actually the time without food and water was twice as long, perhaps a week since before they started their journey, they were in a rolling cage packed so tightly people died).

There was one line in the book where I finally had to highlight it and make a note of how pointless it was. "the land was uninhabited, where there was more nature than people." Seriously? Why was that last phrase needed?

If Morgan gets a copy editor I'll reconsider reading her books. Until then, I just can't.

Let me start by saying: this book desperately needs an editor, and a copy editor. The descriptions are insanely repetitive, and there are so many errors that at times it is massively confusing (like, the wrong name used, in several places).

The schizophrenic nature of the chapters is also tough. She seems to be trying to mirror George RR Martin's style - each chapter in a different POV - but the chapters are so short (and the book overall is so short) that I get whiplash with the transitions, and feel like we're spinning our wheels. There's no time spent on any one character, to give real forward movement. Basically, if you glue three books together, you'd have what seems like a normal story arc.

And all the leading teens - Kyra, Alec, Dierdre, Aiden - are just stunningly stupid. Fully TSTL. It's becoming painful.

I'm only reading onward, at this point, because I'm on vacation and my kindle hasn't got anything else loaded. *sigh*

I am generously giving this series 3 stars because the story itself is good... but oh baby jeebus on a stick is it rough to read with its abysmal lack of editing and every character-section ending with a CLIFFHANGER! I am also getting really tired of the deus ex machina 'saves'.

continuamos con el segundo libro de la saga.
kyra debe continuar su camino a la torre de Ur, donde tiene que aprender a manejar su talento y comprender las misteriosas habilidades que poseen y que sólo éstas son las que le permitirán ganar la batalla contra el ejército pandessiano, y la sobrevenida del ejército de troles comandado por Vesubius. Las cosas se complican. El destino de los personajes se irá definiendo en estos momentos cruciales para Escalon.
Personajes secundarios me permiten conectar un poco más que con la misma kyra, sin duda ella sigue pensando que las puede todas. el deus-ex-machina está y estará presente en los libros de Rice, porque claramente, nuestra prota tiene que salir airosa de todo.
me llevo mejor con Dierde y con Merk, hasta con el pobre Alec, que tiene que padecer algo tan terrible como lo es la destrucción de su pueblo y la muerte de su familia, jurando ante su hermano venganza contra los pandessianos

Pero la condenada autora tiene una forma de terminar los libros que hacen que sí o sí tomes el siguiente, y en éste no es la excepción. pero a cada libro que avanzas más suspenso e intriga le pone.

Buku kedua dari siri novel Kings and Sorcerers, bergenre high fantasy (sword and sorcery). Buku ini menyambung cerita yg ditamatkan di buku pertama. Aksi2 dalam buku kali ni lebih padat.

Setelah Theos si naga memusnahkan bala tentera Pandesian Empire yang cuba menyerang Kota Volis, Kyra diarahkan oleh ayahnya untuk mencari bapa saudaranya di Menara Ur yg misteri untuk membongkar rahsia dirinya. Dalam pengembaraannya itu, dia dan rakan barunya, Dierdre terpaksa menempuh pelbagai halangan.

Lord Duncan pula mengetuai bala tenteranya untuk membebaskan Bandar Pelabuhan Esephus, dan kemudiannya menuju ke arah Gunung Kos untuk mengrekrut para pahlawan hebat yang mendiami kawasan pergunungan itu.

Merk yg berazam untuk tidak lagi membunuh pula terpaksa melanggar janjinya itu untuk menyelamatkan seorang gadis. Alec dan Marko pula berjaya melarikan diri dari kem tahanan musuh. Untuk pulang ke kampung halaman, mereka terpaksa melalui hutan yg dihuni oleh pelbagai makhluk ganas.

This was rough.

If you made a drinking game out of chapters ending with a character thinking they were going to die, only for that to be resolved "offscreen" when you come back to them, and for every time a variation of the phrase "There are [X] of us and only [Y] of you, how can you hope to win" appears (bonus drinks when it happens multiple times per single fight, with [X] ever decreasing) - you'd die of alcohol poisoning 50% of the way through this short book.

This is a string of tropes and action sequences, with extremely minimal worldbuilding and character development in between. Action sequences weren't bad though.

Book 11/100: Rise of the Valiant (Kings and Sorcerers #2) by Morgan Rice. I think I waited too long between the first and second book, it took longer for me to get into the characters naturally and recall the first story but I always enjoy how Morgan Rice writes, full of adventure, action, creatures and variety of characters. Every chapter has something that kept my interest to want to know more. Well done! Impressed once more!

The book “Rise of the Valiant” is the second book in the “Kings and Sorcerers” series. The easy and light writing style will hook you up from the very first page.
In this book we continue to follow our heroine Kyra, a 15 year old girl, who loves to fight like a warrior. She goes on a quest towards the Tower of Ur, searching for answers on who she really is, who her mother is, and what is the secret her father is hiding from her. Her father is heading to the South trying to liberate Esephus, an important coast city, from the domination of the Pandesian, who invaded their country some years before.
Other parallel stories are told. Alec is a young boy that volunteers to go in place of his lamed brother in the draft to go to protect The Flames. After escaping with his friend Mark, he returns to his city and what he finds there changes his life forever. Vesuvius is the leader of the Trolls that wants to invade their land from the north and are blocked by the Flames. Will he find an alternate way of reaching Escalon?
Merk, the mercenary, hired to kill, is seeking to become a Watcher of the Towers, people who guard the Sword of Fire, that keeps The Flames going on by magic. He also heads towards the Tower of Ur.
Packed with excitement, I recommend this book to the permanent library of all readers that love to read a well written book, which will allow them to live a fantasy full of action. I can hardly wait to see how the story will develop from here and how our three heroes will have their fate entangled. The author managed again to produce a strong set of characters that make us cheer for them on every page we turn.

Es un libro que al inicio me hizo decaer mucho en las esperanzas que le tenia, no sabia a donde iba la historia y a mi punto de vista se estaba desarrollando todo muy confusamente, los personajes mucha aveces tomaban decisiones muy apresuradas e idiotas, además no lograba entender el punto de contar tantas perspectivas, no sabia a donde quería llegar la autora y si todo tenia alguna relación o serviría en algún momento, ya en las ultimas páginas fue cuando mis esperanzas volvieron a subir un poco, sentí que ya se estaba encaminando y ordenando todo (cosa que debió verse desde un inicio para no hacer que algunos lectores lo dejen a la mitad), aún así muchas cosas aún no eran explicadas, pero pude ver mayormente la relación entre todos los personajes, no negare que si entretiene por si quieres leer algo para el rato, además de que no es difícil de entender, te puede frustra y la historia no es muy diferente a las ya conocidas, pero siendo sinceros ¿Qué historia es única actualmente?, se han creado tantas así como muchas series que es algo difícil de lograr, de todas maneras entretiene y puede tener una que otra cosa diferente, si te mantiene en la lectura por el simple hecho de querer entenderla y descubrir los secretos pero dentro de esta puedes encontrar muchas frustraciones como confusiones que se aclararan solo un poco ya cerca del final, si te gusta esto, te interesa o puedes soportarlo recomiendo leerlo, sino puedes te recomiendo buscar otra cosa.

En la segunda entrega se comienzan a perfilar los personajes de una mejor manera y la trama se enreda poco a poco en una maraña de problemas y problemas, crisis, peligros aventuras y desventuras que van moviendo a sus personajes como piezas de un enorme ajedréz.
Aquí solo se trata de enredar el panorama general de la historia para prepararnos a un tercer libro, en estos momentos la novela todavía entretiene y mantiene la tensión en el ambiente por saber lo que sucederá con sus personajes centrales.
El siguiente espacio es un spoiler completo del segundo libro, no lo aconsejo leer si piensan leerse la serie.


Kira después de la masacre hecha por Theos el Dragón, su dragón, queda con más dudas de quién es ella y para colmo "su dragón" la abandona volando lejos y despareciendo en el cielo.
Su padre decide que ya no hay marcha atrás y tendrá que luchar contra los Pandesianos pero deberá hacer el reclutamiento de las otras casas que necesita para poder hacerle frente al ejército enemigo y envía a Kira a la torre de Ur a buscar a su tío, quien será el que la debe entrenar para convertirse en la gerrerra que está destinada a ser, para emprender su viaje necesita montura y en lugar de caballo escoje una gran bestia salvaje, de plo rojo y ojos verdes, con cuernos y actitud feroz, es un Solzor una criatúra indomable y peligrosa que misteriosamente acepta a Kira como su jinete.
Alec y Marco escapan de las flamas y atraviesan a duras penas un bosque cargado de peligros y muerte.
Merk por su lado enfrenta el dilema de salvar sin recompensa a cambio, a una mujer cuya familia es víctima de unos bandidos y que recientemente había implorado su ayuda, Merk elimina a los criminales y salva a la chica quien en lugar de agradecerle le echa encara su culpabilidad en la muerte de toda su familia por no haberle ayudado cuando se lo pidió, Merk confundido sigue en su búsqueda de la torre de Ur donde espera cambiar su vida.
Duncan y su pequeño ejército decide liberar la ciudad portuaria de Esephus, punto clave para retener el control de la guerra, en el camino se le incorporan homtres de las aldeas aledañas y amparado en la sorpresa logra tomar la ciudad dando otro duro golpe a las fuerzas Pandesianas.
Kira libera a Dierde una chica que había sido entregada como lo iba a ser ella, siendo violada y vejada una y otra vez por los pandesianos y ella se la une en su marcha hacia la torre de Ur, mientras Aidan, el hijo menor de Duncan decide ir tras su padre y se escapa solo iniciando un viaje suicida hacia la capital del reino, Andros, sin alimentos ni un plan definido.
Duncan parte a las montañas de Koz buscando reclutar a sus poderosos guerreros que son vitales para su lucha y enfrentando mil peligros logra llegar hasta la montaña en donde convence a los líderes locales unirse a su lucha y pelear por su libertad, tomando la capital de Reino.
Alec regresa con Marco a su aldea y la encuentra destruída, sus padres asesinados y su hermano agonizante le pide que jure venganza por ellos, Alec totalmente roto se lo promete y marcha junto a marco hacia la ciudad portuaria de Ur.
Kira se enfrenta a un grupo de maleantes en una cantina y logran escapar con provisiones y equipo, pero son perseguidas por una especie de jabalíes gigantescos de los que apenas logran escapar, quedándose su bestia Andor defendiendo su huída en la retaguardia.
Aidan logra escabullirse en una carreta y libera a una especie de lobo blanco que en agradecimiento lo ayuda cuando el dueño de la carreta los descubre y ataca, herido y maltrecho siguen solo en compañia del lobo por el siniestro camino.
Kira logra huír de sus atacantes pero que da sin montura y sin su bestia, solo con su fiel felino Leo, encontrándose con otra caravana llena de chicas prisioneras a quienes liberan, matando a todos los soldados y formando una escuadra femenina que retoman su viaje hacia Ur.
Merk llega a la mítica torre de Ur pero no encuentra a nadie y descubre que están dentro y no lo dejan entra porque le preguntan una y otra vez si es digno sin saber que contestar.
Kira y Dierdre llegan a una encrucijada que las lleva por distintos caminos, Dierdre a la ciudad de Ur con el grupo de chicas rescatadas y Kira hacia la torre, encontrándose al poco rato con su bestia que logró matar a las criaturas que casi las liquidan.
Merk logra se admitido pero se asombra de lo que ve, mientras en Pandesia, Ra el Omnisciente y todopoderoso señor del imperio Pandesiano se entera de la revolución en Escalón y decide enviar todo su ejército a destruirlos para mostrar su poderío.
Por su lado el Rey de los Troles, Vesubius logra hacer mediante engaños que un gigante cave su tunel que lo llevará bajo las Flamas y permitirá conquistar Escalón y todos los reinos vecinos.
En el bosque de espinos está un huevo de Dragón, hijo de Theos que se encuentra perdido y con miedo de eclosionar, Kira llega a la Torre y se lleva una sorpresa al conocer a alguien que la estaba esperando.

Como dije, este segundo libro solo es un puente entre la histioria, pero ya vi que son cinco libros y comienza a volverse algo pesada la historia, sin embargo todavía tengo curiosidad por saber qué sigue y ahora que ya la comencé no tengo más remedio que terminarla, solo espero que no vaya decayendo.

Recuerdo que cuando leí el libro 1, dudé mucho de seguir la saga porque fue muy introductorio y simplón. Pues me alegra de haber decidido continuar.

En la reseña que hice del libro 1 dije que esperaba mucha fantasía de este mundo de la saga Reyes y hechiceros porque daban muchos indicios de que así sería, y no me equivoqué.

Este libro empieza justo en el mismo instante en que el otro termina, pero aún así, se ve un crecimiento exponencial tanto de los personajes como del wordlbuilding como de la trama.

Kyra me tiene muy enganchada, creo que es una protagonista maravillosa. Tiene muchos rasgos de "no soy como las otras chicas", pero la autora le ha dado muchos matices más que la hacen excelente personaje. Me frustra a veces por su imprudencia, pero disfruto mucho leyéndola.

A medida que el libro avanza, se va partiendo en más líneas de narración, así que aunque en el libro 1 solo nos hablaron de Kyra y un poco de otros dos personajes en su propia aventura, en El Despertar del Valiente se unen muchos más puntos de vista.

Vemos desde los ojos del comandante de Bolis que busca revolución, el de un mercenario en busca de redención y propósito, el de un joven herrero arrancado de su hogar que busca venganza, el de un dragón aterrador que busca a su hijo, el del dictador que quiere acallar la revolución, el de un pueblo de trolls malvados que quieren conquistar el mundo y claro, el de Kyra, que sigue persiguiendo su sentido de honor y libertad, descubriendo mucho poder dentro de ella.

Es un libro de fantasía pura. No hay nada de romance. Todo son guerras, estrategias militares, batallas contra los Pandesianos, diferentes razas buscando sus propios intereses, guerras, luchas de los personajes con sí mismos y MUCHA magia.

La narración de la autora me encanta y me cautivó mucho más en este libro 2. Sus escenas de acción están en el punto perfecto entre sangre, muerte y verosimilitud. Los protagonistas de todos los puntos de vista tienen personalidades muy marcadas y bien construidas. Me encantan.

Como punto negativo, diré que no me gusta lo idílico que es todo. A ver, hay muchas batallas, muchos muertos, muchos obstáculos... es fantasía épica y se espera que los personajes mueran, peeeero la autora tiene como una fijación por no matar a los personajes principales (que son varios) pero sí meterlos en peleas que no deberían ganar. Hay varios que están literalmente al borde de la muerte en VARIAS ocasiones, los párrafos acaban en "y supo que iba a morir", pero en el siguiente capítulo algo sacado del culo los salva, convirtiendo a estos personajes buenísimos en garys y marys stus, a los que todo les sale bien. Eso no me gustó.

No quiero que nadie muera, obvio, pero sí resulta tedioso leer personajes que por lógica deben morir (aunque me duela) pero se salvan por milagro divino.

Fuera de ese punto, amo la historia y la recomiendo mucho. Son 6 libros y duda seguiré con el tercer. ♥

La historia se me hace interesante y por esa razón tratare de seguir con el tercer libro, pero si sigue con ese ritmo no creo que lo acabe. ¿Que pasa con este libro?........... la forma en que esta escrito, al final de cada libro (ya me he leído dos de la misma autora) te plantea que en el siguiente va a tener una gran historia pero no avanza.

Mi problema son las descripciones infinitas de cada lugar en donde los protagonistas pasan, y eso esta bien, pero la autora lo hace tan repetitivo describiendo cosas que son innecesarias a mi parecer. Otro problema igual con las descripciones son los sentimientos o pensamientos de los personajes, es tan repetitivo que cansa, ya hasta uno sabe que van a pensar, también están las preguntas innecesarias que se plantean los personajes (repetitivas otra vez), simplemente no me gusta la manera de describir a las personas/paisajes de la autora.

Otra cosa que no me gusto es que la autora le da capítulos a personajes que no hay necesidad de dárselos, personajes que no te dejan nada en la historia, que solo es relleno y uno muy aburrido y cuando es un personaje importante en la historia igual parece un relleno más. Un ejemplo, un personaje "x" que en el primer libro no tenia tanto protagonismo, aquí se lo dan en varios capítulos y esta bien, porque es un personaje muy bueno con una gran misión, pero te plantean la misión como una muy complicada de hacer, una misión super interesante para que la resolución sea en un capitulo de 4 hojas a lo mucho y de la manera mas obvia posible. Definitivamente en este libro no se avanzo absolutamente nada era todo descripción de lugares y pensamiento de los personajes, espero que el tercero sea mucho mejor.

Desde el momento en que terminé de leer el primer libro, "El despertar de los dragones", supe que debía terminar toda la saga para poder saciar mi intriga. Y aquí estamos con el segundo libro, "El despertar del valiente", que no solo continúa una historia increíble, también trata temas muy delicados como son el machismo y pertenecer a una sociedad misógina. Parece algo bastante arcaico, pero hasta el día de hoy, sigue siendo parte de la mentalidad de muchas culturas alrededor del mundo.

Quiero recalcar que la evolución del personaje de Deidre es bastante repentina y tal vez un poco forzada, al igual que varias partes del libro. Como el cambio de comportamiento Kyle o el creciente odio de Alec hacia los Pandestianos, entre otras cosas. La gramática es terrible, se repiten muchas cosas y... lamentablemente por ello no califico al libro con cinco estrellas.

Well the main characters in this second installment - just like the first book - have more lives than a cat. Nothing can bring about their deaths even though the characters chapters end with them facing imminent death they have somehow managed to survive when they next appear. Although, I can't say the same for the minor characters involved in the same death defying situations as them. They are allowed to die with impunity. I wanted to give up on this book, but how could I when the main characters weren't going to let anything stand in the way of their survival. So onward I trudged. However by 90% I realized I was vested in finding out how some of the characters arcs were going to be developed further - Andor, White, Theos, Vesuvius, and to a lesser degree Kyra, Duncan, Alec, and Merk - so against my better judgement, I'm on to the third installment in this series - The Weight of Honor - I might as well, right?

Riprendo la recensione del primo libro (sto ascoltando il quinto) e continuo a dire dire che questa serie non mi sta entusiasmando; anzi il meglio che posso dire è che sono leggermente meglio di niente.
Un po' tutto, dal world building, alla storia e ai personaggi sa molto di già letto da altre parti e per giunta scritto male, sia dal punto di vista stilistico che dal punto di vista dei personaggi e della storia, che non mi hanno mai tenuto con il fiato sospeso o particolarmente interessato.
Un capitolo a parte meriterebbe la grammatica stessa del libro, che a quanto ho capito è abbastanza fallace anche in llingua originale.
Dei numerosi personaggi dai nomi un po' a caso di cui seguiamo la storia nessuno mi ha particolarmente preso e quasi quasi mi ritrovo a fare il tifo per i troll...
Onestamente non mi sento di raccomandarlo.

Bueno, me gustó mucho los momentos de tensión, como los protagonistas se encuentran entre la vida y la muerte constantemente y logran sobrevivir.. como encuentran fortaleza y valor en sus compañeros y en sus causas... me gustó que el hermano más chico de Kira, Aidan tuviera mas protagonismo y como se va desarrollando su historia, es un personaje que creo que va a ser muy importante próximamente.
El despertar del valiente puede simplemente tratarse o se trata de todos los personajes principales, no solo kira, porqué todos deciden plantarse cara a la vida y a los acontecimientos y se fuertes, valientes y luchar.
El despertar del valiente es una historia corta que no llega a las 200 páginas, quizás podría haberse unido al primer libro...pero de ésta forma se vuelve muy ágil y fácil de leer/escuchar.
Definitivamente necesito ya el 3er libro...espero conseguirlo
