Note carefully the paragraph at the front of the book and I think there is a good reason for it.

"MEDICAL DISCLAIMER: The following information is intended for general information purposes only. Individuals should always see their health care provider before administering any suggestions made in this book. Any application of the material set forth in the following pages is at the readers discretion and is his or her sole responsibility."

"They seek to controversialize those who disagree with them. They attack news organisations that publish stories they don't like, whistle blowers who tell the truth, politicians who dare to ask the tough questions, and journalists who have the audacity to report on all of it. Sometimes they shove intentionally so much confusing and conflicting information into the mix that you're left to throw up your hands and disregard all of it, including the truth." page 29. Could this be directed at those behind this book.

This appears to be one of 16 rather similar books published in a 2 year period. The cynic in me would think it's a marketing ploy to cover a broad field by mainly using the same information and then tweaking things to produce multiple books with different titles. I write this without seeing any of the other books so would be pleasantly surprised if this is not so. The book itself looks and feels well made, what I have issue with is the contents.

I would encourage anyone reading this book to check everything in it critically. This could be a tiresome job as there are very very few citations to take you to good research, but much in the way of references to often deregistered medicos who have done rather well financially either on the speaking circuit, selling supplements or both. Sources such as Naturalnews.com are notoriously bias and untrustworthy being very selective in what they do or dont report. Check what appear to be facts and even think carefully about part of the title (How 12 ordinary people cured themselves of bowel cancer naturally). Have there been thousands of people who failed to cure themselves naturally but cannot speak up because they are dead? Rates of cancer have increased, but then the chances of getting cancer increase as we get older and more people are getting older.

Cancer is not a new thing and has been found in human remains thousands of years old. I actually agree with many of the things in this book but so much else is unsupported to the point of being potentially dangerous.
The author states that Minerals in glacial melt water may be beneficial, but they may also include radioactive elements or poisons such as arsenic. Both perfectly natural. I know not where the author got the data that: ".. many live to be 120 to 140 years of age, with some extraordinary individuals living to be 150 to 160." page 229. Indeed on page 230 there is a mention of a Li-ching-Yun who "reportedly lived to the age of 256, outliving 23 wives." No mention as to why the wives didn't live nearly so long despite , we assume, living in the same environment.

However in trying to find out I did come across research that may support lower atmospheric oxygen being responsible for slightly extending longevity.

Interesting that on page 219 the author states American doctors on average actually live 13.5 years less than the average American. A quick check reveals they actually live longer than the average american: https://pubmed.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/11020....
Maybe Cameron includes many of the psuedo-medicos as doctors, those who avoid mainstream medicines and rely on hearsay, thus bringing down the average lifespan. We don't know because, like most claims, we don't know where the information ultimately comes from, or indeed, if it was just made up. Indeed is this book a product of AI?

Again nice layout to the book but do not let the author think for you. Check everything critically before deciding on a course of action.
