Nice book about running for beginners. A lot of tips for starting. I took one star for the ending where some of these FAQ questions weren't necessary to answer in my opinion.
A good resource to learn the basics of running. Kinda outdated in terms of technology and, naturally, UK-based on some recommendations but still worth reading if you're just starting.
