OMG, this book made me cry from the very beginning, like sobbing so hard that my mom thought something had happened to me in my bedroom but after I calmed down (being real here, it took me like 15 minutes) she looked at me like I had a screw loose in my head, lol, but that's me.
When I get lost in a good story, I literally include myself into the story, like I'm living through everything the characters are too and feel the emotions that it's being portrayed throughout the story.

This one is going to pull your heartstrings in some scenes, literally from the beginning to the end, its a ball of emotions you're be going through but at the end, it's worth it because not only you get to see how Jace and Penny's relationship starts and progresses but you also get to see the other couples from the previous books and also everyone else who's going get their own story in the spinoff like Carrie, DJ and baby DJ ;)

Jace & Penny are both stubborn and determined characters; one knows (Jace) exactly what and who he wants and the other (Penny) is not completely convinced of what she wants but as the story progresses, she learns that you can have it all without sacrificing your own identity. Their friends and family are very supportive and encouraging of their relationship too :)

There's always going to be some situations where these two butt head to head because like I said, they're both stubborn but at the end of their journey, they learn from their mistakes and that they are not perfect but together they are whole and reach their happy ending, so don't worry guys :)

There's also some surprises, some good, some bad, in this story that you wouldn't have seen coming, not in a million years but everything happens for a reason and thankfully everything works out great for everyone :)

Everyone in all the Moosehead Minnesota books are a united family, blood related or not and are a very tight knight family/friends and I loved that so much because it shows us that there are still families and friends that do exist like that and it shows the great bond they all share together <3

I can't wait for you guys to read this new one from MK Moore and ChaShiree M. because it was a very emotional, beautiful story that may be the last of the "Moosehead Minnesota Series" but we haven't seen the last of them yet... remember we still have the spinoff like "Inked Heart" which is El & Kitty's story and its Book 1 from the "Queens of Hearts Ink Series". I also really hope we get Carrie, DJ and baby DJ's story next :)

This book is a guaranteed tearjerker!! I have been waiting for Jace & Penny’s story for a while and it most definitely does deliver. From the very start my heart hurt so bad for Jace. He was a man who was pulled on, put in a difficult position yet he delivered. All he ever wanted was Penny. Penny was only 17 when Jace first laid eyes on her but he promised himself he could wait until she turned 18 before he made her his. Yet Penny stayed away from Jace because she knew if she gave into those intense feelings that she herself felt for him, then she thought she would have to give up her hopes and dreams of being a nurse. When the story begins, Penny is there for him –at first- but suddenly does a runner and when she comes back into the picture 2 months later, its to a bitter and hurt Jace. Penny had to leave yet now she is back and has come to realize she knows where she needs to be and that is with Jace. OMG The ups and downs, the twists in the story and the intense heat between Jace and Penny is oh so good. Can Penny prove to Jace she is ready for love story to have a happy ending ? Will Jace let Penny back into his life and will they get the HEA they both deserve? Only way to find out is to read this amazing entry to the Moosehead Minnesota series.

My Rating: 4.7 stars *****

I've waited forever(ok, that may be a slight exaggeration lol) for this book. And I loved it.

From the very start my heart broke for Jace, and while I can understand why Penny did what she did, I still wanted to smack her.

Jace is definitely my favorite brother!

Also (and no I'm not going to give any spoilers) I'm so, so, so happy to finally find out what happened to Rose. The little information we got in the last book, then just leaving it at that without telling us about killed me!

Sad that this is then last book in the series, but happy that they are doing a spin-off.

4 big stars!

A fun, quick return to Moosehead where you get to know Jace and Penny and learn their story. Jace is the last of the Crawford brothers to find love but as soon as he met/saw Penny he knew she was the one. She was only 17 at the time, so he vowed to wait for her. The story begins with Rosy having her and Max's babies (triplets!) and having some medical issues and is unable to leave the hospital (don't want to spoil the story). Max is beside himself and asks Jace to take care of his children while he stays by Rosy's side. Penny is in Moosehead for the birth and she and Max share one night and then she disappears into the night before he wakes up. Fast-forward 2 months and Jace has given up his life (basically) to care for his niece and nephews and Penny is back in town. With a secret. Will Jace forgive her for disappearing? Can they move on from their one night and turn it into something more? When Jace and the babies get sick - Penny steps up and moves in to help out. She takes this time to try to get Jace to talk to her, to make him understand where she was coming from and why she left and to also tell him her secret. It's a fun read and if you've read the other Moosehead books, you will enjoy this one just as much.

I was given a copy to read and provide an honest review. Jace and Penny... this book is another insta-love with a twist. Penny was only 17 when Jace first saw her and knew she was his, but he waited a year for her to turn 18. Penny stayed away from Jace, knowing if she gave into her feelings for him she would have to give up her dream of being a nurse. Jace receives devastating news and is thrown into a very stressful situation. In the beginning Penny is there to comfort him and they have one night of passion where they both lose their virginity, Penny runs away again, from her fear. Jace lets her go to deal with the near tragedy happening for Max and Rosalind. When Penny decides she has to be with Jace, she returns but she has a secret to tell when the time is right. Definitely a good story, character development is better in this latest installment of the Moosehead, Minnesota series. Also the over the top descriptions of the sex has been brought down a few notches, making the story more believable with less eye roll inducing for me, just saying. Can’t wait to read more from these authors in their spin offs.

The time between us is book four in the Moosehead Minnesota series. This book is short, fast paced and a nice read. I liked this story and read this book in one sitting but it wasn’t my favourite book in the series. I liked Jace but I wasn’t a massive fan of Penny for the first quarter of the story. I liked that Jace knew that Penny was the one for him and wanted her. What annoyed me was that Penny ran. I understood her reasons but I didn’t like that she led Jace on and then ran away. I actually liked that Jace didn’t accept her back with open arms at first. He was wary and hurt by her previous actions, which was understandable. I loved how selfless Jace was. He took on his brother’s three babies by himself. He brought them up for months whilst their mother, his sister in law was in hospital and their father by her side. That being said, I liked when Penny came to her senses and returned. I liked that she helped Jace with the babies and that the love between her and Jace continued to grow until boiling point. The chemistry between Jace and Penny is clear to see and I liked them as a couple once Penny made her mind up.

YA ... h is eighteen, age of H undetermined. Mechanical and robotic dialogue, editing errors and the writing style was underdeveloped. Lacked fluidity and emotions seemed forced. Is ‘yah’, used as a substitute for ‘you’?

Virgin h, they are not together as a couple at the time of consummation...resulting in an unplanned pregnancy. Previously steadfast in wanting to establish a career, she is now the most well adjusted pregnant eighteen year old, no further mention of future plans. Technically a teenager and ready to embrace parenthood.

Second chapter, badly depicted porn “The blood on my c**k and in my bed proves it. Her sweet, f**king *herry is and was mine for the taking. Her p*ssy was tight, wet, and everything I could hope it would be. I had never been one to jerk off, so I filled her with so much c*m. She is my first in so many ways. I watched it flow from her perfect, pink p*ssy”. This seemed superfluous.

Personal observation of multiple babies, these were singularly the most considerate and well-behaved babies imaginable.

Not my cup of tea.

Well I read the book in one day. That was how good it was. The beginning gutted me. Like full face balling bugger falling, gutted. Jace and Penny since the beginning he knew she was his forever. No mistake in his decision. When he is given a life changing responsibility he takes it head on. Never even says, let me think about it. For family the Crawford Men will do anything. One night he has everything he dreamed of and them like the night left so did his dream. Turn of events has Jace and Penny face to face again but things have changed for Jace and Penny sees it. Things come into perspective for her and she has to fight for her forever now. Penny is not going to give up, because what Penny loves she keeps. Love the story. Bravo ChaShiree M. and MK Moore.

Holy fuck, SHE was an actual piece of shit. If this were a different book, she’d be the main guys ex who is an antagonist but no, she’s the fucking heroine? I literally hated her! Throughout the book, you’d think she would have some redeeming qualities and I’m sure she done things that seemed good to others but she got fucking worse. How do you laugh when you hear your other half angry? Especially when the anger is justified? Holy fuck, if I were related to Jace, family dinners would be awkward as shit because I’d fucking show how much I hated her. You will rarely ever catch me saying this but Jace deserved so much better than her and her shit. I thought I hated heroines before this is genuine disgust.

When you map out the life you want you forget to take into consideration what fate has in store for you. You can either fight it or go with it. Penelope Kimber chooses to run from Jace Crawford, although like his brothers before him Jace will do anything to make Penelope his.

This is a fun and quick read although I'm disappointed with the fact that the story is much the same as the others in the aspect of boy meets woman, woman runs scared and finally together with a baby. I was hoping that with this being the last Crawford brother that there's be something more than the previous ones. And of course once again the contraction of words drove me crazy, mostly in dialog.

Ok read.

This story was ok. And I really mean just ok. There where a few things that I really liked but over all I couldn’t get into it. I skimmed over some parts!! One thing I want to mention is the fact that max ( from a previous story) really ticked me off. I tried to be understand I really really did but there’s just know way I could abandon my 3 new borns. I understand he was grieving in his own way but those kids needed him as well. And the way the family just excepts this and covers for his inability to cope makes me sick. But jace handles everything like a true brother and that’s why I gave it three stars.

This story had me in my feels

Review:
This is the last book in Moosehead Minnesota Series! It can be read as a standalone but I would recommend reading the other Moosehead books to understand this story better.

As the last book in the series I went through a million emotions. This story had me tearing up bad, had me elated, and finally so upset that it's over. In true book queens fashion the authors had me living those stories in my own skin.

But there was a some good news in store as there is still some more Inked Heart stories left to help me recover. This story was simply so beautifully angsty and sexy at the same time.

Premise and characters are good, but it needs another round of editing. The dialogue is unnaturally formal, as if translated from another language. The overall story has too much telling rather than showing at times. The heroine’s internal debate on what she wants was glossed over quickly considering it was the cause of their separation. All together it just kept taking me out of the story. So, I didn’t end up finishing it, but I would be interested if it was rereleased with edits. I could see some people enjoying it, just not for me.

I love the Moosehead, Minnesota series and I wasn’t disappointed with the conclusion. Book four is mainly about Jace and Penny, but of course we get tidbits of the other Crawford brothers. Jace has been waiting for Penny to turn eighteen, so he can claim her as his “the one”. Jace will have you falling more in love with him after what he does for his brother, Max. No spoilers, so make sure you grab your copy and get ready for an amazing read.

Jace and Penny's story is amazing and heartbreaking. From beginning to end it will put your emotions thur so much that you may feel like you've been put thur the ringer. Jace made a promise to Max right from the beginning to help him after one night with Penny she takes off. Will these two be able to get where they need to be with each other or will old hurts stand in their way? Truly amazing read with a few twists and some heartbreak.

Baby daddy

I am in love with this book. Jace is in love with Penny. One night of passion and she runs...taking a little piece of Jace with her as she goes....Penny has dreams, but sometimes dreams change...when she comes back she sees first hand how things can change in the blink of an eye. Jace is caring for his infant niece and nephews...lord help your ovaries...because his devotion is the stuff that makes your panties melt.

Oh the feels!!!!

I think I just my new favorite book boyfriend!!!! He loves his family above all else. And his niece and nephews are so lucky to have him. Jace Crawford is almost too good to be true 😊 Penny definitely needed the time to grow up some. Although she knew what and who she wanted she just needed that extra bit of time to come to terms with everything. They are definitely perfect for each other and I immensely enjoyed reading story.

Loved this series of stories

I enjoy reading series of stories about families. It's like when one gets married, the rest start following. Enjoyed Jace and Penny's courtship which ran through two books. She's a feisty little thing and he had to wait until she was 18. Oh my goodness, Jace taking care of his brothers babies was so sweet. Overall all the books in this series are great. Thank you so much for such good stories. Written by Cindy :)

And all good things must come to an end

Jace and Penny finally find there way to each other, after some trials of course. This is the last brother to find love in the Moosehead series. As sad as I am that it is over I'm excited for what is to come from my favorite authors. We will be seeing Jace, Penny and everyone else again soon

Jace and Penny have had an attraction for each other for awhile. His brother Max's wife Rosalind had triplets and Max refuses to see his children or leave her side until she recovers. Jace takes care of the children with Penny's help where they rekindle their relationship. It is a sweet romance, but not sure about father abandoning children for so long nor do the family seem to be helping.

What another great book. I loved how Jace just put aside all his wants and needs to be the best Uncle a sibling could ask for. It was awesome that Penny decided to put her career on hold to help Jace even though she partially did it because she was havine Jace's baby.

It made me so happy to finally read this story! Jace has been pining for this girl for a few novellas and he finally gets his happily ever after, though not without struggle. It was a beautiful moment when Penny realized she didn't have to choose one life over the other.
