This review covers books 4, 5 and 6 as the author has turned them into a boxset. The saga continues with Bridget and Jason. I found the next 3 books troublesome as I just wasn’t compelled to keep reading so it became a burden to get through and that was unfortunate. There are too many errors, both typos and continuity and factual errors. I really hoped once I got to the end of the first story, even though it’s a very slow burn, that the enjoyment would take mAnd it would be an easy read, but unfortunately it didn’t happen. Maybe it’s just me, but I had trouble getting through this read and the next several.

Confession is good for the soul, and the bedroom.

Talk about a page turner. From the very beginning it grabs you and makes you want to stay with the storyline. I’m feeling the tiny hairs on my arms are standing up. And I’m loving it.

I’m so excited just to wait for the next installment of this thrilling and suspenseful romance.
Oooh!! I’m hoping that the next one isn’t too long away to being released.

Confessions is Jean Evergreen’s fourth book in her Philistine Heart series and continues Bridget and Jason’s story. In this book, Jason’s secrets and past sins come out into the light of the day. He is desperate to keep Bridget, but will she stay now she knows the truth? I recommend this suspenseful novel which has complex and flawed characters, an intriguing storyline, dark secrets which are fully exposed, suspense, and sizzling romance. There is a cliffhanger at the end of this book which will hopefully be explored in the fifth book of this series entitled Guilty as Sin

I would say this is my favorite book of the series so far. The secrets they hold in life. The passion they have in life and love. This book sucked you in right away. What's Bridget going to do when she finds the truth about Jason? What is Eve and Amber up to? How will Jason handle everything that is falling apart in his life? What about Susan and Blake? Can everybody forgive or will it be hate? After everything Eve has done to Jason and Bridget, what else could she do? I received and ARC copy for my honest review

Bridget has been through an emotional ringer. Finding out all of those things about Jason while being pregnant is enough to make any woman call it quits. Jason it seems is finally getting his just d deserts but are they justified. Finally he and Bridget seem to be getting their lives back on track but will it last?

This story has me salivating for the next book. I am still questioning Susan's loyalty and motives. This series is simply awesome. It offers everything; intrigue, drama, mystery, love, psychosis and more. I LOVE IT!!!!

Loved the book, the story was well written and the characters were intriguing. Once I started I could not get enough, from the start till the end I was engrossed I was even on the edge of my seat with twists and turns, lust and passion, strength happiness and love. The story of sensational feelings that can run through the body while reading. Do yourself a favor and buy the book you want be disappointed.

This is the fourth book in The Philistine Heart series. The story continues to what as a reader, one hopes to be a happily ever after. Jason is still trying to deal with his past. Bridgett is still unsure about the present. This book was not as fast a read for me as the previous three books. We are still advancing the story in this book and hope to get to a great end. Moving onto book five. Enjoy!

This is part of The Philistine Heart series and should be read after reading books 1-3. The series just gets better and better. The drama and suspense increase as more secrets unfold. Well written with strong characters and an engaging story. Beware, once you begin you'll find it hard to put this book down. I read a reader copy and voluntarily chose to review.

This is the fourth book and you have to read the first three before diving into this one. In this one Bridget dives deeper into her life with Jason and his secrets. He has to tell it all. Amazing continuation of the story.
