Not really impressed honestly.

I read fantastic reviews about this book and I found that this book is a summary of few other books, manage your diary, have a plan, don’t wast time and so on. The same.

Only 95 pages with big letters, will fir perfect in 50 pages, but not sure if some will buy that.

Typos is the pages 14 and 15.

But I love the idea about the circadian rhythms, I’m trying to find more books about that.

In general.

Good average book.

I bought the book “Money”, I hope is better than this one.

I still need to check his routine resources and then will see.

Forget 10x, 100x or even 1,000x this little book is worth it’s weight in gold - Provided you take action and model Rob’s success!

This is a clear concise to building a routine, that works for you, your business and allows you achieve the results you want!

Yes this book is packed full of common knowledge, but not necessarily common practice! Just knowing about something is not going to help you get results. Unless you actually take action and put it into practice.

Rob has successfully distilled his knowledge Down into simple, uncomplicated exercises, which when applied will allow you to create a routine, that works for you. Sitting in the background as a framework, allowing you to concentrate on the important stuff in your life and business.

This is not a read once book, unless you’re into shelf development!
Read it, start with the first exercise, and work through them implementing your findings. Then revisit as an essential part of your regular strategic review process.

An excellent book and companion to Life Leverage.

Section 1
The theory, what time management is, what is important and what is just busywork.

Section 2
The important of routine and measurement.
You can't follow a budget without monitoring your financial position and you cant improve time management without understand what your time is going on so track your time on work rest and social (and between high and low value) as well as your energy levels for 21 days to get a good average.
A good routine helps keep the distractions at bay.
Distinguish between your priorities and what is lower value.

Section 3
Develop your systems
Plan it around your energy highs and lows
Employ chunking and batching
Focus on one course until successful
What to outsource to a VA/gardener/cleaner
Pomodoro technique
Isolate yourself
Accountability - give stakes to failing to act

This one is quite small read but I really enjoyed it because all the advise Rob gives in this book is excellent. I am going to stick to that plan for the 21 days to see how it goes. It also teaches you to prioritise and when you have to delegate to others.
