The recipes in here aren't very creative. I plan on using some but with my own twists. Some of the recipes in here are pointless to do in the Instant Pot - they either take about the same amount of time or they would taste better cooked another way. I'm sure there are better Instant Pot cookbooks out there.

Bought this at a brgain price and honestly I don’t have a pressure cooker but my mom said I did. 🤷‍♀️ I bought it and I have a multicooker! Same difference! I tried a few recipes and they cooked and came out amazing!

I made the Apple Balasamic Chicken with the Feista corn and the Chicken sauce tasted more like lemon chicken sauce...it was so weird.

The corn was amazing!

I have many recipes to to try!

5* This is a great little cookbook with 100 recipes for the Instant Pot user. I found many family style recipes that will be fun to try as I sharpen my pressure cooker skills.

I'm really disappointed. The ingredients are usually involving condiments and some even ask for beer or goat cheese. Who has goat cheese?
The recipes are way too complicated considering we're using the instant pot which is simple. I also don't see foods people would eat on a daily basis in here. The carrot cake oatmeal looks disgusting, I'm a huge fan of carrot cake but this is a mistake. It looks like soggy cake.
The good thing is there are photos of every recipe. If you want to challenge yourself the book might be for you. But you must already be used to using the instant pot and you must already be skilled in the kitchen.
