The end of the world is here. But they forgot to tell one little old lady. When an old lady wakes up one morning to find the rest of the population has disappeared, she struggles to cope with the strange isolation of her new life. Empty streets. Empty supermarkets. Everywhere silent and quiet. But then she finds out she might not be quite alone as she thought. Tomorrow is a haunting sci-fi story about loneliness, the end of the world, and an unlikely friendship...
Short, strange, and surprisingly poignant. This is certainly striking in concept, and though the narrative itself feels a little underbaked, I can see it lingering in my mind for its unique tone.
It was a very melancholic story of an elderly woman who wakes up to find everyone is gone from the world. I feel like it could have been more developed, but then again, the silence of the other beings felt right.
