A Troubled Woman
The Campbell Hotel was one of the first places people stopped when coming to Wickenburg. This is a tale of three such travelers.
Gabe Stapleton returns to Wickenburg after almost twenty years, but he had a reason for leaving Kentucky. And he needs to find a way to tell his cousin, Mark Anderson, his dark secret before Mark finds out some other way.
Claire Underwood is a young, single lady staying at the Campbell Hotel. Claire is just looking for a home. Gabe feels an immediate attraction to her the first time he sees her. Claire will become an assistant to the local school teacher, Miss Berry.
Agatha Ainsworth is another young, single lady who comes to the Campbell Hotel, but she’s looking for a husband. And she will do whatever she has to do to get the one she wants, even blackmail the man in question. Agatha will lie and spread vicious rumors about the people who get in her way.

Fighting for love while handling an unwanted obsession!
An Obsessive Bride is another sweet western romance in the Family of Love Series. This story is one that will have you turning page after page. Atkinson does a fantastic job of creating a unique and captivating story with romance and a happy ending. The characters are well developed and engaging. There are real life situations that the characters go through and face. It is easy to relate to the realism of the characters. A well-written story of finding love and handling an unwanted obsession.
Elliee Atkinson does a fantastic job with the descriptiveness throughout her stories. You get a good sense of the area, the homes and the businesses. I will definitely continue to read the series to see what happens with the rest of the characters. I have read several books by Elliee Atkinson. I have not been disappointed, yet! I recommend this book and series to anyone that enjoys reading a clean western romance with a delightful ending.

We are back in Wickenburg and the Horse and Saddle. Dr. Campbell has bought the hotel. Gabe Stapleton has decided to move back after twenty years in Kentucky. He checked into the hotel. Soon after he checked in another customer arrived, Agatha Ainsworth. Clair Underwood had already been living there in the hotel for a couple of weeks. Gabe wants to see his cousin, Mark Anderson. He helps by finding him work and looking for land to buy for his new ranch.
It was a good story. The characters are good and meld together well. The plot is sort of simple but still is complicated. The author made this an attention getter. You just do not want to stop reading.
I think the author did a wonderful job. I enjoyed it when Gabe realized he really liked Claire.

The Obsessive Bride by Elliee Atkinson takes back to old friends and the chance to meet new ones. This book is full of excitement, adventure, renewed friendships and secrets.
Mark’s cousin, Gabe, comes back to Wickenburg to renew family ties and start over. Claire lives in the boarding house that Gabe moves into. Sparks fly but three makes a crowd and some people don’t take hints. This book will keep you interested until the end and make you anxious for the next one.

The best yet! This story is about obsession, love and dark secrets. The story revolves around jealousy, viciousness and a woman who has a drinking problem. The story winds around itself until the secret is finally out. It is unlike any of the other books in the series, but it still has that "good" community feeling.

This is the story of one man Gabe Stapleton and the two women who come into his life Claire Underwood a young woman and Agatha Ainsworth is a woman who will do anything to get Gabe. It is the story of obsessiveness, secrets, and alcoholism.

The plot is well summarized elsewhere. I will just say that I have really enjoyed the stories in this Family of Love series. In this newest book, the characters are well drawn. Agatha is particularly well depicted. The story is well written and kept me turning the pages. I recommend this book.

The story of Gabe Stapleton who return to his hometown of Wickenburg and meet two women on that day. One of the women named Agatha becomes obsessive with him, but he falls for Claire. The characters and story are well developed. Received an ARC and chose to leave my honest opinion.
