God has led me to teach my kids history from a biblical worldview. Angela O'Dell does an excellent job of making that possible with this book. I love how the early biblical history is taught alongside what was going on in the ancient world at the same time. This paired nicely with Revealing the Kings of Israel, a biblical archeology book, chapter book read alouds, and Map Trek for geography. We also enjoyed the pictures, maps, and Bible reading in the chapters. My kids who did this are 8th, 6th, and 4th grades. Looking forward to The World's Story 2!

Great curriculum. I like how it combines events throughout history that are both in secular accounts as well as Biblical accounts. It's a neat way to look at history.
