A short story of a young woman telling ways of how she copes with mental illness and depression. She uses humor, and some facts as well in hopes to help others to know that they are not alone in this battle. She also uses quotes from Robin Williams, to help bring light to each chapter in the book, and to help tell the story. Robin Williams was a huge influence in her life, and helped her in so many ways when it came to her battles with mental illness and depression. She will be forever grateful for him being so open and honest about his battles, and bringing light into helping others with this often misunderstood disease we call mental illness.

She never takes anything for granted and appreciates everything...including her readers.
Robin Williams was one of my favorite actors, and I like this book that uses his quote to shed light on the dark subject that is depression, using humor like he did.
