Bold Approach with Heart

Ever read a book so honest that you have no doubt the truth is being told? Gripping start with "A note to the reader" through "The Real Change" as walking with the author, we see her real struggle and success without flourish, pomp, or fairy tale. Chock-full of activities to perform in order to produce good habits, it is both firm and brave while providing a compassionate hand. The epilogue is pure inspiration. Also included are recommendations on affirmations, follow-up books, and videos. This is a diary with a mission and purpose to make every reader better.

A doable approach for those in recovery

This wasn't overwhelming to read and to imagine myself actually doing the things she recommended. I do a lot of them already; just not how it's set up. I think this is a good book for those new in recovery; just a little guidance on how to start out and to acquire some healthy skills.
